My girlfriend and I always stay here for her birthday weekend in late August. Rooms are great and the array of different pools is nice. Drinks are convenient to the pools and the food is very good when at the restaurant. I always like the wristband that enables you to charge to room and pay at the end of stay.

We had a family reunion (13 adults) in July 2025. We booked the same trip again for 2026 since it was so enjoyable. The hot springs are clean with many pebbletec pools to choose from, the locker room was large and clean, the 5 star restaurant was incredible. And, I found my favorite coffee mug at the gift shop.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at the resort! The pools are so relaxing, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful!! Just the best getaway! We had dinner and breakfast there and food was great!! The only negative was in the pet friendly cabin we stayed in. The floors clearly had not been mopped for quite some , and were very dirty. Also, the sink had a leaky faucet that dripped during the night. But even with the negatives, we will be back!

The pools are great, we just came for a day swim with our 4 kids. We had 5 staff members in 4 hours address us about things we were doing that were insignificant. We were told not to throw a soft squishy ball in the kid pool that quinns provided. Our kids were told not to climb on the rocks near the waterfalls when my kids were not even touching the rocks and had no intention of climbing on them. The staff was overbearing and somewhat rude and it was unnecessary.

A gorgeous overnight getaway for Valentines. We stayed in the Glacier Lodge that is adjacent to the tavern and hot spring pools. Wristband access to the pools and Wristband room charging means comfortable wandering around the resort. Provided robes for use during the stay are warm and modest wear between the lodging to the tavern and on the pool deck. Easily made vegan beet salad (no chz, n bacon) was delicious.

The hot pools are very nice. Hotter and more mild options for individual preferences. There's a bar and food service windows and its pretty expensive if you choose to get a drink but its a great spot. Just make sure you book in advance!

Quinn's is an easy overnight and romantic getaway option. The staff are very helpful. Our large group had hassle free accomodations while dining. We will be back!

My best friend and I celebrated 20 years of friend ship, and we could not of picked a better location. If you’re looking for a place to RELAX TO THE MAX! I’m talking about walking around the resort in your robes, even eating breakfast in them after soaking. THIS IS THE PLACE! Everybody was extremely friendly, food and drinks 10/10. Views and rooms 10/10. THE POOLS AND LOCKER ROOMS WERE SO CLEAN! Not one bad thing I can say about this place. I can’t wait for our next stay! Also, shout out to the front desk girl (Suzie, I don’t know if I spelled her name right) you were amazing!

I love visiting the hot springs however, I'm disappointed in having to make a reservation in advance to be able to enjoy the pools. It's sad to see the locals pushed out and restricted to a last minute spontaneous soak. The renovations and pool expansions are lovely and make for a relaxing visit.

Quinn’s Hot Springs is one of the best places in Montana for true relaxation. My husband and I visit often during the winter season, even though it’s a two-hour drive one way—and it is always worth it. The drive itself is part of the experience. On our way this time, we spotted families of bighorn sheep along the road, and the scenic landscape makes the journey feel special before you even arrive. The staff are consistently kind and welcoming, creating an atmosphere where you can genuinely unwind and feel connected—not just to the place, but to the people as well. It’s more than a hot springs visit; it’s a glimpse into the magic of Montana life. Highly recommended for anyone seeking relaxation, nature, and an authentic Montana experience.

We loved our vacation stay! The best part aside from the hot springs was definitely the staff. Every single interaction we had with a staff member went above and beyond my expectations. They were all so cheerful, helpful, and just genuinely nice people. We loved it and will be staying again!

I would advise against staying in the Golden Eagle duplex. The walls have no acoustical separation from the adjacent unit, so we got very little sleep. I had already booked our stay for next year prior to our visit, but I decided to cancel after this experience. In the future we will book a day soak and then just drive home so we can get an enjoyable nights sleep. We have stayed at Quinn's multiple times in the past and it is fun as long as you have a stand alone cabin. The dining and hot springs are both great, just poor overnight accommodations for families.

Updating my review to include our most recent experience. This place is wonderful, warm, and welcoming. Rooms are clean. Pools are perfect. Food is great! We are most impressed with the staffs ability to handle the recent storm that blew down trees everywhere from WA into MT. Quinns hotsprings suffered many trees down on their property but they were ready with back up generators, and all the staff to clean, and get everything up and working in no time. The pools were only closed for part of a day (for everyone's safety and to remove debris) which is astounding. All the while everyone was kind, polite, and experts with handling a very difficult situation. Im told they even woke guests up to move their cars to prevent any damages to personal property. They are definitely experts. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

It's nice, if you can ever get in but it's literally impossible to get a swim session, or book a cabin/lodging. Like nothing is ever available, unless you want to soak on a Monday morning or maybe Wednesday morning. I can't even say how many times I hop on the website to see if I can get a swim session or book a cabin and every time I get the "We're Sorry... we have no availability for that date please try another". But the only other one open is like one single Monday out of the month. Even when I try to book 3-4 months in advance, nothing is ever available. And I'm always trying for just a family of four, or just a couple, which should be easy to book. Seriously ridiculous how closed off to the public and inaccessible they are. The hot springs is good... but it's not so epic that it should be impossible to ever go there. Any family that is willing to book months in advance, and pay the price for staying and soaking and dining... should just be able to make their reservation and see something** available. I've been to Quinns a few times and we are a native MT family that would give regular business to Quinns and visit often, but I am so over trying and trying and never being able to go so we're done. Plenty of other hot springs that we can go to, good ones that welcome you to reserve/visit/stay/swim so we'll stick to those ones. Lastly I'd be willing to pay 349/night but when they don't allow my dog to stay when I pay that much... nope we won't bother trying to go.

Got there and did a thermal melt down at the front desk when I was told we were across the street instead of a cabin. Amy calmly brought me off the ledge and told me too just drive across to the pool area with our car when we were going to soak. Turns out that driving makes it closer when you park next to the pools! Stay at the Lodge, it is great. The rooms are better and the bottle of wine was perfect, Amy, you are our hero!!!!! Best restaurant, best bar, best pools and rooms in Montana. Thanks for keeping a limit on pool bodies. We had a great time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We booked a cabin to have a restful night and could hear everything our neighbors did well into the night. There is zero sound proofing, you may as well be in same room with strangers. We had our kids with us and they were woken up multiple times throughout the night. We also sent an email that was never addressed. You would think paying that amount for a cabin we would have a different experience.

Stopped by on our way through Montana just to see if they might have an opening-they were sold out but let us swim the last two hours of the session and even let us borrow swim suits! It was so very kind and appreciated (Nov 25 about 2pm) the staff was so kind, especially the younger girl working front desk! Pools are kept nice and clean and drinks were delicious! Will definitely be back soon.

We came here to soak with our kids and found out at check in that our kids couldn’t go in the hot pools. At the HOT SPRING. This is not listed on the pool check-in page. It is buried in the rules and written on the map of the pools in the rules. I had an uncomfortable exchange with the two workers about this but left before getting furious as they are just doing their job. I get it. There was no manager on duty that could talk to me either. I had to either wait until a half an hour before our swim session ended at 4 o’clock because the manager wouldn’t be there till 3:30. We chose to leave and go down the road to wild horse, Hot Springs. That being said if you choose to do this, I would not expect the same experience as you Wood at Quinn‘s. Quinn’s is 1000 times nicer as far as the facility. We have gone to Lava, Radium,Fairmont Multiple ones,Bozeman, White Sulphur Springs, sleeping Buffalo and others. This is the only one our kids couldn’t soak in the hot water. Prioritizing adults and alcohol in a hot spring seems risky anyways, but that’s just my opinion. I have read some of these reviews and I know exactly what people are talking about when they say that people‘s kids were bothering them. We have had numerous experiences at multiple places with people’s kids, being out of control and annoying as they just stand there and watch. But this isn’t limited to Hot Springs. This is everywhere. Anyways, just my two cents. I will say that the manager gave us a refund because the info was not printed on the front page so I appreciate that. This is why I gave 5 stars for facility and 4 for service. Not trying to write a nasty review or slander, just sharing my opinion. This could all be avoided if they just put on the front page that the ages of the kids affect which pools they can go in and they probably might. I updated my review to four stars because of the response of the manager, as well as the response to my review. I figured they would change it once it was brought to their attention and it sounds like they’re going to

Our good friends brought us here for lunch. It was our first time, they stay here a few times a year and love it. My husband and I shared a Buffalo burger. The packets of mayo was spoiled and one was watery. The burger was really good though. We will definitely go back.

Over all experience was good. We got the older cabins our first visit. We did not like it. This time we were across the road by the river in the new two story building. It is much nicer.

Great location and nice hot spring spa. Staff are friendly but not genuine. They are definitely catering to the out of staters who for the most part like phony! We have stayed at several of the in state resorts like Quinns and this is a good one. Food is marginal and lodging is sufficient. Overall nothing here is remarkable. .

It was alright. Room was a little dirty. Wasn't any coffee cups in the room. Had to request some. The air didn't work. Had to have maintenance out to fix it and still didn't work. Outrageous prices for what you get. Rooms are expensive, food is expensive and quality doesn't match. The pools were clean and refreshing but crowded. Had to book a year in advance to get a weekend room and don't need to go back.

Fantastic place. I've never been here before and it was really nice and had a great time. The bar and restaurant was awesome as well with wonderful cheerful people working within the entire place from the front desk at check-in to the food to the housekeeping service. Couldn't ask for better. There are so many different hot springs in pools to explore for different temperatures and found a few that was perfect for me. I've heard it's been very crowded there but I guess I got lucky because it wasn't crowded at all. Go on a Monday or Tuesday. It was great.

Quinn’s is a wonderful stop, we so enjoy the clean and cozy atmosphere. There’s a nice variety of temperatures in the pools and not too crowded. The locker rooms are spacious with nice features. We’re returning guests who keep coming back!

Derek welcomed my sister and I with the upmost welcoming and professional hospitality I have ever had. We came all the way from Oregon not sure what to expect but he made sure we felt at home. His warm welcome, professionalism, and attention to detail made our entire visit. He really deserves to be recognized and we can’t wait to come back because of him. The resort is beautiful and everything is a great vibe. Another shout out to Char and Maury as well. We really can’t wait to come back.

I wish this was closer to spokane! Nothing can do about that though. Other than that this place is simply amazing top star top class spa feel. Worth a 20 dollar day pass. A little pricey for rooms but it is worth it. Go once and you'll be hooked for life. Not far off the interstate but far enough to feel secluded and rural. Quinns is the best!

We rented the Ponderosa cabin last weekend and all 4 of us thought it wasn't very clean, especially the floors and back deck. The rugs are old and dinghy, floors obviously hadn't been mopped recently, the back deck was very dusty with cobwebs. The windows in the bedroom could not be opened, handles broken. Yes, they're older cabins but could be maintained better. All else was great, the hot springs were very relaxing, and our dinners were wonderful.

Had a great time! Only complaint would be the one shot per drink and 2 drinks per person at the hot springs bar. Great food- fun ambiance. You can wear your robes in the tavern and outside walking to your cabins. We stayed in the adults only riverside lodge and our room was excellent. 215 is on the end and has great riverside views and a huge room with jacuzzi tub. The employees were kind and service was great. Also- the room had half and half cups instead of powdered packets which we appreciated plus a French press with water heater.

The place is a super well run gem. These folks know how to make a resort special. My wife and I only stayed one night but we had a ball. The hot spring pools are neat and absolutely delightful. The facilities supporting the pools, such as changing rooms etc, are top notch. There is a water window and a separate drink window by the pools so you can stay hydrated while enjoying the hot spring pools that are of varying temperatures. The resort has two places for food. We had dinner in the bar area, at the bar, and the food was excellent. Just a great spot!

I loved staying here. What a unique Montana experience! I could spend all day in the soaking pools, but it was also fun to explore the area. Enjoyed paddle boarding and exploring during the day and relaxing at night in the hot springs pools. All the staff were great, hot springs area and locker rooms were well attended to and clean. Would love to come back again!
