Been working with josh here for the better part of a year and hes been very punctual on communication and the parts have been good quality and packaged well, highly recommended company.
first time going through h&h in cozad purchased used engine had drive 3 hrs to get it after picking it up and getting home had some problems. called spoke to john within minutes had text link i could upload photos too and with in 1 business day had few different options i could go about strongly recommend them had great customer service will be buying from them in future
Well I went thru another company that bought motor from h&h and I'm having so much trouble tryn ti return it to them. Someone was tryn to work ut out for me but so far no luck. I just want this motor gone and my money back. I'll never shop online again
I spoke with Nate on the phone he was so pleasant and his customer service skills were excellent. I drove down from Estes Park to pick up my wheel for my car. Google sent me to Adam’s county instead of Weld county it was 4:45 pm and there was no way I was going to make it.I phoned Nate and he brought the wheel to his house so I could pick it up and not have to make another trip.!What a sweet caring guy. Thank you Nate!!!!
I’m sitting at H&H right now. I purchased a front axle assembly from them and there was a bracket that was wrong on it. They are actually working on my truck right now to get it corrected while I wait. Talk about excellent service! I highly recommend H&H Auto Parts.
Jim Acree has been extremely helpful and attentive to my vehicle repair needs. He is kind, courteous, professional, and has made the entire situation much less stressful that it might have otherwise been. I ordered a wheel from them on eBay, but I was nervous it was not going to come in time for my road trip. I ended up swinging by to pick it up. They were super helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. They ended up giving me a huge discount for getting in person. Super awesome.

This place is a joke! Bought from them a few times and this will be the last. We purchased an engine from them, they stated it was tested and ran fine, we installed it and had a terrible knock noise! Contacted them, they sent me to there warranty company and they would not do anything to stand by there used parts! They wanted us to take out the engine, have someone inspect it and then have us pay to ship back to them before they would send us a new one. NEVER will we purchase from them again, they do not care about customer service! And they never return any emails or phone calls
I have been working with Troy and several other members of the H&H staff for several years now. Everyone is always professional, and knowledgeable. Whether you are looking for used or remanufactured parts I highly recommend their services and will gladly continue working with them in the future!
When it comes to returns and customer service this company is the worst. They would not call me back after multiple voicemails but will respond to a text very quickly…. For some that may be a perk but I do not like to banter over texting when it comes to getting the correct part. Also, they sent me a picture of my part to be sure about fitment. When I received the part they had taken off 4 other parts of the door panel since they sent me the initial picture and never disclosed they were taking off pieces of the door panel. Not to mention that their prices are STEEP and rude customer service. I would urge anyone and everyone to take your business elsewhere
