They send out a detailed report that describes issues they found with your vehicle and why it’s important to fix. I’ve recently taken two vehicles and they were fixed in a timely manner with proper and clear communication to follow. I’m grateful to have found them and highly recommend this shop if you want your vehicle fixed correctly.
I'm so grateful for James, I popped a tire on my way into firth and I stopped there. I was going to change my tire in the the lot and he told me to go inside where it was warm and he could put my spare on for me! Very friendly service! I had vehicle issues and was several hours from home. He found the issue and corrected it so I was able to make it home! Not many mechanics will help you with short notice and the cost of the repair was reasonable also! Thank you Auto Docs!

Auto Doc's is the like the brain surgeons for cars.
My dad and I have been using them for close to 10 years to work on everything from classic cars to new cars. Most recently I had them fix my Jeep YJ and as usual they knocked it out of the park. James really went the extra mile and found and fixed an issue with the computer that was affecting the engine and some other control features. I now have stability control which I didn't even know my Jeep had. My Jeep has never ran as good! I'm always impressed with the vast automobile knowledge and expertise they have. Auto Doc's has always been fair and honest which is hard to find these days. I am from Lincoln and it is easily worth the drive to get such outstanding service.
I couldn't recommend this place more! This was our first time going there, so was alittle hesitant but they got my car in right away, diagnosed the problem fast and fixed it in no time! The guys there are super friendly and down to earth! They give no run-around and pricing was very fair! Totally go to them with ANY problem you have. Was just in for a tire installation, but thanks to the online supplier things did not go as planned. These guys worked me in on short notice and did a grade A job across the board. Highly recommend!
James and Jeff helped me quickly and got right to my issue they even told me about things I didn’t need done that I assumed I did so they saved me money and were honest. Would recommend to anyone in the area. Great customer service friendly family owned.
Went in and got an estimate on my car's ac, was way overestimated so I went to a different shop and got the same job done for way less. Will not be going back.
Excellent Business! Firth Co Op got done with my 4 mount and balance within 20 min And I was out of there by 1220. I wasn’t due for my alignment appt until 1330 at Auto Docs. They put together another vehicle they had in the shop so they could get mine in right away since I had nowhere to go in Firth. Highly Recommended!
We love Auto Doc's! They've always done great work on our vehicles. We're a homeschooling family and we like to bring our kids in when we pick up or drop off a vehicle so the kids can learn from the interaction. I especially appreciate that James is patient and answers my kids' questions just as professionally, making sure they understand, as if they were the customer themselves! We highly recommend Auto Doc's.
With a large family of young drivers and multiple older high mileage vehicles, we need to a good mechanic! Whenever we take a vehicle in to Auto Doc's, they always give us an estimate before making any repairs and my final bill always comes back at or below what I was quoted. I also appreciate that they will advise me about which repairs are urgent (safety issue) versus which ones can wait. I've never had a problem or concern that my vehicles weren't properly or completely repaired. It's nice not having to worry about a mechanic taking advantage of me or one of my kids just to make a buck. I would definitely recommend Auto Doc's to anyone!
Went above and beyond what I would expect from any auto shop. Just moved to the area and am thrilled there’s a competent local shop. Will definitely be using in the future.
