Called before 5 am, used automated after hours system, "Lola", heard nothing back, tried to call again and kept getting Lola. When I finally called after office was open, they had no record of my request. Waited for almost 3 hours for nothing. Finally contacted another company
September 26,2025. I was traveling from O'Neil, NE to Lincoln, NE. Around 3pm I'm getting on the interstate at Grand Island. The pickup pulling a trailer lost a fender off of the trailer. I tried to avoid it but it caught my left rear tire. 2019 Ford Fusion has no spare. Find this towing company on my phone. "We'll be there within 30 minutes." Right on time Trent shows up. Explain to him I'm from Mississippi, I'm visiting my relatives and need to get to Lincoln as soon as possible. Trent loads my car on the flatbed. I get in, he starts calling tire shops to find one that can fit me in. He called at least 5. He had my tire size ready and found a shop that could get me in on a late Friday afternoon. I felt well taken care of thanks to Trent. I didn't need the extra expense, but it didn't feel like it was.
Trent went beyond getting me to a "drop off point." He made sure I was taken care of and could continue on.
The lady that answered was rude! Hung up on me after asking about how much it was going to be! When the vechile was picked up she mentioned how we were pain in the butts! Just plain rude! Now I understand others who have complained about her!
I was on my way back to town and tire pressure was dropping rapidly. Called AAA and altho my interaction with them left a lot to be desired, Trent from Lone Tree Towing came out, saved the day and aired up my tire so I was able to make it to Walmart to get a new tire.
My car broke down in GI on a very hot day in July. We were apparently one hour from home. Thank God I have triple A. The tow truck driver was Trent, he made a horrible situation into a fun ride home. I know it's sound s strange to have fun being towed But this guy had such a wonderful, uplifting personality. I don't wish to be in that situation again but if ever I am I hope they send me Trent again. Thank you Trent, you deserve a raise!
These guys were chosen by AAA to tow my car and within 15 minutes they were enroute to save me. Trent, the driver was on his game. He was awesome and kept me updated constantly. Because of his experience and customer service,these guys will get any future business from me regardless if it's AAA eligible or not. Thank you so much!!!
Trent was our hero, Sunday and his day off! still came through in a pinch. Had two denalis with bad gas. Got them both picked up and delivered to our shop of choice. Grand Auto Sales, the manager was there today too. . I know right talk about luck. Loan tree towing is a 10star if I could.
I'd give more stars if I could. Young man towed home my neighbors' classic car when it had an issue and pushed it down the driveway so she could get it inside before a storm. He definitely went above and beyond.
My husband's motorcycle broke down along the highway a few miles from Hastings. I called Trent and he was there within an hour! He was very careful when loading it and securing it down and he hauled it to our mechanics shop for us. Great customer service! Thank you!
Stranded 30 miles out of town, Trent with Lone Tree Towing called as soon as AAA contacted him for the tow. Kept in communication with me throughout the entire process. Dropped my car at my mechanic and followed up to let me know the car was safely delivered.

If you're heading down the highway late at night hauling a trailer... You better have a spare tire just in case. If you're like me and forgot the spare then you could be so lucky to have a service like Lone Tree Towing around. He was courteous and professional and despite having to come out around 11pm to the outskirts of town, Trent did an amazing job with the very unorthodox task of loading up and hauling my enclosed trailer(sans one tire). All that and for a fair price that didn't break the bank. Well done!!!

Lone tree towing was a big help getting abandoned vehicle off the lot but also came out the help us with a truck event at Walmart to raise money for children’s hospital they didn’t even get scared off by the dinosaur! The staff was friendly and respectful.
Trent with Lone Tree towing was prompt and helpful. I didn’t know that our AAA would cover a tow to Omaha where we have our truck Serviced. He said he could take there and it was cover. Trent is very professional and great to work with.

Lone Tree and their crews were super helpful with a freight recovery I recently had. They were right on time as scheduled and the transfer and delivery went off without a hitch. Drivers were very helpful with photos I needed as well. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Theses guys are awesome! I hit a deer very early Tuesday morning and called for a tow Trent came and got me and van helped to make sure my delivery was made early and got me to the dealership. The only place to call!
Our vehicle had gotten stolen about a week or two ago, made some calls today and located it through the amazing call center lady (I forgot her name I’m so sorry). Trent was great! We were stranded in Nebraska and AAA sent them. We sometimes have problems with tow truck drivers not being able to get our low profile 1983 Porsche 928S on a flatbed without damaging the front spoiler. Trent had blocks with him and got it high enough to pull it up on the flatbed with no damage. He also gave us a lift into town to the repair facility. We really appreciate the friendly service!
Trent came to my rescue when I hit something in the road and my tire went flat. I was stressed out to the max, which is what happens to me when something goes wrong with my vehicle. Trent was very. very nice and put the donut on my car. which he found as I did not see it. I'm ashamed to say that I was a bit sharp with him as he was asking me the standard questions that he needed to ask, and I did apologize to him, but he assured me that we had no problem and he went out of his way to be patient, and kind as he got me back on the road. I am very grateful to him, and my stress was completely unwarranted.
