Long long time completing selling process..very long picture of title. Tow driver arrived 3 days early and crushed my fire pit on way out of yard. Hopefully $35 check in mail for damage. I wish I could rate each step separately. First step does not inform you that you will receive text or email on how to fill out title to vehicle. 2nd step goes over information you gave the person in first step. Once I get link on how to correctly fill out title. I call back. Talk to the person on pick up of vehicle. Driver get him. I have to remind him about the check for $175. Once I get the Check. He can hook up the van. Finished. Check cleared the bank. Thank you. One less headache for me. Have a great day

The scheduled pickup was a couple of days delayed beyond the original date they told me, but once pickup was scheduled, the driver was courteous, on time, with a check in hand, ready to go. Abdul was responsive and courteous. The delay in pickup was due to truck availability, not human delay at the company itself.
