Alex was so helpful and friendly! When the driver I had hired to move my Montana didn't come though, Alex did! Last minute call he was there in no time, very reasonable with pricing and returned with my keys when they got left on his tailgate highly recommended very good people
We were stranded in Beatrice around 11pm on a Friday with a shredded trailer tire. We called and they came out within 15 minutes with two options for us, and in just a few more minutes had us back on the road (and avoiding a repeat occurrence).
WAY faster and more reasonably priced than the only other help we could find.
100 percent recommend, would use them again!
I picked up a nail out in the middle of nowhere and needed to get back to Lincoln pretty late in the day (8pmish). I had no idea where to even have my car towed to and it didn’t look like any tire places were open that late that I could see. I called the first tow company that popped up (Ten Tows) and they towed me into Beatrice AND patched my tire, allowing me to get home the same night. They were super friendly and helpful. I cannot thank them enough!
Mike's towing is a great company who truly cares about THE people they are helping. When in a rental car, I experienced a flat with no spare and the rental company was supposed to arrange transportation to my replacement vehicle. This rental company never arranged my transportation and was going to leave me on the side of the road. Mike's towing was gracious enough to give me a lift to my replacement vehicle. I truly cant thank them enough for putting their customer first!!! THANK YOU!
On top of the old guy mike being super rude, he left my car covered in mud, and Mike wasting hours of our time, the owner now wants to step up and say we are review bombing her place like that will solve all the issues don’t lie to your customers I went and payed 600 dollars to get my car out of your impound so you can try to sue us all you want we have proof of being at your place of business, to location trackers on us, to pictures of my car inside your business. The old guy they have working there is very rude has zero respect and acts like he’s the owner of the place even tho it’s supposedly woman owned. I don’t care to slander your business if you want my honest review taken down you can fire the old guy working there causing all these issues. The same guy who didn’t check our ids to let us take the car and let 4 people into your impound and let another vehicle into your impound and we went all in there to work on the car inside the impound and we have pictures. So we can also talk to your insurance if you want to make this a big deal, or you can make it right!!
I was very pleased with the service I received. Ten tows made it convenient for me and came and got my car even when I was at work and got it to where it needed to be. I would highly recommend if you have any car issues and are in need of a tow.
This place is awesome and has the friendliest people working for them! I got stuck in a snow drift while on my way to work. They were there quickly to help me get unstuck and were so nice. And this was a morning when it was super cold, blowing snow and blustery out! I would definitely recommend this company! Thank you!!!
I just noticed that there were reviews from 2 Ivan’s and 2 David’s bashing this business. Apparently those reviews are related and from bogus accounts because they basically say the same thing and I personally wouldn’t believe them. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. They were very professional and friendly. When they helped me, it was a blizzard out which no one would want to be in and they were still very friendly and professional. It sucks that people can leave negative reviews just because they don’t get their way.
very rude people they don’t know how to treat customers with respect they got my car all dirty and they didn’t even let me pass cables to my car when it was dead they just told me to drag it out because he didn’t have 10 min to wait for us but was still there when we left more then 30 min later
I DO NOT recommend doing businesses with these people they have terrible customer service and don’t know how to talk to customers nicely they are very disrespectful and very unprofessional at there job
Mike was super helpful and polite through the whole process. Couldn’t get my car started and he went out of his way to help figure out the problem and get it started and even followed me to the gas station to make sure everything was okay! Highly recommend them! Very knowledgeable!
I ordered Towing, and dispatch advised that they would charge us $165 per hour, which is already more than they usually charge since we had box trucks and it would be harder to get it from the snow, which was good for us. They were able to get us out in one hour but charged us $940, and the only argument for such a difference was that it was more complicated than they expected, which doesn't make any sense since they are charging hourly. In the end, they blocked out the truck and didn't let him go till we paid that crazy and not reasonable rate.
This company is a scam and a fraud. Totally do not recommend using them.
Mike and Anne are the best ..i didn't now then until know... they work together as a team to figure out the problem and I was worried about calling someone I didn't now but after a few minutes it's like u have nown them forever...so thank u Mike and Anne for making a stressful situation alot easier
I just ended up using this company through AAA so I didn’t really know what I was getting. I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed with the service. The driver was communicative and very helpful about explaining the process. Ten Tows as a whole company was amazing to work with. An added bonus was the driver was a female, which was great for me as a single mom stranded with her kids.
Excellent experience (sans being stuck in the mud at between two hills). Was upfront about the cost of the service due to the extra work needed to be done to recover/clean the towing vehicle. There was not a single surprise that came from the crew. Calmly explained what I needed to do when we were hitched up and ready to pull me out of the mud. Once out we ended up chatting for a good long while (vets and current service members be like that). I cannot recommend them enough if you need service in the area.
For USAA members understand if you are in this area expect to have to reach out on your own. This is not the fault of the companies in the area this is an issue with the third party USAA goes through for roadside assistance.
