I wish I could rate each step separately. First step does not inform you that you will receive text or email on how to fill out title to vehicle. 2nd step goes over information you gave the person in first step. Once I get link on how to correctly fill out title. I call back. Talk to the person on pick up of vehicle. Driver get him. I have to remind him about the check for $175. Once I get the Check. He can hook up the van. Finished. Check cleared the bank. Thank you. One less headache for me. Have a great day
