Howdy, I just dropped my Dodge Journey off for it's regular oil change. And I got the wrong day!! But guess what, Tim's crew will work me in and get my car ready for a smallish road trip next week. Nice, friendly service, but also I know I can trust my car on this next trip. Tim's crew will check everything. And he will be honest and let me know... what can wait until next service and what would be best to happen NOW!! I've been bringing my car since 2020.. . And if I would have brought it a few months sooner... would have saved my a new Engine!! You know that little annoying light that comes on??? Other oil change places did not do anything about the light... and consequently the enging overheated and died!! Outstanding customer service! After the vehicle was inspected, I was provided pictures and detailed explanation as to the maintenance that was needed or suggested and make decision on priority list. I am so happy I found Executive Auto! Tim was very professional and got my car on their busy schedule. This business "rocks!" Tim and his crew go out of their way to personalize the care you receive for your automobile. They explain EVERYTHING in great detail regarding the work to be done and then take the time to show you the work completed. You know exactly what you paid for!! Integrity is their priority and they put all their energy into customer service and professional service. The mechanics are up-to-date on training and extremely professional. The shop is meticulously clean and organized. Their front office (Don) does a super job of keeping you informed on the work being completed and even arranged for me to be picked up to get my car. Honestly, in the 47 years of owning a car, I have to say this is the most honest and professional business i have encountered. It is soooo comforting to know I can totally trust this business to take care of my automobile needs. I highly recommend taking your automobile to Executive Auto. You will NOT regret it!

I have had Executive Auto service and repair my car for several years and am very satisfied with their good work. Tim and his crew are easy to talk to and good listeners also. I find their work excellent , prompt , with attention to detail. I recommend them.

Got me an oil change, their safety check caught potential safety issues that we can now work to fix. (Edit: after service) Initially reviewed for discount. Good service, but be forewarned that a simple oil change may turn into a three day sleepover if they find something "alarming". Otherwise it'll probably be there all day and you'll have to schedule an appointment. They like $300 diagnostic tests on top of the cost to fix as well. Even if the problem is pretty obvious. If you want a rundown on everything that's wrong with your vehicle (minus low coolant) then these are your guys.

I am a contractor, so my truck is my livelihood. I took my truck in with hopes of getting my driveshaft repaired but fears of having to have it replaced. Not only did they repair it but they helped me get some other necessary work done without blowing my budget. These guys are honest and care about the quality of service they provide, i was in the loop every step of the way. I won't take my truck anywhere else!

Tim runs an excellent team! They take care of your vehicle top to bottom. I've had the same car for over 10 years and I run it hard, lots of miles. When it needs maintenance I call Executive Auto. They've even brought it back from the dead twice, once to replace the engine and again to repair the fuel system. Their customer service is top notch. They document and photograph everything, walk you through every stage of repair and discuss options in terms anyone can understand. I am so thankful for their work. They're the best quality automotive service I've ever worked with and they've earned my loyalty.

In a day and age when good customer service is measured by the lowest price and an understanding that normal is "not finding anyone in the isles to help us," Executive Auto takes customer service not only back to where it should be, but goes the extra mile in ALL they do! This business is FAR BEYOND just being some "good place" to have your vehicle worked on! Having managed automotive service and repair centers in years past, I would share from this view point first... "It's ALWAYS about striving for World Class customer service when it comes to retail!" Executive Auto has achieved that very goal, in my experiences with them! One last thing, if you really want to know if you can trust this organization, ask them if you can step into their shop when you visit. It's clean enough to eat off the floor! Then check out their restroom; it is the one place every lady, who's has been cheated in anyway by a shop in the past, should go to first. That alone should prove my point! Tim and his crew did an exceptional job on my Ford Expedition, which had a problem that was extremely difficult to diagnose. Tim took his time and did a bunch of thorough tests and eventually found the problem and fixed it. I'm glad to say my truck is running fine. Thank You

Great shop. I cant say enough about how up front this shop is with you. If something is broke they show you the broken part after you come to pick up your rig. They also will work with you if your on a budget we got a ton of comp charges off. When my wife's suburban ended up needing even more than we expected (we already knew it needed TLC) he ended up coming in UNDER his quote. The videos and pictures of your vehicle and daily updates make it super easy to plan around your vehicle being away, and they offer a loaner rig in the meantime. The receptionists were both super professional and the lady who was there for pick up (Cheryl) walks you through what your car had done to it. They throw in a couple treats (car wash and a special thank you in the vehicle)to make you feel special. They offer every kind of discount you can think of from military to retiree. Seriously it's hard to find something they don't do for you.

Tim is thorough, very thorough. He will share ALL details about your car, even potential problems that are extremely unlikely, just so you know and can make the best decision on where to go from there. He will call you and send pictures to help be on the same page. Honest and trustworthy. A+.

Stranded with a flat tire, not wanting to call AAA, I happened upon Executive Auto. They were AMAZING! Tim and Executive Auto have been my "go to" for maintenance and repair for several years. In June 2018, they went above and beyond what they were required to do. They replaced AT NO COST TO ME the water pump, belt, and related parts that ceased functioning just 200 miles beyond the 30,000 mile warranty. They also paid the towing bill to get my car to their shop. WOW! You just don't get that kind of service any more! Its a great place and you can be sure you will be well taken care of. When my company had a work van break down on its way from Missoula to Hamilton, Executive Auto was there to save the day. They were the only place that was able to tow us quickly and efficiently while fitting us into their busy schedule. It's very expensive to have a work vehicle down. They were very quick to diagnose the issue and had a comprehensive report including a ton of photos to review with different options for repairs. It's been a few weeks since we got the van back and it's been running smooth. We are pleased to say the we have known Tim for some years. He is always very through in going through one's automobile to make sure that it is safe and will continue to serve you for however long you want to keep it. This last time through, he had to do quite a bit of maintenance work on my car, but wow when he was done my car ran like it did 3/4 years ago. This was our first visit to Executive Auto Service, but won't be our last! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful; answering all questions that we had. I love the fact that Tim emails pictures of the issues found and schedules time to discuss options. They even show you the damaged parts removed from your car upon pick up. It's refreshing finding a trustworthy mechanic after my previous encounters elsewhere.

I have been taking my car to Executive Auto Service for many years. It has 284,000 miles on and it is still going strong. Regular maintenance keeps high cost repairs down. Tim checks the whole car, not just the one "thing" that was making the noise, then I can budget to get the items done. He is always concerned about safety items. I'm confident when I drive my car it will get me there and back.The office staff is so pleasant and accommodating. And when I pick it up, it has been washed and vacuumed.

Needed repair parts were already on hand in the shop, and I didn't have to wait for them to be ordered and delivered from a distant supplier. Much-appreciated "freebies" included comprehensive preliminary safety inspection, carwash and interior vacuuming, and shuttle service to and from my home. I'm always impressed with Tim and his team at Executive Auto. My dad recommended Tim to me, after living next door to him in Florence for ten years. My dad has a classic '83 El Camino that he keeps in mint condition. He always takes meticulous care of all of his vehicles, and never trusted anyone else to do work for him, until he met Tim. He became acquainted with Tim's automotive expertise during that time. Like my dad, I like to keep my autos in top condition, but I don't have the time to do that like I did when I was younger. Tim is the most thorough and knowledgeable mechanic I've ever known. He always explains his findings in detail before doing any repairs. I know that when I take my car to him, if there's anything that needs attention, he will find it. His vehicle inspections are incredible. He always asks permission to address any problem, and gives me the charges up front. I always know Tim will do the job right. He may charge more than your average mechanic, but he is SO worth it!!

I always have amazing service every time!! I have all of my vehicles maintained and repaired (repairs on vehicles are very infrequent upon me taking my vehicle to Executive Auto Services due to the close eye of the inspections that are done during regular maintenance procedures; example, oil changes.) All of the vehicles that I own are older, high mileage vehicles and in the three years of having my vehicles serviced I have only had a few incidences total and I believe that to be completely due to the dependable service given. I trust the people at Executive Auto Service and am very grateful to have such a wonderful and friendly business in my community!!
