Listen, I don't know about any of these last comments on the reviews. Honestly I went to BOTH locations today. Even called them on my second round. In ALL interactions on the phone and in person did I not have any issues or attitudes from them. I look at reviews to places before I go and expected the worse. It wasn't my experience there. Both yards N&S, are honestly what you'd think for a pick it yourself part lot. It is well organized. If there was 1 thing tho that I think could improve is your inventory list online. Although for 1 company with 2 different lots, the prices alter in many things. Your inventory list is waay behind. I went to the first lot for a 2001 ram on the list and I was told it was scrapped weeks prior. Which I ended up leaving that lot amd calling the north lot. North lot had an interchangeable parts ram that I was able to find atleast a few odds and ends which was good. But that inventory list definitely needs updated as you go per online. I wish you guys also had a system where per vehicle customers can or you can keep track of what was pulled and rought in for vehicle i.d, this way it gives the customer a idea of what they can go for and not. I went for a 2001 dodge ram 1500 cross y pipe "manifold down to converter" 99-01 inner changeable. All these vehicles had them ripped out. However, it wasn't a complete loss by finding some odds and ends I needed too. So overall I'll give it a 5 star.
Honestly if it's not something you need that's super critical in the moment your better off ordering it online Amazon does next day shipping and parts are brand new no headache going looking around hoping they have what you need then hoping it works you can go home stay out of the mud and grime after a days work and get exactly what you want instead of whatever they happen to have bought a master cylinder and taillights and was over 100$ could have spent 20 more online got a better set of lights from a variety and a brand new master cylinder all in all the time spent and gas was more than worth the extra $20 I know I'm always busy and my time is more valuable than a couple dollars
I called to get a quote on a car and the guy was extremely impatient who answered the phone. He would ask a question and as I was answering it would rudely interrupt me again. I would try to go to corporate but he probably makes 14/hr. I’d be mad too buddy. Get out of customer service !
I am disgusted. I am an uber driver and I have to pick this guy who work here to this location. The road is just plain nasty and i did not want my car to be ruined. Im pretty sure he notice my face expression when i did not like to drop off location but i dropped him off anyway just to be nice.
He gave me one start review and use the fake review for speeding when the whole trip was inside residential area which impossible for me to speed.
Not to mention this man is very stink which makes my car stink and i cannot pick up any more customers after him.

very poor customer service as i was in another town n asked if they had my size as the website wouldnt work. and they told me i had to come in to see if they did. very poor customer service if u ask me. if i could have given a 1/4 of a star it would have been less. necer buying there again.
Went to you pull it on 60th street? Found the part I was looking for.
FOR 10.00 DOLLARS went to the U PULL IT on GrACE street and it was tripled at 60 bucks. What a rip-off talk about scammers. How could?
One you pull its parts be way different than the other. Especially when they only buy the car for $250.
Very rude place the employee was park in handicap place I told them they did nothing also they tried to charge me 65 for a part and it was not that part I called South yard they did nothing also the North yard is very dirty and not safe cars are falling off the wheel racks and lots of parts are laying in the walk way there employee don't care all they do is ay on there phone something should be done before somei get hurt over there I will never go back
I’ve patronized this place for over a decade, but now it’s just sad. They want top dollar for most of the broken junk out there, said they’re “basing prices off eBay” and wanted $200 ($50 over eBay list) for a scrap module. They can keep their rusty garbage.
This store has been good for awhile now but if they are going to sell parts like batteries and starters and things like this they should give a refund if the part isn't any good. I think understand there is a core charge and that should be removed from the refund at least or they are going to start loosing customers

I wish I could give it negative stars. The ppl are so unhelpful and rude. The cats are lifted with tires on tight. I asked how to get them off and was told to shove something in it or figure it out. I busted my hand and face trying to get a tire off. I needed a strut. Then the guys at the front counter laughed at me. I am from the south and didn't know people up north were raised so disrespectfully and entitled. I never want to go there again or to Nebraska or Iowa. The level of class here makes me sick.
Overall experience was ok parts are priced fairly the warranty they offer is a joke to say the least don't get it if the marker or pen it was wrote with on the part is not visible when you take it back they will tell you they can't help you. Hope this makes sense to whom ever. I would recommend this place
I love u pul it , never had a better inventory of vehicles any where else and I'm speaking about north and south lot in Omaha , I've been to Lincoln too and have found what I was looking for . I pulled a bumper and didn't have no way to haul it , they let me keep it there till the next day when I could come back with a truck to haul it. The $3.00 admission fee is the only thing I don't understand , but maybe it's for the make up of those little parts some people just Put in their Pockets and don't pay for , you know who you are . The guys that work there have always been helpful and fast at what they do. As for parts I got there a lot and only once did they not have what I needed but the next day they did have the car I was looking for. I'm giving five stars for over all good prices and inventory and helpful curtious employees .
Great place to get good condition used car parts for super low prices. This is a DIY parts store so you actually remove the part from cars they keep on a huge lot. $3 entry fee which isn't so bad. Make sure you bring the tools you need with you. It's also fun looking inside random cars for stuff. You never know what you will find. You can buy tires here for $20 - $40/piece with or without the rim. Great deals all the time.
After pulling +20 dome lights. The guy at the front desk tried to charge me $20 for each saying it’s a console and dome light. I’ve been pulling parts for +10 year and not one junkyard tried to pull this move on me.

I've been going to u-pull-it for years and they have progressively gotten worse by the day. If you want to get ripped off, taken advantage of or down rite throw money away then this place is perfect for you. Not only DO they openly rob you when crossing the scale by giving one low price for all metals, they now pay $250-$300 less then most every scrap yard in town. Go to LAKESIDE Auto recycle when scraping a car.
I stopped by to find a battery for one of my vehicles. I was treated like I was from another planet. Absolutely the Rudest individual's I have ever dealt with. Wouldn't recommend the place to anyone. If they plan on staying in business they had better start treating people better.
04/04/22 same thing at this one they pull rows out for over a week and have half empty inventory, yet they raise the entrance fee? Owner emailed me says they update inventory online daily which is also not true. I have asked for my money back several time since the car their inventory said was there under 30 day was not there anymore. They always tell you the same "we see what you see online, and we aren't the ones who do the online inventory, a third party company does." Sometimes there are vehicles online that are no no long out in the yard, and vehicles out that aren't even listed online. Those picks are how it is out there daily for the past 3-4 weeks
Im upset i purchase a pair of used rims and tires the rims didnt fit I took the rims back since i had only stepped. Away from u-pull 15 minutes. Upull won't exchange the atleast. They could have done fair exchange isn't a robbery . I was rob , bamboozle that was all the money I had. Read the fine print
This place is pretty sweet! I drove from Central IA as a friend told me there was a Celebrity there and I needed the rear bumper for one of mine. The yard was easy to navigate and not full of mud holes, and I had the part I needed and even a couple of items for another of my menagerie of 80's rides. I definitely recommend them and I'll be back, still need to check out the other yard they have as well!
I was also a big fan of the carts provided for moving your stuff around. MUCH heavier duty than a regular old wheelbarrow!
On 14th an grace I spent 100 dollars on rim an tires. I did not leave the place an realized these would not fit they told me that I'm stuck with them an offered 14 dollars a piece. (42 dollars) after a few minutes before I paid 100 dollars for this place is a rip off I did not even leave the property an they still screwed me
This place is pretty cool. And they have great location. And their system is all connected to where they can tell what car they have there. The main branch I think is in Omaha Nebraska. But they do have one in Lincoln Nebraska. U-Pull-It is a great place to go get good parts with warranty.
You would do better to use one of their competitors for selling Steel. I was told that Fire Extinguisher's were not accepted this last time, but the time before it was only sealed containers that weren't accepted unless they were punctured. These did not have the tops on them, so were not sealed. When I didn't put them in my truck fast enough(I was wanting to empty the rest of my truck before I put them back in), the attendant got irate. I tried to explain why I threw them off, but he wasn't listening. The next thing I know, he was telling to leave without being paid.
I refused and was paid, but they docked me 60 lbs. even though I took the fire extinguisher's back. I was ripped off for no other reason but to show power.
If you use them to get parts and they do not have what you need and try to walk out, expect to be searched. They have a holier than thou attitude to most and feel they are above the law as they employ active duty Police Officer's for security.

I feel worse than poor service. I call on Friday afternoon to have them pick up my car. Get a phone call saying they cannot make. OK I understand since I called 2 hours before they were done for the day. I had to call the office to reschedule. I called to see if I could have it picked up since I had a completely booked day on Saturday. Well the ding bat put it for Saturday morning instead of Sunday afternoon. The driver that was going to pick it was rude to me asking why I scheduled it then (when I did not I did for Sunday). He then made a not to have it picked up on Sunday afternoon (so I thought). I get a call Sunday morning when I am ready to leave for church. Again the guy was rude to me and said that the guy just put down anytime on Sunday. So we set a time at noon to have it picked up. I sat there for several hours waiting on him and could not get a hold of anyone to find out what was going on. Needless to say I am out the money since someone had to come and towed off their parking lot since my car was not repairable and could not run. So now it sits on some towing companies lot and if I want it back it would cost me more to get it out then what U-Pull it quoted me. I guess the tow company wins!!
