These guys really know their business and are very professional, but still in a casual way. They listen, discuss, and make recommendations if asked. Nothing pushy, but they do ask detailed questions. Unlike some auto parts shops where some kid has to look on a screen for 5 minutes to tell you what isle something is on. If you want to do it right, start here, get what you need and don't be afraid to ask. James was a tremendous help.
Broke down nearby, had no tools. This napa had the part we needed and let us borrow some tools to swap it in the parking lot. Appreciate the guys behind the desk and how helpful they were.
I am so grateful I pulled into this NAPA. I was making my way back to Utah when my car started having issues because the wrong air filter had been put in. They didn't have the right one on-hand but they were kind enough to track one down and have it brought over. If it weren't for them I would have been in a bind!
This is a parts and hardware store. Their parts man seems to know what he's doing. I was able to get everything I needed to get myself back on the road here, and within walking distance of my lodgings.
The guys working at this shop were so kind and helpful! I was driving through Nebraska and having car trouble, I described the shake in my car to them and they correctly diagnosed that it was probably the fuel filter.
They didn’t have the one for my car in stock, but suggested where I could get it in Cheyenne. I was going to change spark plugs and they said they wouldn’t bother unless the fuel filter didn’t fix it.
So they talked me out of buying something from them I didn’t need, their suggested fix worked great, and I was on my way back to California.

These guys went above and beyond getting us the parts we needed! We broke down on the way to Wyoming and they delivered us a vacuum pump and belt 12 miles from their location! Super nice and amazing customer service! 100% recommend!!!
The sometimes have what you need but the prices are somewhat ridiculously high. The employees know what you are talking about. They are fast and take good care of you.
A one star is not low enough. Very unhelpful. Worst customer service ever, if you want to be greeted with poor attitudes and feel like you are bothering them this is your place. Every part I have bought there only about half of them work.
