Order off eBay cheaper and you get a guaranteed through PayPal. I don’t recommend PSN they are full of excuses. Won’t ever make this mistake x2. First order from PSN and it was a failure I had to file a claim with my bank for $79.00 there so lame
This is only the second time I have ever written a review for a company.
I cannot say how much I appreciate the team at PSN.
I ordered a Transaxle for my Polaris Ranger. I was disappointed when told it was made to order so it would be 4-6 weeks. But at 1/2 the cost of a new one... Four weeks later it was on the way.
So far, unimpressive. A few days after dropping it off with the mechanic I received a call saying the part was damaged. "It appears as if the package has been dropped in transit." We called PSN to see how we were to proceed. I was told, "Just remove the damaged parts from the core to repair the damages to the new unit." "Fair enough!"
A week later I get a call from the mechanic, "Bad news!" After installing the new unit and filling it with fluid, "IT LEAKS. We were told ship the part back to Nebraska so they could inspect it. This is where the company began to impress. I received a CALL from Ben, (I'm sorry I don't recall his title, owner/CEO/manager) "We have repaired the part at no cost to you. We will be covering the cost of shipping the part, both ways, we will cover the cost of your mechanics labor for pulling the part, the second time, and for the return of the core. If you have any other problems just let us know."
What a refreshing business model, "taking care of your customer." PSN/Ben you have my appreciation. The only way I have to repay you is with a positive review. I hope this helps someone decide to trust your business with their needs. Thank You!!
Spoke to about three representatives with this company. All seemed pretty uninspired and acted like they sure could use a cup of coffee. I thought based on their little video they offer online that they were wanting to help people acquire the parts they need to get their older machines running.
This is not the place to go.
All I know is I wanted to personally ty for all you have done at PSN to help Joe over at 2 vintage..this and other times you saved his bacon. As an avid viewer of Joe's channel he and we really appreciate everything you've done to help us out. And if I need anything parts related I definitely will look you guys up I think that goes for everyone that follows Joe's channel. You are the best PSN!!!???
Relieved a complete polaris 570 engine from these guys. Packaging was great. Motor looked like it was brand new. All the ports had plastic plugs in them. Engine fired right up. I had a couple questions and they responded within minutes of me sending an email. Hopefully I don't need another engine but if I do, I will contact these guys first.
I ordered about $40,000 in engines from NFLOW back in October, after failure after failure after failure I started looking elsewhere. One unit I had was a Pioneer 1000, Nflow had sent me 3 engines alone for that 1 unit that all failed. If you have ever done a Pioneer or Talon they are horrible. You have to disassemble the entire units basically, and mostly assembly them just to start them. That Pioneer was at my shop for 4 months. I seen on PSN that they actually test the engines, so I spoke with someone and they explained the process. I was very confident in ordering from them after speaking with them. Although they did accidentally send me a Talon engine first, they were super fast to get me the correct engine, I believe it took 2 days. Something Nflow would have taken about a month. I put the PSN engine in and that thing ran so smooth and quiet, what a relief it was. Nflow engines are not in specs right and they chatter or knock straight out of the box. I would def do more business with PSN but they do not offer dealer pricing. I actually paid the difference just to get that Pioneer back to its home and out of my shop. If you guys ever do dealer pricing I'd be all in. I have spent now close to $60,000 in engines in the past 4 months. As of yesterday I also installed my last nflow engine which is for a 2018 Turbo S and it is leaking coolant from the head gasket..Nflow engines are garbage. Thank you for helping me get this pioneer gone, it left last Friday. Again, if you guys ever do anything for dealers, give me a shout. Thank you.
Needed several parts called in. Justin hooked me up and saved me some money. Got the parts had an issue and they were very fast to correct it. They have great customer service. Highly recommend.
I bought a used motor from Power Sports Nation for my 4-wheeler. My mechanic found a problem with the transmission shaft. He sent pics to power sports. They offered 2 options.
1. Return for a full refund or
2.They credit me back the labor required to replace the shaft.
I chose option 2.
I will not hesitate to purchase from Power Sports Nation again & highly recommend them as they fully stand behind what they sell!
Ordered Monday and was back on the trails by Wednesday!

I have no idea why every review isn't five stars. I spent $50 for $450 worth of parts. Those parts were shipped FREE. I will sing the praises of Power Sports Nation to everyone I know who needs parts.
I've bought a lot of parts here over the years and they've always been great . On the rare occasion where there has been an issue , they have taken care of me . Highly recommend !!
Best customer service. I purchased a atv frame from psn. When it arrived, it was damaged. I contacted customer service and showed them pictures of the damaged frame. Without hesitation, Justin said they would send out another frame at no cost. He was helpful and understanding of the situation. Most companies do not care about customer service, Not PSN. They care about customers and I will continue to support them. Thank you!
Sent wrong item even after us telling them the correct info. Sent it back and now don't know how much they are keeping of our money for a restocking fee. Little frustrating
I had a mishap with my 2022 CanAm X3's engine while out on the dunes, and it turned out the core was in bad shape. After shopping around for the best option, I found that PSN offered the most competitive deal. I decided to order the long block from them, and it arrived within the promised 6-7 weeks.
However, when me and my husband installed the new motor ourselves, the motor had low oil pressure. I reached out to Ben, the General Manager at PSN, and he instructed us to return the motor to their facility for a closer look.
Upon receiving the motor, Ben's team quickly identified the missing plunger as the root cause of the oil pressure issue. They promptly rectified the problem, reassembled the motor with my parts, and shipped it back to us within two weeks.
I want to express my heartfelt appreciation to PSN and especially to Ben for their outstanding commitment to their customers. I highly recommend this company for their unwavering dedication and quality service. Thank you, PSN and Ben!
I bought a rebuilt engine for my Can Am Commander. Ran into a couple hiccups with part compatibility on the engine. The company has excellent customer service and helped resolve all my issues. Best prices that I’ve seen for rebuilt engines. I’ll definitely be referring anyone I know to them.
Ordered a rebuilt head for my Ltz 400. They had the best price our of anyone. Although I placed my order on a Friday, I quickly found out that the part was out of stock. Called that following Monday and asked if there were any parts available for my bike. They said not to worry we will get you handled. Little did I know my parts would have shipped out that Friday and received the following Monday. Even tho their website estimated anywhere from 2-5 weeks, depending on available and/or if parts are in stock. Orders are built to order. These guys were able to send my part out in 7 days!!!! I highly recommended these guys. Because of Power sports natuon, I am able yo go riding this season! Thank you!
Ordered a Honda coolant hose that appeared to be new but received used part. Contacted customer service and was told “good usable condition” in the fine print is what indicates that part is used. I felt the listing was misleading and not clearly marked as a used part but after leaving a poor review they did offer a full refund and ended up making it right. I would buy from them again now knowing all their parts are used but feel they should state more clearly on their listings that it is a used part to avoid these kinds of misunderstandings from first time customers.
Purchased a windshield from their website after two business days of them having my money and not shipping my product I contacted them only to find out they had no intention of shipping the product even though on their own webpage and my invoice it clearly stated shipping was the next business day and free of charge! After they told me there’s nothing they can do I requested my money back only to find out I would have to wait 5 to 7 days for them to see what they were going to do about the situation. It’s absolutely absurd they take your money on FALSE PRETENSE and then want to drag out and delay the return of your money! I’ve attached screenshots of their website claiming the shipping was free and next business day. I would definitely find other alternatives to this sham of a company!
Ordered parts and expected a wait for several days but parts showed up in remarkably short time(2, 3 days max). All was good with packaging and part itself. Exactly the one I was looking at online. Installed and is working well.

Went up and visited these folks to purchase a Ranger cab last week. All i could say was WOW! They have one heck of a system figured out. Not to mention a great staff that went out of their way to accommodate me in the snow and wind. Also, gave me a look at their entire facility and process. Very impressive. Needless to say, I'll be a repeat customer.
