My van blew a tire on I-90 in Montana. I was there with my wife and our 6 kids. Hanser’s sent someone right away to get us off the interstate and to a tire shop. They sent an extra car to take my wife and kids to a hotel to wait, and the driver, a guy named Dakota, was absolutely amazing - he really went above and beyond to make sure that my family was safe and I was able to get my van repaired so we could get back on our way.

brenda answered the phone in a very timely fashion and was super friendly! they got a tech out for our roadcall right away! will definitely be using them if in the area again!

Beyond exceptional experience. We are stranded on highway 12 and not only did they come out quickly, they were extremely accommodating, helpful and genuinely kind. I can’t say enough positive things about them.

They saved me from the side of I90 at 10pm. Dakota was friendly and incredibly helpful.

The reason they get two is the staff was absolutely wonderful. The tow truck driver Dakota was amazing and got us off the road quick and safely. The receptionist was very nice and understanding. I have a problem with $800 because the cops called instead of me. I told the receptionist I was about to call and a cop told me they had already called the towing company, so she bumped it down to $500. I understand that it was in the median and an accident call because the cops called. It doesn't seem right to charge that much for an hour and a half tow that was less than 20miles, but I felt forced to pay it because the driver had already taken my keys and I didn't want my car to be taken and possibly have more fees.

Big shout out to the lady's behind the desk the referred and pointed Us in the right direction to buy a vehicle because our other vehicle was broken down, they went beyond there job duties to point us in the right direction so we could make it to Oregon thank you ladies thank you so much....

Slide into a ditch today in below zero weather, Hanser's to the rescue! Having never have dealt with them before, I won't hesitate to again. They worked with me to be able to afford the help out and even though it took a hot minute for them to get to me (it's been crazy busy with the weather), when she did show up she was so friendly and was finally able to get me out. Took almost a half hour but never once had anything but a friendly face on. Thank you for the rescue!!

Dakota was amazing! I overshot my tow dolly and he took extra care to insure the car wasn’t damaged. Showed up in half the time I was told. Great customer service on the phone by Shelly too!!

I was driving by myself headed to Bozeman for a girls trip when I ran over something in the road and got a flat tire. I’m not familiar with the area but found Hansers by calling a nearby gas station and they were so great. Lane arrived in less than thirty minutes and changed my tire and got me on my way in no time. He was kind and professional and as a single woman traveling alone I felt totally safe too. And I still made it in time to pick up my friends from the airport. Thank you Lane!

They dispatched the towing really fast and located us on the road with easy. They were able to take us to the repair shop and soon after we were on our way. They're also really friendly on the phone and that's a huge plus. Thanks so much!!!

It's amazing the lengths a company will go to save face and not make right on their own mistake, but this company takes the cake. Their employee towed my Jeep to the wrong repair shop, after claiming that the two shops were the same. When I received a phone call from the people at the auto shop she dropped it at, asking me what was going on, I told her it was supposed to go to a different one. I called the employee who made the mistake and she said, on a recorded line, that there would be no charge for taking it to the right place, after I told her the two repair shops were not the same business. She said the one place only did tires, which actually did get me to start questioning whether I had made arrangements with the wrong place. I mean this employee lives in Big Timber. Surely she would know local business better than I would. But lo and behold, I was right and they are two different places. But now they couldn't get to it for a couple weeks. I was able to get ahold of another place and they agreed to look at it, so my friend who was going to help with the repair bill drove the keys all the way there. I received a text message from her saying to call Hansers, there was a problem with the registration. The fact is, due to a messy break up of an abusive relationship, the vehicle was still registered in my ex'es name. He took my name off the title after I was in an accident and the insurance company offered to let him buy it back at salvage. So behind my back, he took my name off the title when he had to get a new salvage title for it. So this amazing company who already screwed up decided they don't want to tow it to the right place, and then went searching around in the Jeep, and found an oil burner, and called the police, saying I had drug paraphernalia in my car. Mind you, the oil burner does resemble a glass pipe but it is used for burning essential oils and I promise you the police can test it all day long and will not find a speck of drugs on it. Of course they reported all this to my friend who was helping me, divulging false information to someone other than myself, who they never tried to contact after finding "drug paraphernalia" in my car. Shame on you people, and especially the supervisor who informed me that her employee Kristen would never have brought it to the wrong location and that all calls are recorded. She was going to listen to those calls and get back to me. When she called me back, she had the audacity to claim the two businesses WERE the same, and that the auto repair place found drug stuff in my car so now they don't want to work on it anyway. Hello? They WERE NEVER scheduled to work on it! YOU GUYS screwed up and instead of making it right, you made up false allegations about a supposed meth pipe which was actually an essential oil burner and then came back with the two businesses were the same? You ruined my friendship with the lady who was helping me with your lies. So I hope whomever is the owner has an opportunity to see this review and see for himself how his employees handle situations where they were at fault and made mistakes. Didn't it ever occur to you geniuses if I didn't have the right to be in possession of that vehicle it would have been reported stolen long ago? It never has been because it's a civil matter. I would NEVER recommend anyone use this establishment for any purpose.

The most generous, most kind group of people at Hansers in big timber. They have done nothing but help me out from the start and in anyway they could. Amazing job guys thank you for all you’ve done and would highly recommend anyone that needs a tow or any car trouble should call hansers.

Kristen, Donny & Josh went above and beyond to make my needing a tow truck as good of an experience as it possibly could be!! I would highly recommend them and won't hesitate to call them if I need to again because I know I would be in excellent hands!!

My Peterbilt froze up on the interstate as I was traveling west. I feared for my life with the severe cold and wind. Called Hanser's, and within minutes, they arrived to help. Couldn't get my truck running, so Josh took me to the office for shelter. Kristen met me there, and I realized I needed to go to the hospital. I was transported by Kristen without hesitant. They towed my truck to their shop and put it indoors to thaw out. Every person employed with Hanser's are so professional and caring for each individual who needs their help with almost no regard to their own well-being. I was so grateful for all of them!! They are like guardian Angels!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!! Y'all will be in my prayers forever!!!

Broke down right between big timber and Livingston. The two young men that came out were quick and friendly. They accommodated my two dogs as well. Would recommmed them!

Hanser's provided professional and quick towing services at a reasonable rate. I was broken down outside of town and they were quick and efficient when picking me up. Nice guys and great service from start to finish in the entire process.

Don't waste your time with this highly unprofession and unsympathetic company. We were broke down on the interstate 16 miles from their office. They said, "We don't go out that far, find somebody else. CLICK!" Owner of Hansers, it's time to fire your trouble!

I had an accident in bad weather over the weekend. They answered my 5am call and were out to help me within the hour. I didn't need a tow, just help getting a tired changed after ending up in the ditch. My experience with Hanser's made a bad experience bearable. Thanks for the help.

The driver was very courteous and friendly. Tire blew out on I-90 about 8 miles from Big Timber in the middle of the night. He was very helpful in finding places to get a new tire. Definitely recommend if needed.
