On a motorcycle trip to the Northwest. Noticed a spot on my frame needed welded. Creighton had it welded and painted in 10 minutes. Looked better than factory welds.
We were passing through Crawford and got stranded on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend when everything is closed. He took the time to help us get back on the road quickly. Was super friendly and provided great service! Definitely recommend.
Excellent service. Stranded on a Saturday night in West Nebraska called Northwest auto,towed us to Crawford, Nebraska and then to Chardon, Nebraska the next day. Very professional and courteous would recommend to all.
Our car got mired in mud during a rainstorm and we couldn’t move. Called Northwest Auto Body & Towing for a tow and they came out immediately, towed us back to town, and took a lot of time and care to wash down the car and make sure it was safe to keep driving. Creighton and crew are good people!
These guys saved the day after my mom and I needed an emergency tow after a run-in with some ultra-thick “gumbo” mud on a dirt road during a sudden rain. Owner Creighton and his staff took extra care to make sure our car was clean and safe to drive before sending us on our way. Highly recommended.
My family got a flat tire at night outside of Crawford and Northwest Auto Body provided prompt, excellent and trustworthy service! They towed our car that night and replaced our tire as soon as possible so we could get back on the road. I can't say enough good things about the service we received from them! My experience with Northwest Auto Body & Paint was outstanding. My upper control arm on my Tacoma broke on a dirt road while I was hunting near Crawford. AAA was of no help, it was Labor Day weekend, and I was sure that I’d be stranded with no way to get back to Denver in the near future. I called the shop, and Creighton was there to pick me up and tow my truck within half an hour. I was able to rent a car from him to get back to Denver while he fixed my truck (which was totally fixed in about 4 days). I drove the rental car back up to him and picked up my truck and couldn’t have been happier with the price I ended up paying for everything. I truly was in a bad situation and with his help it turned into an inconvenience at most. Can’t recommend this shop enough and if you’re going to break down, Crawford isn’t a bad place to do it.
The best service I have ever received regarding towing and subsequent auto repair. I was stranded in the middle of nowhere due to car damage, was able to get a tow within an hour, and my car fixed the next day. Phenomenal company, would absolutely recommend.

Even though they are an auto body shop,they took my van in on short notice when my wheel bearing went out. All the other places I called couldn't get me in for almost a week(I'm from out of town) and they got my van fixed the next day. They seem to be honest people ,and charged me almost $50 less then what I was quoted the day before. Thanks again guys.
Fantastic service by Northwest! I had a project truck that I bought from an auction that was totaled out from a wreck. Creighton really worked with me on a time table not only for body work, but payments as well. The end result was impeccable! I will definitely be going back here for my next project. Not just because of the high quality of work, but also because of the hospitality and excellent customer service I received that made me feel like I mattered! No longer called Hourt's as the older gentleman/owner passed. However the employee who took over the business has been in this line of work literally his entire life. Creighton knows his stuff and takes pride in his work. Great service, staff, owner, and quality work. Whether it be a new bed liner or perhaps you hit a deer and need some serious body work done, YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!
We hit a deer just outside of Crawford at 6 o'clock at night and Hourt's had us back on the road by 3 o'clock the next day. They did an amazing job; replacing lights, the radiator, transmission cooler, and grill. They got us all straightened out at a reasonable price. Creighton & family were very pleasant to work with. It was great to meet you!
