Very friendly people. My semi truck broke down near them, they let me stay overnight in their yard and gave me a ride to Lexington to get the parts i needed to fix it. Thank you!
Had no knowledge of tractors and knew ivan and trusted him come to find out he charged me 3 grand more what the tractor was worth and keep tractor after purchased for 3 weeks saying they were fixing and making sure was ready for 1 week in hydraulic lines blew month later clutch went out 4 months later sprocket burned out and now it still don't run. Now he says I need to take my business else where cause I wouldn't pay the full bill for something he said he fixed.
Called them about a flywheel for a tractor. Went in a month later and talked to owner about it. 10 minutes after I left the parts manager called and chewed me out. Wouldn't recommend to anyone spend your money online. They deserve no business.
Was needing to purchase a tractor for my place, yet not knowing anything about them. It was recommend to go talk to the guys at Millers. Ivan, Noah, and team were great to deal with, after discussing what my needs were and what I was hoping to accomplish they narrowed it down to an Allis Chalmers they had on their lot. We reasonable negotiated a deal but the service didn't stop there. They asked if it would be okay to put it in the shop for a few days just to check everything, Turns out there was a couple things that weren't working properly, they fixed or replaced these things at no additional charge. After personally delivering the tractor to my place they wanted again to make sure that I was completely satisfied, which I was. ..... After a couple times using it there were a couple minor things I thought might have been wrong with it. The miller team came out to my place to diagnose these issues and turns out it was user error on my part (imagine that), still no charge for their trip out. As someone who put blind faith in purchasing a piece of equipment I knew nothing about they exceeded my expectation on both the tractor I purchased and the service received.

Buyers Beware! Bob lied to me about a brush hog and told me it had new blades and was barely used. I bought this online from Bobs words and description. It show up and was used and abused. The thing had been cut open and modified with poor welding splatter all over the rear and spray painted. Put in a request for a call from Bob several times and nothing. Contacting the attorney general about poor business practices and will. All my credit card company about it next.
