​I took my vehicle in for a simple headlight repair because they diagnosed the issue as a corroded wire. The sheer audacity of the final bill was overwhelming: $600.00 to replace one single wire! That is not just expensive; it is a shocking, unethical exploitation, and I feel they are absolutely preying on people, including our military community near Offutt AFB. ​However, the real slap in the face is the quality of the "workmanship." Instead of taking the few minutes required to properly remove the plastic wheel well liner to access the wiring—which is the correct and professional way to perform this job—the technician lazily and DESTRUCTIVELY CUT THE PLASTIC LINER as a shortcut. ​I was furious when I learned they didn't even bother to fully remove the piece they cut. Now, there is a section of sharp plastic that is still partially connected and is actively rubbing directly on the tire! This isn't just poor work; it feels like an act of contempt for my property. I am deeply concerned about the unnecessary safety issue and tire damage this shortcut has created. ​This establishment charged a premium, highway-robbery price for a shortcut job that was performed with zero care or professionalism. They took advantage of me and actively damaged my vehicle in the process. I feel betrayed and genuinely angry. ​PLEASE, for your own peace of mind and wallet, stay far away from this fraudulent shop. Do NOT trust them with your vehicle or your money. Absolutely unacceptable.

Brought my car in for a tire puncture. They were very busy, but I was attended to immediately. They promised to work me in even though I didn’t have an appointment. Car was done before noon. On top of all that, they didn’t even charge me for the repair. Cannot imagine getting better service anywhere. Absolutely outstanding.

No matter where I am, when I need advice for tires I call this location as they are the best when it’s come to taking care of my family and I. I know they are concerned for my safety first and my wallet. They are the only ones I trust to have taken care of care of my wife’s car and my car. They have always gone above and beyond to take care of us. The manager is phenomenal and always ensures that not just my family but those who are in the store when I’m there are taken care of. I really enjoy the convince and customer service at this location. However, I have had to take my car back on two separate occasions now for mistakes made after work was done on my car. On one occasion, the engine vacuum was knocked loose and my car kept stalling after leaving the shop. The other occasion was after I had an engine valve replaced, and my oil was overfilled by at least a quart. While these are not huge issues, it is definitely a little disappointing given it is the available option on base at Offutt.

Loved coming here until recently. I would book appointments online for a morning service and wait in store and it never seemed to be a problem…they always confirmed my appointment and I thought everything was good to go. Today, I got a yelling by the front desk guy for making this appointment. I informed him that I picked wait in store online and they still confirmed my appointment, he threw a fit about the fact that he cannot see that on his end (like I’m supposed to know that?). I can’t imagine yelling at a customer like this because your appointment set up sucks. If you can’t take wait in store appointments before 10, don’t approve my appointment. I apologized for it but he couldn’t even look at me he was so mad.

I booked an alignment appointment through the Firestone app. Upon arrival at the store, I was told that their system is dated but the work could be done on my vehicle. After the service, I was on my way home and noticed my steering wheel was not straight and the vehicle was driving the same as when I left it. I returned to the shop and informed the front desk. He repeated his statement that their equipment is dated and that is the “best they can do.” He told me to try another Firestone since I purchased the lifetime alignment. This is unacceptable and a monumental waste of my time. This service should not be offered at this location if they can’t actually provide the service. This needs to be addressed as I’m sure I’m not the only customer this has happened to.

For over 25 years I have used Firestone and always received great service. Only once have I had a problem with a tire, and the replacement was quickly made with no questions. I always get alignment coverage which pays off in the long run. This time I was able to call my dealer and get the tires I needed quickly and scheduled for service when I needed them. As a longtime customer, I always get recognized and know that they truly want my business and ensure everything is done right.

I spent 300 dollars here for gas cap and an oil change. Insane! My check engine light came on and they charged me 120 dollars for a service that’s free in many places. And not only that, but I had to bring it in three seperate times to get any service done. The first day I dropped it off they did no work at all even though I asked them to do the oil change, and the second day the gas cap didn’t come in (which I understand, but they could’ve changed the oil on either day) and then the third day they finally changed the oil and gas cap, but on all three days I had to be the one to reach out to them- they didn’t call me once to give me any updates on my vehicle. And when I would walk in to either drop off or pick up my keys they were so rude- no good mornings/how are yous/etc, most of the time they’d barely look in my direction. Completely crazy. Never coming back here again.

I have taken my car here for the past five years; however, I have lost faith in the workmanship and will not be returning. I took my car in for squealing brakes and a spring noise during turns. They let me know that my rear brakes and front struts were bad. They’re on the shorter end of their expected lifespan, but we don’t have the greatest roads so I had them replaced. When they were taking my car out of the garage, they broke the sway bar, which I agreed to have them replaced. Upon pick-up, my car was unsafe to drive as the brake pedal had to be pushed fully to the floor to stop the car. I immediately returned and had them fix the issue. However, when leaving for the final time, my car had a horrible screeching noise when turning left. This being the final straw, I took my car to a dealer service center that specialized in my car’s make. They adjusted the front left backing plate to fix the screeching noise. However, after the inspection was completed, the technicians recommended to “replace BOTH front outer axle boots - damaged, throwing grease. looks like new suspension components were recently installed, damage to axle boots likely occurred during installation.” Installation done by this Firestone.

Smitty is a great Manager. His team at Firestone are very good at what they do, and they do it with such great professionalism. I have yet to meet any employee who doesn't have a smile on their face. They are truly committed to quality of workmanship and to the customers they are serving. Firestone should model all shops after this one.

They were able to get me in for a tire replacement the same day I requested. They replaced the tire quickly and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. The guy who checked me in/called to chat about what needed to be done was friendly and professional.

What an incredible shop. Brought my truck in with squeaky brakes. They did an inspection, told me the pads and rotors were good, and then lubricated them for no charge! The squeaky noise is gone! Will definitely come back if I ever need auto care.
