On Friday, November 10th, we left Minnetonka, MN, to drive 30 hours to our home in Santa Barbara. With our two, 15 year old dogs nestled into their travel Snoozer Beds in the middle row, plus 2, fragile, antique, leaded, stained glass large window panes and other items, our SUV was packed so full there was nary room for oxygen. Barely 7 1/2 hours into our trip, our left rear tire shredded and we were able to pull off onto the shoulder of I-80 at mile marker 332, just east of Grand Island, NE. The wind was blowing and the semi-trucks were whipping dangerously close to our vehicle making it difficult for my husband to even check out the damage. Miraculously, a NE State Patrolman appeared behind us within 5 minutes while my husband was calling AAA Roadside Service. Within 5 minutes Lone Tree Towing parked in front of our vehicle and the driver, Trent, was so very efficient and helpful! While my husband, Mark, partially unloaded our SUV while I was trying to read the manual. Trent knew exactly how to access our donut spare and quickly replaced our tire. It was then that we realized we had absolutely NO ROOM for the blown tire and rim, even if I were to hold it on my lap. Trent was kind enough to offer to drive 15 minutes out of his way to drop it at Graham Goodyear Tire Company which was closing in 10 minutes and wouldn’t reopen until Monday! They were kind enough to stay open and waited for us to arrive! If Trent hadn’t been so quick, efficient and kind, we would have been stranded until Monday in Grand Island. Instead we were back on the road with a new tire within 90 minutes of our blow out! THANK YOU Lone Tree Towing and Trent for rescuing us! There are wonderful, good, kind, generous people in the world that live amongst us and go the extra mile to help those in need! God Bless these Earth Angels!
Trent the Towtruck driver went above and beyond helping me as I was stranded on I80 on Saturday of a Memorial Day weekend. He was very professional and help more than was expected of the service ultimately diagnosed and fix my car, so I was not stranded hours from home. Long drive in a rental from kc to Sacramento and stopped in Nebraska. Battery died Lone tree was prompt and communicative. Waited briefly to make sure it wasn’t more than just a jump start.

Had a tire go flat on my car. Braden came to the farm, made sure he kept me informed of when he would be arriving and got there in a very timely manner. He was so pleasant, knew what he was doing and before I knew it, had my flat tire off and donut on! Before he left he made sure I knew the safety issues of driving with the smaller tire. My son and I got a flat on I-80, Patrick came out and changed it. He was super nice, helpful, and quick! Since he had to go back to GI anyway, he took the time to follow me, to make sure I didn’t have any issues along the way. Highly recommend!

Tow guy was very nice and work was very quick when he got to it. Only criticism is communication with operator. I thought I was getting service from the Hastings branch but she assumed I was in Grand Island and didn't inquire more about my location. Added more time to the experience than necessary, but overall I was happy with the assistance and the price.
I was traveling on a Friday night with the temp being -14 degrees when my car alarms started. I pulled over and was concerned about having heat since I couldn’t run the engine. My buddy and I were on a cross country road trip when our trailer let go of all six studs on one side, not only was it midnight, we didn’t really know where we were. I happened to find LoneTree on google and gave them a call. Haley and Ruger answered the call, they said if we can limp it to the yard they will do their best to make something work. We kept trying ideas until we were able to work something out to get us to the nearest shop that had the proper sized tires for our trailer. Top of the line service. If I am ever in the area again I will definitely be a repeat customer.
I'm so saddened by the treatment we were given. My nephew was in a car accident if that wasn't already dramatic enough. The vehicle was was towed by lone tree towing. The cost started at 500$ but that's not the worst part. I spoke with kira we weren't allowed to see the vehicle or anything. Unless we paid. Never felt like a person just a paycheck. Since it fell on a holiday weekend she couldn't be bothered until the following week after the holidays. Never once was is there any compassion show to us.

Such a wonderful company. We had a tire blow on Hwy 80 and didn’t have a spare so we were in need of a tow. Tyler was so helpful and went above and beyond to help us get our car towed from Aurora to Lincoln, helped us find a tire shop there, and even dropped us off where we needed to be in Lincoln, while the car was in the shop. Good people and great service. I definitely recommend.
Highly recommend this towing company for all of your needs, Tyler showed up very quickly and had my tractor trailer hooked up very fast, safely and efficiently. He was very respectable and friendly, he also went out of his way to make sure I got to my hotel safely as well as taught me a rookie driver a few things as well.
