I work for an insurance company and have towing on my policy, I can't speak for other insurers but with ours, instead of calling the 800 number on the insurance card, for faster service I can call this guy and get reimbursed by my insurer. If your in the Deer Lodge Anaconda areas, it's worth it to you to call your insurance company and ask of its allowed to do the same.

We were on our way through Montana to South Dakota. The alternator on our truck failed Friday afternoon. We filed a towing claim on our insurance and Nick responded. He showed up within 45 minutes. He recommended a shop in Deer Lodge that was able to get us back on the road that afternoon. Nick was friendly, helpful, and professional. I would highly recommend. I can’t remember having a better towing experience.

I got stranded, ran out of gas in the middle of some ranch grazing land. AAA would have had me sitting there until midnight. Luckily their "local" guy knew someone closer. He was able to find me in the middle of nowhere and even had me follow him to the gas station Google maps thought it was taking me to, making sure that I could continue my trip and wasn't stranded again. Instead of a true crime special, I have a story about being saved by a local small business with a heart when technology failed. Thanks for being there when I was sure I was going to spend the night among the cows!
This guy was amazing. The engine blew in our newer SUV (just over 15k mileage) just outside Butte. He picked us up and drove 5 hours (about 320 miles) to Spokane, WA which was the nearest service center. He was awesome and super friendly. He’s definitely worth calling if you need him.
Nick was awesome. We had to be towed from Butte to Spokane. My almost new car (only 15k miles) broke down in Butte on our way home to Amarillo. He came and got us and towed us all the way to Spokane. He was a super nice guy. Very friendly. We chatted the whole way to Spokane. I would definitely recommend him.
He’s a one man show. So if he’s busy, then he’s busy. You can’t expect him to drop everything because you are having an issue with your car. If you’re lucky and he’s free when you need him, rest assured you are in good hands and he will get you where you need to go. But be patient with him. He’s only one guy and can’t be in 2 places at once.
My husband and I played 180$ to be towed 25miles. We dont get towed often so don't know if price was fair. Also his information online says hes 24hours but when I called he said hes not because he has a life too. But he is the only tow guy in that town so unless you have aaa. Hes your tow man.

We broke down about an hour and half from Missoula Montana and I was expecting to be stuck on the side of the road for awhile. However, that wasn’t the case at all! It took much longer to figure out details from my insurance company than it did to have Nick on his way and my car up on his truck. I’d say 25 minutes tops and we were on the move to Missoula. We are very thankful to have had such a friendly local company help us out!
Our Truck transmission went out about 12 miles from Butte Montana while towing our travel trailer.. Mountain View towing was dispatched by our roadside service to come Rescue us.. and boy did they come through. Nick could not have been kinder and more understanding with our and our three children's needs.. he towed our trailer to the KOA and our truck to the dealership.. it's the little things like helping to get the trailer level at the camp spot (because obviously we couldn't use our truck).. that led us to leave this review.. he went above and beyond.. and for that we are very grateful.. my key fob like went dead or something, and locked me out of my van. Was there promptly and on time. I was well on my way in a jiffy... If it happens again ( which it has several times.. lol I'm good at locking myself out.) I would definitely use them again.. Fast & polite service.
They did over 2000 dollars of damage to my car, nick is the rudest person I have come across they don't have decent yard no security what so ever how they have a business License is beyond me..

I needed to be towed 280+ miles on a Sunday night from Montana to Idaho. I called other places and was laughed at and even hung up on when my request was heard.
