Called about some parts I was looking for, they said they had them on hand, and quoted me a price. I drove 4 hours and when I got there the prices were not what they said over the phone, plus they would have to pull the parts later and ship them to me. They finally agreed to let me go pull my own parts, and I went home with what I came for. They do have alot of inventory, but not sure about the business practices.
First time dealing with these guys. Called looking for some really hard to find parts, Ray was the gentleman I ended up dealing with. He was kind, very professional and had the parts I needed. I purchased and had him ship the parts to me, all at a very reasonable rate! If ever a need, I will be calling them again in the future. Thanks C&H!!
Called in advance to get a part off of a 40's international. Drove 2 1/2 hours to get there. Very pleased with the outcome. The part is in great shape at a fair price. Thank you Austin and Lonnie..... I shall return

Don't waste the extra money on their Recon parts there is nothing new about them. They take used parts to make one work and price it as if it was fully Reman unit.
Hubby and I stopped here as we have a few hard to find parts for our 97 Pete 379 ... I cannot express how amazing this place is, how organized he is and to top it all off the owner was so pleasant to talk with my husband got parts we hadn’t found Anywhere else !!!

The serice guy was good i think the price they hit me with was a but rough. They diagnosed the issue charged me 264$ for a call out then they out starter on next day i called freightliner to get a price on starter it was 303$ i offered to go pick it up and return my core. They said they would get it and charged me a 30% up charge on the new starter and kept the 113$ core for my old starter. For an hour of work 2nd day was 704$
They are not good at all and are not as good as the others in their bissens but they are the most common ones that are in the same position and they have to be able to be more aggressive in the way that they do something about talking to people who have not been in the situation
Had a turbo go out on my semi i called 5 other shops the where all booked out into the next week i call C&H and talked to Dan told him what was going on he said they where busy but would make room for me got my truck towed in they had me going and on the road the next day great people and very far on prices
Wade and the guys in the shop will do there best to get you in and out so your back on the road and the parts department will work hard to get parts you need
Great service, called Mike looking for a air tank for a 06 KW. Called me back and said he had one, so I had my driver stop on the way through to pick it up. Saved me a lot of money.

Chuck and Dan really know their stuff. The service was great and they got us in and out in a decent amount of time. I'm a young lady and stuck out like a sore thumb on the junk yard, but the crew treated me just like anyone else.

Always treated like a welcome customer. They don't hawk over you as if you are a shoplifter. I always enjoy scrounging around, looking for some obscure part that I have'nt seen for years.
