First step does not inform you that you will receive text or email on how to fill out title to vehicle.
2nd step goes over information you gave the person in first step. Once I get link on how to correctly fill out title. I call back. Talk to the person on pick up of vehicle.
Driver get him. I have to remind him about the check for $175. Once I get the Check. He can hook up the van. Finished.

The scheduled pickup was a couple of days delayed beyond the original date they told me, but once pickup was scheduled, the driver was courteous, on time, with a check in hand, ready to go. Abdul was responsive and courteous. The delay in pickup was due to truck availability, not human delay at the company itself.
BMW needed new transmission, way too much to fix, sold it to these guys and they were extremely helpful and prompt. Walked me through entire process and couldn't be happier. Quick and easy!!

Found out our car had a mechanical issue that we chose not to fix due to cost and it being an older car. Called them and had an offer for the car and a time scheduled within an hour of reaching out to them. Great customer service and follow up to make sure pick up got scheduled. Within 24 hours they picked up the car and handed me a check. Highly recommend.
