Be Advised. We called AAA for a tow and Blackburn towing uses Wind and Sea towing as a subcontractor. Well, after 2 hours and repeated calls we kept getting the tow truck's ETA pushed back. So i finally called a local tow service to get towed. This all took place from 345pm to 630pm. Blackburn needs a better vetting process when it comes to using subpar subcontractor to provide towing services. The woman I spoke to needs to work on her people, and customer service skills.
Driver was perfect , communication and was very helpful , reason it’s 1 star is to whatever girl is on that phone is not valid customer service sounded like she had a attitude n was not helpful at all in asking questions .
I highly recommend Blackburn Towing! My son had a motorcycle accident and they went above and beyond to help me with his motorcycle! Ben was nice and helpful and was easy to deal with! The lady that answers the phone was also very friendly and helpful and I had zero issues working with this towing company! Highly recommend and will be using Blackburn Towing for all future towing needs! I appreciate the friendly and knowledgeable team I dealt with! Thank You to the staff for all your help and professional service!
Went to pick up a friends vehicle and dropped an envelope of cash and thank God they had it when I called a couple of days later, very nice and honest people!
Our car unfortunately got stuck in the driveway, and a driver named Ben tried to dig it out and eventually just had to use the tow truck but he did all he possibly could. He was very very nice, helpful, all around a great guy and we appreciate him so much. Triple A told us they canceled our request because they don't understand how we got our car stuck in the driveway...awful
Need a tow or a jump start ect. black burns towing in Fremont NE, highly recommend Tyler! Affordable and kind! I had got a tow the other day and they had handed me a teddy bear! The little things matter just to make your day, even when things don’t work out!
Absolutely horrible experience I get it your car gets impounded you call them the next day see how much it is to get out they tell you but they also don't tell you the daily fee the gas surcharges that are involved like it went from 125 to $190 over the weekend if I would have waited it would have been a hell of a lot more the guy on the phone says yeah we like to tell our customers about the daily fee and all that but he didn't they like to make their extra money off the city that's for sure
Despite my situation having to come here they were beyond helpful and so nice, not only was I able to get my car easily but it was cheap and easy. These guys are awesome!
The cable came loose on my new battery and the car would not start. Have AAA and they would not respond to a direct call. Called Blackburn's and the rep came right away. Took car back over to where battery was installed and they tightened the cable.
This place was great! I was from out of town traveling through and had a tire that wasn't staying up. Unfortunately this place was the 3rd on Google's list of towing companies in town, they should be first! The guy got there in probably less time than it took me to call the two previously listed. The spare tire was under the vehicle and he knew exactly what he needed to get it out from underneath. He was friendly, courteous and had the tire switched out in no time. And the price was exactly where I expected it to be.
My car was impounded when trying to confirm if it was at this lot the person on the phone was rude unprofessional and gave no info. Places like this should not do business for county impound services what so ever.
I'm pretty sure that no one has had more cars towed by Blackburn's than my family--including 2 in one day! Every driver has been friendly, professional and courteous. We are very impressed with their service and we always recommend Blackburn's! They are the best!!!
The gentleman who moved my trailer did excellent. Nothing was out of place when it was parked. Thank you, and I will be calling your service if I need a tow.
I called and asked if they could came out, gave them my address. They told me they were on their way and then called me back and told me that I didn't schedule for them to come to my house so then I had to wait another 40 minutes. Then I was charged 58.00 and the driver had 0 money to give my any change back!!!
They do an amazing job. Dan and his crew are very fast, friendly and professional. I've recommended them to everyone I know that has ever needed assistance and I've heard nothing but compliments😊.
Put there number in your phone. You never know when something unexpected will come up and you, or even someone you know is suddenly in need help.
If you're out of his area and he can't help I know he will do everything he can to get you help. That's just how friendly and helpful they are!
Blackburn's has towed several vehicles for me. Always top notch service. Been stranded on the side of the road a couple times and the response rate was incredible. Only towing company I would use even if stranded 1000 miles away.
I had a flat and contacted AAA. They contacted Blackburn to come and change my tire. Approximate wait time was 40 min but they were there in 20!! My donut was all the way flat once Tyler put it on. He didn't have air on his truck to fill it. So his boss...I didn't catch the name...came and filled my donut for me. They were both extremely kind and I'm so thankful for their help. Thanks again!!
Last night while i was loading my groceries in my trunk at walmart i accidentally locked my keys in my car with my daughter inside. I was obviously panicked and called them and the driver was there within 10 mins. Extremely nice and had the car unlocked within seconds. Will use them everytime from now on and so will my family!
They pulled me 10 feet with a chain and charged me 90 DOLLARS to hook a chain to my car and pull me 10 feet my driver was nice but when the owner showed up he was rude and made his rate up as he went.Would never use again plenty of other towing services with better customer service
Flat tire at 4AM. Called Geico who sent Blackburn. Now I live in Omaha and according to Geico no one else would answer except for Blackburn! Glad they did! Their ETA was an hour he was here in probably 45 minutes. Fantastic experience!! The guy who came out was awesome!! Friendly very personable and quick!!
