It’s been more than a hour I’m waiting for truck to be dropped off to the parking lot but no luck. The loader came asked me for help with a cocky attitude I told him I’m waiting for my truck here. He said he’ll bring it here and I waited another 15 minutes and still no show up. Finally I decided to go to the office and found the same guy staying in the office taking his sweet time. After he saw me inside the office said your truck is gonna be the next. But when ???? When you gonna drop off my truck buddy ? Finally 10 minutes later my truck got dropped off to the pickup area.
This is the main reason I don’t shop here often. The managment need to fix this problem and respect people’s time.Feb 06, 2026 -
I didnt know there were so many fee's they tac on almost $500.00 in fee's witch I had to pay wheel tax on when licensed the car. They then mailed my bill of sale on wrong paper work ment for ATV . Do plenty of research !

Refused to let my driver pick up a vehicle and than gave me an extra $79 dollar gate fee on top of the original $95 gate fee.
I was transfered over to try to speak with the office 3 times. Spent over 3 hour on hold just for no one to ever answer while waiting on hold.
Was told they couldn't fork the truck and then couldn't get ahold of them to figure out how to load it because they don't answer phones.
I have spent millions with copart over the last few years and continue to get treated terrible by these locations. Unbelievable.Jan 30, 2026 -
We did do business with them. The local management was sketch at best always. We once towed a vehicle into their lot, which the entry way was clogged with other vehicles, consequently we clipped a pole used to protect their lot gate. They would not share any video footage they claim to have, but our driver admitted to us that it had happened. Copart wanted us to give them our insurance so they could charge us $8k to fix it. We sent our own concrete guy to fix. The concrete person noted that this pole had been knocked over several times and most likely had been straightened in the ground with a front end loader. The broken concrete was removed from the sonnet tube, and the pole reset. Problem fixed better then it was. But of course since we did not follow their scam we are no longer allowed on their lot at this time. No real loss to us as they do not pay a fair price to towers. Great example of a corporation not being honest or fair. They do damage the vehicles on their lot the way they move them around with that front end loader. But hey its a wrecked/salvaged car who cares right? Im sure the buyer cares.

To start off this is a really busy hub, the yard is very busy and one of bigger one I have seen but in my experience they looked understaffed.I haven’t experienced the customer service from the office but the yard guys went beyond my expectations. I was picking up a car and they were really backed up. There was a gentleman that was on his lunch break kindly drove the vehicle I was picking up to speed up the process. If you’re understanding and nice to the yard guys you get the same treatment back.

Terrible company to do business with. We have been buying vehicles for 8 years (100s of vehicles purchased) from them and have had multiple issues such as them claiming a vehicle ran and drove when the transmission was cracked in half with no fluid in it (they did nothing for me), vehicles suspensions cracked and broken from how they move vehicles around with fork lifts (they did nothing for me), missing catalytic converters (they did nothing for me), CRAZY high fees, but today was the last straw. I showed up for my appointment 2 minutes late after driving over an hour to get there and they told me I had to come back another day and would not release the vehicle. Isn't it illegal to deny me MY vehicle that I PAID for despite bad company policy? Law trumps company policy. All my business will go to IAA from now on and recommend you do the same.

If their lot is so special they can charge daily storage after 5 days you would think they could at least keep enough rock on it and the snow cleared that you could pull an empty semi trailer out, but you would be wrong! And the word it out... of the 6 tow companies I called, 2 won't go in there anymore and the other 3 had the same rate $500!!!!! and they say it happens ALL the time! Just Copart keeping it classy per the usual!

Bad customer service. I was told they would reimbursement me for them losing my plates and registration but now they are going back on their word saying they will not reimburse me. You would think they would want to fix their wrong doings but I guess not. Definitely recommend you go somewhere else and I'm sure you'd get better help and a company who is more organized because I just don't understand how you lose something like that when it was on the car.

The WORST experience , after 20 years as COPART member , dealing with this Yard have been frustrating ,the title of my car is lost and there is no way to speak directly with a rep from this location , the customer care or attention doesn't exist at all , an the general manager is absolutely unreachable.

It was horrible no one helps and nowhere on their website does it tell you that they cannot load a trailer onto a trailer and that they will not be helping you. Not to mention that the service upfront was horrible. I do NOT recommend at all.

I came and asked if I could preview a couple of cars. Instead of kindly informing, the lady with the short red hair decided to act very hostile toward me. There was person in-front of me who she acted very kindly with. When it was my chance to talk to her. She acted very rude. This place is very hostile and the lady with the red hair needs a talking to.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a vehicle auction company. I won a lot on 7/08/2025 at the Lincoln, NE location, and as of today, 8/22/2025, I still have not received the title. This is over a month of waiting for a document that should have been processed promptly.
I have spent an insane amount of time trying to resolve this. I've opened multiple support tickets, called the yard daily, and wasted hours in their online chat. The responses have been contradictory and unhelpful. First, they claimed they had to request a copy from the DMV. Now, after all this time, they've admitted the title is in their possession at the yard but they "haven't shipped it yet."
This level of incompetence and lack of urgency is simply unacceptable. It feels like they have zero regard for their customers once the sale is complete. My vehicle is sitting uselessly because of their failure to perform a basic, necessary task. The entire process has been a nightmare, and I would strongly advise anyone to reconsider using this location if you value your time and sanity. They are holding my property hostage through sheer laziness and mismanagement.Aug 22, 2025 -
Ben is the only reason this isn’t a one star review. We called ahead of time and drove 3 hours to get some possessions from our car before it’s auctioned but we got there admittedly just a few minutes before close. One of the employees was very rude and tried to rush us out. Thankfully Ben was very nice and told us there was no hurry, then even went above and beyond to help us to track down some paperwork that was missing from the vehicle and apparently incorrectly stored.

I bought 6 cars in 1 year, all of which were said to be in working and running order, but 3 of them were Hail Damage defective. Although these 3 were said to be in working order, they had serious engine and transmission problems. I felt like I was scammed. Something is going on with these Copart vehicles, especially with Hail Damage vehicles. Either the company is unaware of it or they don't want to see it. They told me they lost the title for 2 of them, and it took over 2 months for the title to come back. I was given all kinds of difficulties. It's like they don't want to have customers. I lost a lot of money unnecessarily.

I've been buying from salvage pools since 2000 in multiple states. I've personally bought 10 cars in the past 18 months from this auction. Never had any problems.
I do always go look at them in person before I buy. Office staff are good especially David. Will keep buying cars from copart as long as I canJun 18, 2025 -
I decided to try Copart once just to gain the experience—but it’s not a route I’ll take again. I think they enter my email address incorrectly because I never received any information from them, and I couldn’t login to my account. When I called to verify that my car sold, they sounded annoyed, and wouldn’t tell me how much my car sold for. They wouldn’t even let me how much the check was for over the phone. I was surprised when I got there of the extra $75 fee. It was a frustrating experience, so I won’t be using their auction services ever again.

Overall I have had a very good experience at this copart location. After scheduling an appointment to pick up my car, driving on time, even if I can't use my mobile device to mark my self arrived they get me right in and have the title and other paperwork to me in under half half an hour, or much sooner. I have purchased 10+ cars though here and never had any issues with the staff both in office and loaders. Loaders are kind and are willing to listen to how you want your car placed on trailer. A+ service, don't know where all the negative reviews come from, I recommend this place to all my friends and coworkers and they have never had problems here either.

Do not plan on getting to see the cars even when you travel! Showed up well within business hours and the general manager randomly just shuts down viewing of them. Very unprofessional. Didn’t even come out to tell all the people waiting why, just stayed in his office and made his front staff do it for him. Terrible management and business practices. If you are going to have the escort practice then do it, otherwise quit wasting people’s time!

The people in the office are clearly not there to help you at all. Sometimes you can pay online and other times they make you drive 5 hours to pay in person. I've dealt with multiple auctions and this auction is by far the worse. The people running the office don't care. They sound annoyed you are trying to pay for your vehicle. Horrible customer service. Go somewhere else.

**Beware! Missing Catalytic Converters – Must Be an Inside Job!**
I have purchased several vehicles from this auto auction, and every single one of them has been missing the catalytic converter. It’s not just me either – all the reviews state the same thing. The converters are freshly cut, with no rust, which strongly suggests this is happening after the cars arrive at the auction. It’s clear this is an inside job.
When I contacted the manager, I was shocked by the lack of concern. No apology, no investigation, and no accountability. They didn’t even seem to care about finding out who is behind this theft. I have bid on cars in different states, and I’ve never had issues like this before.
I will definitely be spreading the word and telling people to avoid bidding at this location. Stay away from this auction unless you want to deal with missing parts and unprofessional management!Sep 27, 2024 -
The people in the office were lazy, rude, and didn't want to load my car. They are understaffed and need to hire more people. I had very bad experience at this location. They need to get their act together. Francis needs retrained. Extremely rude and condescending. She refused to make an appointment for me to pick up a car I bought saying it's my job to do it not hers.

The communication and processing with this branch was quick and easy! Wish all the other branches were as simple. Staff was friendly and they show great morals and want to help the customers at all costs. I am a transporter for friends and family from Colorado and visiting this branch was definitely a pleasure!

Some of the most incompetent staff I have had the misfortune of dealing with in recent times.
They misdelivered one of our cars to the wrong location without contacting us. The secretary was insistent they had approved orders to do so from the owner. When I pointed out I was the owner and I didn't approve anything, she resorted to complaining that I was being rude. Fair enough, when you misdeliver a car and deny all responsibility, I can get peevish.
When I asked her for the delivery paperwork she refused to provide it despite claiming she had "all the answers". Denying the owner of the vehicle the delivery paperwork is beyond childish and was her trying to cover her mistake. I expect this type of personal responsibility from grade schoolers not grown adults.Feb 16, 2024 -

We were late one hour and waited in line for less than 20 minutes. They didn’t bring up nothing about the time we arrived and were quick to work with us. The person at the desk was polite and fast. We saw the price on the website, fees included and had a check for that exact amount. They didn’t bring up any other fees and we were out of there with a title in hand and a new car. In less than an hour. Price was good and so were the people.
