If I could give zero stars I would. The ladies are always rude and if you come in at all the last hour they are open, they remind you every 5 minutes that they are closing in a few minutes. They act irritated that you are even there. A previous employee there got mad that my husband and I were there still (10 minutes before closing) and when I responded to her yelling at us to check out, and wanted clarification on if they closed at 6 or 5:50, she flipped out and proceeded to say,” ya well he (my husband) was here yesterday with another girl if it wasn’t you here!” This was in front of other customers and caused an argument with my husband later on. I have never ever in my entire life, had such a rude and inappropriate worker. I tried to contact the main office 3x about it and never received a call back. I was pretty close to contacting an attorney. She worked there for another 2-3 months after that before I went back in finally and saw that she no longer worked there . Get a hold of your staff! The community is why you even have a store still!!
Most of the daily staff at the store are extremely rude. Walked in the door with 20+ mins before they closed to be met with..."EXCUSE ME SIR, WE'RE CLOSING IN JUST A FEW MINUTES" by the lady at the register. I said "oh okay I'm sorry I thought you closed at 6?" "We're closing a little early today, you have five minutes" I said "okay great I'll just run through" as I was looking for something specific. Then every minute there after it was rude yelling through the store "come on people, hurry up, we're closing in a couple minutes. This went on till about 5 till. There were other shoppers looking at me and each other and saying things like "geez", "oh my gosh", "wow", "is this lady serious", "I've never seen anyone in customer service act like this" pretty much general disbelief. And this wasn't a one-off event I've been in the store many times and it's been routine behavior and service. One star because zero isn't an option.
Ravalli services thrift Store proceeds go to help cognitively "other abled" adults and the store staff that work their butt's off. I just love shopping here. My son and I always find something and the staff is always so friendly. My son and I went yesterday and they even had a bag sake going, so we scored a full bag full of clothes for $8! The prices are very well priced even without any weekly deals going on. I highly recommend checking this place out.

This is a great place to shop. They always have a nice selection of window blinds and many are new in box. The prices are great and the staff is always friendly
Ladies at register talking about being told they were to wear masks again while in store on duty. Even if fully vaccinated.
It is the recommendation right now. Both saying I'll quit right now if that is the case. My mom was at the register and they barely acknowledged her. So rude, talking to eachother, and barely acknowledged the customers all while complaining. Took my mom's money gave her change, my mom said thank you, and they just kept on about how they would quit if they had to wear a mask for one more second. My mom is older, my sister has cancer. Wearing a mask does not infringe on your rights. No shoes no shirt no service has been in place for years. Grow up ladies.
Great prices moreso than expected. Can't remember all the things i got but it was all for six dollars. If you're feeling thrifty this is the place to go in ravalli.
Love this store! It is close to my home and grocery stores. I rarely can't find what I need. The store is always clean. Great friendly and helpful customer service !!
Overall this store is pretty okay as far as thrift stores in the area. I love the employees that are working there from the RS homes, they are always busy and two are extremely sweet and outgoing!! Pricing is not always marked so it feels like they hike the price up when you ask for pricing because you are interested in the item. Every time I go I come out complaining that I won't shop there again!! Unfortunately I do, because they still have some great treasures and there are not a lot of thrift store choices in our small town. The check out ladies almost without fail price things higher when you check out. The last time I was there they double charged me for name brand shoes even though all shoes were half off that day. I questioned the lady as the price was higher than I figured and she said because the one pair was brand name they were higher-$-. There was no price marked on the item because believe me I checked. Honestly, if you want things priced a certain way then mark it at that price otherwise it is only fair to the customers that the generic price be given, don't change it on a whim to get more out of the item!!
Lovely home, you just put clothes on that you like and walk out the door, you don't even have to pay! Been doin this for 3 years now at least once a week.
Place had lot of variety and unlike the Missoula thrift shops their prices were more than reasonable, even for thier furniture. I only have it three stars because the store had narrow walkways (I hit a busy time too I guess) and it made feel a little grubby when I was done (but most thrift shops do, maybe it's just me). Overall I'll go back and see if they have anymore really good deals.
Totally agree with the last review. I loved shopping there before the remodel the prices were much more reasonable, the layout was better, the workers were much nicer. Just don't like shopping here anymore!
I liked it better before the remodel and before Carol left!! The new woman that took Carols place is very nice, but the rest of them that I've dealt with since the change are rude, not friendly at all, I've heard them arguing with each other, complaining about working there, bitching about their hours and co-workers, throwing things around while putting them away, banging pans and dishes around etc. Also, the prices have gone up, although they denied it to me! I was told that they have different color stickers on sale each week for half off. Saturday I asked what color is half off and was told "none of them" with no further explanation! Who is going to pay 25.00 for a USED and DONATED non-name brand mens hunting vest??? Or $7.00 for a used old t-shirt? Come on people! This is Montana! And you are being greedy! I have heard people complaining about the store with other shoppers and even had a lady at another thrift store ask if I like the new Ravalli services store. She complained about the exact things that I did! Not one person has said that they like the new store! Time to find a new favorite store! SAD!
