The insurance company was trying to get the vehicle that he towed for my mother. They did not answer the phone for days running up the daily fees for the company. Otherwise Ron was polite at the seen of the accident.
My vehicle was towed from a private residence. I arrange the tow a supposed to go to my shop. Instead, they towed it to their tow yard, which they would not disclose the location of my work vehicle. This is a work van they then told me it was gonna be $2800 to get my vehicle out which they had it overnight. I would never recommend this company. They are definitely a fly-by-night, scam artist. I had to involve the police and they still ended up telling me $1500 for my vehicle being towed and stored overnight for literally 12 hours. Ronald hammend is a horrible person he ran over the smartest autistic kid in Nebraska on 72 an dodge in 2016 never rendering aid and somehow he claimed that was a accident smh
My insurance company contracts with them and I called due to a flat tire. Claims told me it would be a 90 minute wait. I called the tow person twice and finally after waiting 3 hours they showed up. On those calls they were frustrated and I shared I just wanted updates and understood it was a busy night. When they finally arrived they did not address me or announce themselves and just opened my car. It was night and I was by myself. I got out to greet them and said hello twice and they just gave me an annoyed look. I immediately got on the phone with claims and requested they stay on the phone since these two men were being clearly rude and not communicating. I was very scared so just stayed in my car with the doors locked. When they were done they just came to the window and said all done and drove off after throwing my tire in and slamming my trunk. I plan to file a complaint as this is not professional at all.
Evolution towing was very professional and went above and beyond to help us!!!! I would definitely recommend to my friends and family! We were very pleased with the service!
After waiting almost 2 hours for a different company evolution was on the spot within 10 minutes. I would certainly recommend this company. Fast, Friendly, and affordable.
My car was towed off a private lot, after being stolen and recovered by police. The business gave permission to leave there overnight, in front of police, 30 minutes prior to it being towed.. Tow company never reported the tow to dmv and tried to confiscate the car as abandoned 3 months later. A con man willing to do anything to come up off his clients misfortunes. Issues eventually found it and prohibited his snake actions.
Tow was over two hours late after giving me 3 - 30 minutes estimates, and having subaru roadside tell me they were waiting for their payment to clear. So they basically lied to me, and then threatened to not help me and not send the guy out when I complained about the fact that they had told me 30 minutes eta three different times. Actual tow guy made me feel guilty because he has a long drive through traffic and wasn't even called until 45 minutes before his arrival...Subaru techs called him out for not putting my 4x4 outback on a trailer bed while he defended his actions of towing it backwards. Now I may have to file a claim if the transmission is messed up. I would happily punch the dispatcher who talked to me on the phone if I ever saw him, but alas he may be 1000s of miles away....
I had scheduled my car to be towed after having problems with my tire. VW scheduled this company to come out to me and they accepted the job. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP AND DID NOT ANSWER. they don’t answer their phones at all!!!! This company is a scam and a waste of time.
I like this business a one-star review because they claim there are 24 hour business but I was unable to reach anyone for service at about 10:30 p.m. I even left messages and none of them were returned and I was never called back.
I have to say that Ron was awesome! He saved us when we needed it the most. We called L and I at 100pm and by 5pm no one still hadn't come. I called Ron and he was there within 30 minutes. He is an example of what customer service should be! This company is now my go to for all my towing needs.
The driver was able to arrive at our location very quickly. After her arrived he was able to get our car started instead of needing a tow. Way to go Greg!! I would definitely use their services again.

Never had a better tow experience. Arrived in under 20 min on a Friday at 5:30 pm on memorial day weekend. Fast, polite, and cheep. If you need a tow call these guys!!!
I had to use towing services last week when I had to travel from to Des Moines (I live in Lincoln). My car was in the repair shop, so I rented a corolla from a local Rent a Car. I was on the highway near Council Bluffs when something happened to the car and I had to stop. And of course after that the engine wouldn't start and I had to have someone tow the car. I found this company online and I called them. It took them quite a while to come, but they drove the car to a nearby repair shop and the service was quite cheap. I haven't used other towing companies in this area, but seemed reasonable. So I'd say I would recommend them.
Few days ago I was headed on a business trip from Council Bluffs Plattsmouth to Sioux City and my 2010 Corolla broke down just a few miles from Omaha. I did a quick search from my cell phone and found Evolution Towing. They had a free truck and arrived 20 min after I called them. They advised me about a good auto repair shop on our way and it was a really good recommendation. Good Job, guys!
