They are a ripoff i came in a bought an alternator and asked for one that had a. A rating they said it was went back on their website turns out they sold me one with a poor grade and charged the higher price thank god my credit card is refunding my money back never again dont sell lower rated parts at the higher price and lie about it
William's good to deal with but ordered a transmission agreed on the price gave cc info and then found out it needed welded. Ok not a big deal got a guy in house to do that so I said no problem. 2 days later William tells me the "sales manager" wanted to just weld it themselves and gonna charge me an extra $100. 17 years of doing this I thought to myself agreed price is the price I would never just raise a price on a paying customer without their consent i'm still shocked by it. Deal with William but make sure the price I literally set in stone.
these guys prices are crazy, everytime you get a quote for parts you know its a ripoff. i think thats why they never sell anything.. your better off calling United Auto Recyclers up the street.
This place is great! I was traveling through Omaha and hit something on I-80 and cracked a wheel. I was basically stuck until I called these guys. A gentleman named William hooked me up and got me on my way in a hurry. I made it back to Eastern Iowa in time for my little girls B-day party because of him!!! Big thanks to Papio Valley!!! I will be calling these guys for my future auto parts needs !!!!!
Rude id say go to another place around there. Some old man didnt want to help me and told me someone else would be back from lunch soon. He then lit a cigar sat down and stared at me for 5-10 minutes till someone was able to "help" me and tell me they dont have what i needed even tho there website said they had multiple
I’d give 0 stars if I could went here before for a fender and the people were rude and didn’t wanted to sell me a damaged fender when they had a perfect one (price was the same online)
And today I walk in wait for 10 minutes to have some old man come in who works here and light up his cigar and tell me he dosent know the price on something I ask what they usually go for and he says the usually wait for the other guy and walks off. Don’t know why I came back here if recommend upullit or u wrench it any day of the week over these people, the other places are priced way better and have good customer service. If you can’t pull parts yourself there’s places like United auto down here, also sports and imports and lkq. Anywhere but here
I would suggest not going here for auto parts. They were not understanding and would not accept a return for a part I could not use due to extensive defects. Now I am out $$$$$. If you are a experienced mechanic, this place will work well for you because you know exactly what you are looking for. However, if you are a handyman or just trying to save some money, don't be surprised if you run into trouble with un-returnable parts.
The employees knew what I was looking for and got it to me swiftly without breaking my bank. If you need parts I'd recommend checking here or any similar yard before getting it new.
Never had a problem with Papio Valley. Just a good ol' down and dirty salvage yard. And I AM a real buyer. Liberty parts. Hyundai parts. Ford Escape parts.
And beware of reviews that post without giving their names. What's this "A Google User" crap. Cowards
