I requested a quote through the website and received a very quick response (it did go to my spam though, so check your spam if you think you didn’t get a response!) Once I got back to them I was quickly given a quote and put on their schedule. They were even willing to come a bit outside of their service area for us. The communication was quick, professional, and I felt the price was very reasonable. Happy to have our junk gone!

I had a fantastic experience with this business. When I originally called, I immediately received a text. I did not have to call another business because they were available to help me, unlike some companies where you have to wait for a call back or you yourself have to call again. The bid was fare & when we had an agreed appointment time for pick up, the text response said it all. It said “consider it done”. That made the most impact as well as them coming to pick up my recycling at the crack of dawn. All I had to do was leave it out the night before. So impressed. Payment method was a breeze. I would recommend this company & use again myself.

Since the Douglas County landfill doesn’t accept appliances, etc…I was at a loss wondering what I’d do with my old dishwasher that no longer worked. Unrepairable. I did a search and TLC popped up. I sent a message online with my request and they within minutes I received a reply with a quote and time they could pick it up. They said they could pick it up between 3am and 5am that night! I set it out by the street, said sounds good. Next morning it was gone. Very happy with this service and I never usually leave reviews but these guys deserved it. Thank you and I will pass your service along to everyone I know.

I can only say that if you need to have something hauled, disposed of, picked up, or whatever, you need to stop looking and use this service. From my first contact with them to the last, they were friendly and professional. Great sense of humor! I texted with Rolando and he made working out the details so easy and straight-forward. Value for money is exceptional. I looked at a couple of options and the prices in many cases were more than double. Don't use the national chains, TLC is local, fast, and budget friendly. They got me scheduled with short notice, and over Christmas. The work ethic is out of this world! They were on time and sent me a picture after they completed the pickup. There is no way I won't use this business any time I have something that their skill set can help with. The cost was vastly less than I expected, communication was easy and enjoyable, and the service was second to none. I wish they had more stars so I could rate them even higher.
