My daughter's hood latch lost its spring and caused the hood to fly open while she was driving, causing extensive damage to the hood. After looking for a replacement for several months and checking Subaru websites for replacement parts for both the hood and latch, which were going to cost over $600, we found out that ABC had the parts we needed. We drove 3 hours to get there. The desk staff and garage workers were extremely helpful and friendly. I don't always get nice service because, yes, I have resting b_tch face, but these people were awesome. We got everything we needed for less than $150. A huge bargain compaired to the replacement parts I found online. I would 100% recommend them if you are looking for parts.
This is the best place to get used automotive parts they have good prices and great service thanks for everything you all do to keep people on the road
Worst employees and not helpful at all. They don't want to help their customers out at all. Been here several times recently and each time employees act like the customers are a huge inconvenience.
None of the auto parts stores had our alternator ABC how to use alternator and saved us and got us back home or we would have been stuck a couple days waiting for an alternator to come ABC to the rescue good honest people there
Did a great job of finding what I needed and getting it to me. Communication with the parts person was a little rough. I left messages and they never received them. Could have just been a technical glitch. But they got me what I needed, in good shape and a lot cheaper than a brand new one.
Bought a motor and they said it had good compression but that motor is so damaged from the inside out there's no way it even turned over! Lesson learned!

In no way did I give these guys 5 stars on their prices. Their price on the part was what it costs brand new. The other reviews from the Nebraska natives seems to be saying the same thing.
I gave it 5 stars because I was looking for a specific part off an old ford truck that I couldn’t find anywhere. Ford stopped making the part. I talked to a yard in California and they didn’t have it. They then referenced me to a website where I found ABC.
They listened to my description, looked under multiple trucks in the yard, and texted me pictures all within a couple hours. Once they found the part they called me and I paid.
This was on Monday, they boxed it up, shipped it UPS, and I had it in Philadelphia on Friday. How quickly I got this part is why I am giving 5 stars. The customer service was great.
So overpriced you would be better off paying for a brand new part. The parts are stripped to nothing and not worth a quarter of what they are asking. If I could rate them 0 out of 5 stars I definitely would. Don’t buy parts here if you can help it.
This company offers horrible customer service. They don't back their product to last longer than the first trip down the road after install.
My father purchased a transmission from this place. Before purchasing he informed them that it may be a month or so before it gets installed due to the weather in the winter months. Their exact words were, "we're pretty easy to get along with down here just as long as it isn't 6 months down the road",
there were 3 employees there that all witnessed this statement. So after driving 2.5 hours each way to pick up this transmission. Due to the cold, it went 2 months before being able to be installed. The first trip down the road the transmission started slipping after getting a ways out of town (180 miles that is). My father immediately called and spoke with the manager, to which he told my father "it wasn't installed in a timely manner". Again this is one of the same guys that said their easy to get along with.
So now, 5 hours worth of driving to pick up transmission and the costs that went into that, $675 for the transmission, cost to have installed, AND NOW a tow bill to take vehicle and faulty transmission to a repair shop. And cost of repairs. All because they're easy to get along with down there, yeah right!
So be careful people, once they have your money they don't care and they'll tell you what they have to to make the sale!
