Not sure if it's a common theme with parts stores everywhere or if this is isolated to here but constantly getting the wrong parts despite looking them up even with a part number at times, sometimes 2-3 times in a row, hardly any discounts at nearly full price, and when they need to "order" your parts YOU pay shipping on it as well, I don't care for that much. I'm for supporting local business but I don't see much support returned. The workers are nice enough just there needs to be an update in the system for getting correct parts and pricing and cheaper options even if it's outside their comfort zone and without the customer paying shipping on certain things that are pretty common and if there's a parts truck already coming to the store for other stuff why can't my order just hitch a ride. I can see if it is a specialty tool or part or comes from finland but sometimes the company should foot that bill when you pay just about the highest possible price for a part just because they're the closest we have and the same goes for car quest.
Napa have the nicest owners. When I lost my car key I thought I drop it in Napa n Napa was close they actually came back to open the store so I can check if I drop my car keys.. very nice ppl there too.
Staff extremely helpful, considerate of level of experience of of the purchaser, do not try to sell you goods that you dont need, and the most cost effective process of fixing vehicles, staff went above and beyond my expectations. Puts faith back into shop locally.
Extremely helpful with amazing customer service. Plus only place that has a tool rental! They never fail to get me the parts I need for my race cars :)
