Best car lot around have purchased many vehicles & all have been spectacular!! Great vehicles, excellent customer service, honest & trustworthy family. Purchased a vehicle about 2 months ago called Charlie maybe he can recommend mechanic for my issue since I know vehicles are sold as is,, Charlie went above & beyond recommended someone & paid half my bill!! Thankful & Grateful for all they do!! They never disappoint,are great in all they do, know how to run a business & keep customers Returning!! Our family has purchased several cars from Highway 9 Auto Sales (and referred many more!), including the 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 we just got. The truck was exactly as described and of course Charlie told us all about it before we made the trip. The truck was really nice and clean unlike a lot of other trucks we saw online. Thank you Highway 9! We will be back!

Rust free means it has rust, but we spray painted over it so you don’t notice until 3 months later. All fluids changed means we did only the easiest to change. Maybe at one time they were a truthful car lot but with that many vehicles being sold no way are they looking them over very well. Just another shady car lot looking for a quick sale. I’m just glad you can’t delete this like the Facebook review. Shows alot of transparency

As one of the regions pickiest used car buyers with decades of purchases under my belt I can truly state that this is the best place I have ever visited. The communication was professional and incredibly honest. The vehicle was, as stated, the absolute best available for the price. I traveled from Council Bluffs to an oasis of choice automobiles and was elated to purchase! This is perhaps only the second vehicle I have ever purchased at the listed price. I will definitely be back for any future needs. Also, the dining recommendation my wife and I received was totally on point!

Charlie DOES NOT know the meaning of "as is no warranty." We bought a 2001 Silverado that came in from Montana. It had a couple of minor problems that Charlie didn't hesitate to take care of. Most dealerships you would be out of luck, because after all it's used and "as is no warranty." 5 stars isn't a high enough rating. Charlie went above and beyond expectations. Words can hardly express the gratitude my husband and I have for Charlie's excellent treatment.

My son recently purchased a car from Highway 9 Auto, and about two weeks later the car unexpectedly lost power and broke down. I reached out to them simply to ask if they had any type of repair program or could recommend a mechanic. What they did next truly went above and beyond. Highway 9 Auto had the car towed to a mechanic, helped get the issue fixed, and even covered half of the repair bill — something they absolutely did not have to do. Their kindness, integrity, and willingness to help after the sale meant more than I can put into words. It’s rare to find a car lot that genuinely cares about their customers like this. I am incredibly appreciative and would highly recommend Highway 9 Auto to anyone looking for honest, compassionate service.

These guys are AMAZING!! They don’t beat around the bush they tell you exactly what they did and didn’t do to the vehicle and why. They are completely honest and upfront about everything. In 2018 I bought my first car here, a red Pontiac which got me to work up until a surprise accident, which I actually came right back here and bought another Pontiac same price on the same weekend of the accident. And I can safely say this is still the place to go to get a great car! I recently bought a Chrysler Lebaron and after a month of having it be my daily driver, it has been performing to the quality standard expected from a Highway 9 purchase without issue!

If your looking for a vehicle, this is the place to go! I live 2 hours away, and the drive was worth it! Charlie was definitely the most authentic and straight forward salesman I've ever met. You can really tell he's here to help, and not just to sell. They care about there reputation and it shows! I've been driving my '10 Camry SE for a couple of weeks now & could not be happier. Except for a power steering leak that I fixed with a new $3 clamp the car has been flawless. Charlie's description was spot on. I'm glad I made the 240 mile roundtrip & would do it again!

Great experience !! We've been looking for a second vehicle for about 6 months. I saw this 2009 Nissan on Facebook market place posting about a week ago. I was vary skeptical at first buying a vehicle from a used car dealer as I never have in the past. After looking at many google reviews I was intrigued by all the amazing comments posted about Charlie ( the owner) regarding the way he runs his business with integrity. My wife & I headed out to his shop the next morning as we were interested in a 2009 Versa. We arrived at his lot and we were greeted by the owner. I'm living in NY but prefer to buy used vehicles from back closer to home (SD) because I know the bodies are in better condition than they are here. I came across Highway 9 Auto Sales through Car Gurus while searching for a replacement vehicle. This was my first time buying a vehicle without seeing it in person and Charles made my experience as seamless as possible. He provided pictures and videos as requested with great communication. I had the vehicle shipped through a third party company which worked out great as well. The vehicle I purchased was a 2 owner 2012 Chevy Impala LTZ fully loaded with 30k miles on it. The vehicle is super clean and runs great, basically an almost new vehicle. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone, thanks again Charles!
