These guys are the nicest ever. I was in an unfortunate position, but they treated my car so nicely, moved it down the street (out of the tow zone (which was poorly labeled I might add)), and didn’t charge me a dime when I called them to find out where to get it. I feel pretty lucky that A-1 was used!

I got towed from my friend’s apartment complex and I’ve never been towed before so I was totally spooked. These guys were really helpful and accommodating! Getting your car towed is never fun, but the people that helped me here made it a smooth process.
While dealing with car troubles, I googled and called Auto 1. I am so glad I did. The lady I talked to was so nice, even though I had to call a few times to change the drop off location and where to find the keys. She was so nice and friendly as well as helpful. They was able to get the car within the hour.
Very fair in price. James is who delivered my vehicle, handled everything professionally and gave outstanding customer service being polite with my needs during drop off. He was right on time and felt I had nothing to worry with my vehicle. If you're vehicle is in need of towing, I'd highly recommend Auto 1.

Payment was made using a credit card which had to be read over the phone in the tow truck. Would much rather have done this through another method. Cash is another option though exact payment is required.
