It was horrible no one helps and nowhere on their website does it tell you that they cannot load a trailer onto a trailer and that they will not be helping you. Not to mention that the service upfront was horrible. I do NOT recommend at all.

I came and asked if I could preview a couple of cars. Instead of kindly informing, the lady with the short red hair decided to act very hostile toward me. There was person in-front of me who she acted very kindly with. When it was my chance to talk to her. She acted very rude. This place is very hostile and the lady with the red hair needs a talking to.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a vehicle auction company. I won a lot on 7/08/2025 at the Lincoln, NE location, and as of today, 8/22/2025, I still have not received the title. This is over a month of waiting for a document that should have been processed promptly. I have spent an insane amount of time trying to resolve this. I've opened multiple support tickets, called the yard daily, and wasted hours in their online chat. The responses have been contradictory and unhelpful. First, they claimed they had to request a copy from the DMV. Now, after all this time, they've admitted the title is in their possession at the yard but they "haven't shipped it yet." This level of incompetence and lack of urgency is simply unacceptable. It feels like they have zero regard for their customers once the sale is complete. My vehicle is sitting uselessly because of their failure to perform a basic, necessary task. The entire process has been a nightmare, and I would strongly advise anyone to reconsider using this location if you value your time and sanity. They are holding my property hostage through sheer laziness and mismanagement.

Ben is the only reason this isn’t a one star review. We called ahead of time and drove 3 hours to get some possessions from our car before it’s auctioned but we got there admittedly just a few minutes before close. One of the employees was very rude and tried to rush us out. Thankfully Ben was very nice and told us there was no hurry, then even went above and beyond to help us to track down some paperwork that was missing from the vehicle and apparently incorrectly stored.

I bought 6 cars in 1 year, all of which were said to be in working and running order, but 3 of them were Hail Damage defective. Although these 3 were said to be in working order, they had serious engine and transmission problems. I felt like I was scammed. Something is going on with these Copart vehicles, especially with Hail Damage vehicles. Either the company is unaware of it or they don't want to see it. They told me they lost the title for 2 of them, and it took over 2 months for the title to come back. I was given all kinds of difficulties. It's like they don't want to have customers. I lost a lot of money unnecessarily.

Used to buy various vehicles from this location but had a bad experience with the loader guy today he definitely shouldn’t be behind the wheel he bent my driveshaft and running bars from improperly loading

I've been buying from salvage pools since 2000 in multiple states. I've personally bought 10 cars in the past 18 months from this auction. Never had any problems. I do always go look at them in person before I buy. Office staff are good especially David. Will keep buying cars from copart as long as I can

I decided to try Copart once just to gain the experience—but it’s not a route I’ll take again. I think they enter my email address incorrectly because I never received any information from them, and I couldn’t login to my account. When I called to verify that my car sold, they sounded annoyed, and wouldn’t tell me how much my car sold for. They wouldn’t even let me how much the check was for over the phone. I was surprised when I got there of the extra $75 fee. It was a frustrating experience, so I won’t be using their auction services ever again.

Overall I have had a very good experience at this copart location. After scheduling an appointment to pick up my car, driving on time, even if I can't use my mobile device to mark my self arrived they get me right in and have the title and other paperwork to me in under half half an hour, or much sooner. I have purchased 10+ cars though here and never had any issues with the staff both in office and loaders. Loaders are kind and are willing to listen to how you want your car placed on trailer. A+ service, don't know where all the negative reviews come from, I recommend this place to all my friends and coworkers and they have never had problems here either.

Do not plan on getting to see the cars even when you travel! Showed up well within business hours and the general manager randomly just shuts down viewing of them. Very unprofessional. Didn’t even come out to tell all the people waiting why, just stayed in his office and made his front staff do it for him. Terrible management and business practices. If you are going to have the escort practice then do it, otherwise quit wasting people’s time!

The people in the office are clearly not there to help you at all. Sometimes you can pay online and other times they make you drive 5 hours to pay in person. I've dealt with multiple auctions and this auction is by far the worse. The people running the office don't care. They sound annoyed you are trying to pay for your vehicle. Horrible customer service. Go somewhere else.

This place is completely under staffed. The wait times are too long inside and out. Francis is rude and unwilling to make an appointment for a buyer and states that it is the buyers job, not hers. I was there in the morning and they told me that appointments were full for the day and I cant have the vehicle I paid for!!!??? Thats ridiculous!

**Beware! Missing Catalytic Converters – Must Be an Inside Job!** I have purchased several vehicles from this auto auction, and every single one of them has been missing the catalytic converter. It’s not just me either – all the reviews state the same thing. The converters are freshly cut, with no rust, which strongly suggests this is happening after the cars arrive at the auction. It’s clear this is an inside job. When I contacted the manager, I was shocked by the lack of concern. No apology, no investigation, and no accountability. They didn’t even seem to care about finding out who is behind this theft. I have bid on cars in different states, and I’ve never had issues like this before. I will definitely be spreading the word and telling people to avoid bidding at this location. Stay away from this auction unless you want to deal with missing parts and unprofessional management!

The people in the office were lazy, rude, and didn't want to load my car. They are understaffed and need to hire more people. I had very bad experience at this location. They need to get their act together. Francis needs retrained. Extremely rude and condescending. She refused to make an appointment for me to pick up a car I bought saying it's my job to do it not hers.

I really enjoy stuff that works there, awesome guys that are nice to talk to and will solve all of the problem you can encounter. Only issue is the wait line. There is just not enough stuff that works there! Couple more people would’ve solve all these problems!

9/10 times I've bought a car from here they don't mail out the bill of sale with the car. When I call down to ask them to send me a bill of sale none of the office folks know what I'm talking about. When I can get someone who knows what a bill of sale is they never sign it (this is required by the Dmv in order to get license plates). When I ask them to mail a signed bill of sale they want me to print the bill of sale and forge the signature of the copart agent. It just seems like the employees don't want to do their job.

The communication and processing with this branch was quick and easy! Wish all the other branches were as simple. Staff was friendly and they show great morals and want to help the customers at all costs. I am a transporter for friends and family from Colorado and visiting this branch was definitely a pleasure! Thank you for all you do there! Looking forward to the day I have to go back !

This is the best Copart in America, fast a friendly service. They treat you with respect and have the customers interest as a priority. They helped me out and made buying a breeze as a new member. Am definitely buying from this Copart again and suggest you do the same.Ben and Jaime helped me out and they were a pleasure.

This doesn’t even deserve a 1 star but today we were looking at a BMW (first time) and we called to make sure if we could drive it and we were told we can but just front and back and that was it. We got Glenn, Dave, and a lady coming after me and my dad and my dad barely knows any english (he does know but hardly understands) and they were severely aggressive and it was to the point Dave and Glenn started a screaming match with me and was super racist towards me and my dad and threatened us that they’ll call the cops just because me and my dad were wondering why the oil gasket wasn’t moving and we were told by Dave it was fine to move the vehicle and that is what we did and it was front and back and that was FINE. After the screaming match between Glenn and I because he refused to have a professional conversation with me. Glenn kicked us out and told his co worker that he’s never seen someone this passive aggressive before and this is why he supports Israel. I’m sorry but I was keeping this super professional and this is what we were told and this took it out of proportion because Glenn saw me and my dad aren’t white with blonde hair and blue eyes.. Do not go there if you are muslim or anyone that is colored!

Some of the most incompetent staff I have had the misfortune of dealing with in recent times. They misdelivered one of our cars to the wrong location without contacting us. The secretary was insistent they had approved orders to do so from the owner. When I pointed out I was the owner and I didn't approve anything, she resorted to complaining that I was being rude. Fair enough, when you misdeliver a car and deny all responsibility, I can get peevish. When I asked her for the delivery paperwork she refused to provide it despite claiming she had "all the answers". Denying the owner of the vehicle the delivery paperwork is beyond childish and was her trying to cover her mistake. I expect this type of personal responsibility from grade schoolers not grown adults.

I asked specifically for the plates/plate cover back to my car and they claim the cover that was with the plates was broken? I was also laughed at by two ladies (one was in training on 2/5 at 10:20am, blonde hair in a bun, the other wearing a yellow shirt and has brown hair and weird teeth) and no one entered in their notes that we did not get all of our property back. Claiming something was broken and saying sorry is unprofessional when I paid for that stuff out of my own pocket. A sorry doesn't replace an item that was still there after an accident with photo proof. The plates were in perfect condition why wouldn't the cover be as well? I think they stole it or lied to us to get us to forget about it. I dont recommend using this place with your insurance company, go somewhere else. Everyone looks crazy who works there as well, its uncomfortable. The owner needs to respond and see the negative reviews and customer service being given by the employees of your business. Do better and pay attention.

Racist DAVID, front desk customer service agent at COPART This happened today Friday, January 26, 2024 around 3:30 PM. This is my first time ever at CoPart. I came with my daughter to retrieve my personal belonging from my truck that was in a car accident. Walked in and there was one person ahead of me. 7 minutes in, an old lay walked in and asked me and my daughter if this was the line to get helped. We told her yes. Then she mentioned the waiting line long line. She then proceed to ask if we were here to pay for a vehicle. We told her, we are here to get our personal belongings for our truck that was in an accident. She then asked me and the gentleman that was in front of us in the waiting line; if it’s okay to cut in front of us and delivered her check. Both myself and the gentleman in front of us nodded our heads yes. She got helped and thanks us for let her ahead of us. Then the gentleman in front of us got helped right after. When it came to our turn, David immediately said “there is a person in queue I need to take care of. I said okay. Then there is not only one, but three different people who came after us David call out to help and we were in front of his face not evening acknowledging us. At this point I was visibly irritated and one of the ladies that was help other customers on the other windows noticed the whole encounters and asked me if she can help me. This kind of disturbing racist behavior exhibited by a customer service representative David at Copart car auction SHOULD BE ADDRESED. Numerous customers have recounted instances where David's conduct reflected discriminatory attitudes, creating an unwelcome and hostile environment for those seeking assistance. Such behavior is not only morally reprehensible but also goes against the principles of fairness and equality. Copart, as a reputable organization, should promptly address and rectify this issue to ensure that all customers are treated with dignity and respect. It is essential for companies to foster inclusive and respectful environments, condemning any form of discrimination, and taking decisive action against employees who engage in such unacceptable behavior.

Been here a couple of times, but this time the lady was super rude, and didn’t let me go inside to check a car before purchasing it… I drove all the way to Copart and she didn’t let me in!!!

We were late one hour and waited in line for less than 20 minutes. They didn’t bring up nothing about the time we arrived and were quick to work with us. The person at the desk was polite and fast. We saw the price on the website, fees included and had a check for that exact amount. They didn’t bring up any other fees and we were out of there with a title in hand and a new car. In less than an hour. Price was good and so were the people.

This is hands down the absolute worst experience I've ever had at any of the multiple Coparts I've been to. I had an appointment at 4:30pm. I drove 6+ hours, some of that time through torrential rain storms slowing travel immensely and arrived and checked in at 4:46. The transporter app told me that my wait time was 5 minutes. After 12 minutes of waiting and no update on the app, I walked in and said hi there - I had an appointment at 4:30 and checked in so I'm just coming in to check on the wait time. The older lady with the glasses sitting at the back desk said you're late so you're not getting anything today. I apologized and explained that the storms slowed the highways to a stand still. She said well you should've been here at 4 and no later than 4:15 because all of the workers leave at 4:30. First of all, I saw quite a few workers driving forklifts in the yard still. And second of all, if that was the case then why are appointment times for 4:30 listed as an option ?? And thirdly, the notification on the transporter app states that if I'm not checked in by 5pm that my appointment would be cancelled. She told me to leave and it's not her problem it rained. I have never dealt with someone as cold and condescending as this person. I was in tears. Luckily outside we did approach one of your other employees, a younger red headed male who was super helpful and professional and he did make sure I was able to pick up my vehicle so thank God for him. As far as that woman, she definitely should not have a job dealing with the public. Even the younger black haired female put her head down when the hateful woman was talking to me obviously embarrassed by her coworkers demeanor and attitude. I advise potential customers to avoid this Copart until this employee retires or croaks.

Not very happy at all with the friendliness of the operator with my staff. I was busy and trying to get a title a copy of the title sent to my email and I gave permission to my dis batcher to speak with co part for me and the first operator was ok, then she was transferred to the yard operator was insistent she couldn't talk to and would not talk to my staff even when i was on the phone with the operator and she was very rude to me as well. I work a lot with this company and would like to encounter better service in the future.
