5/5 Some early misunderstanding about how the program works. That aside, I truly found the communication amazing, the service amazing & the getting an amazing price for my then vehicle...ABSOLUTELY ! Two other offers I had, were petty. Cash For Cars should always been in your equation when looking for these services.
My experience with Cars For Cash was positive. Marco communicated clearly and answered all my questions quickly and professionally. I appreciated his no pressure responses. It was difficult losing our vehicle in a crash but I was grateful to have Cars For Cash as an option available to us.
Really great experience overall with these guys. Fair deal for my car that still has a lot of life but too much hail damage. Everyone I spoke with was immediately responsive and provided thorough directions for everything. 10/10!

It was super simple, got online, got a quote in minutes and was on the phone with a rep and the next day I had the check in hand and the truck was gone. It was as simple as can be.

First step does not inform you that you will receive text or email on how to fill out title to vehicle.
2nd step goes over information you gave the person in first step. Once I get link on how to correctly fill out title. I call back. Talk to the person on pick up of vehicle.
Driver get him. I have to remind him about the check for $175. Once I get the Check. He can hook up the van. Finished.
Check cleared the bank. Thank you. One less headache for me. Have a great day
They bought my dead vehicle and dealt great with all the issues that came up in between picking it up. Very good at explaining how to handle the process of selling them your vehicle.
Excellent company to work with! I needed a specific day to have them pick up my vehicle and they went did everything they could to meet my needs. If I need to recycle another vehicle, they will be the first company I call.

Tow driver arrived 3 days early and crushed my fire pit on way out of yard.

Besides this nice to work with in addition low ball offer nevertheless I'm too old and older phone to redo. Most offer $400 they offer first $350 then $380.

The scheduled pickup was a couple of days delayed beyond the original date they told me, but once pickup was scheduled, the driver was courteous, on time, with a check in hand, ready to go. Abdul was responsive and courteous. The delay in pickup was due to truck availability, not human delay at the company itself.
BMW needed new transmission, way too much to fix, sold it to these guys and they were extremely helpful and prompt. Walked me through entire process and couldn't be happier. Quick and easy!!
Erik was awesome to work with. I had to pay off my car loan and wait for a title. He was very helpful even though this took a few weeks to get the title in the mail. This company contracted a local tow company who was also very polite and efficient. I would highly recommend this company for salvaging a vehicle
Found out our car had a mechanical issue that we chose not to fix due to cost and it being an older car. Called them and had an offer for the car and a time scheduled within an hour of reaching out to them. Great customer service and follow up to make sure pick up got scheduled. Within 24 hours they picked up the car and handed me a check. Highly recommend.
