Not an official tow call but Clyde saw my hazard lights and played Good Samaritan. He helped with a ride and lended an ear. If his company of workers, family, and friends are anything like him a five star review isn't enough. These are the heroes in our lives. Good people. Highly recommend using their service if you're in need.
Drivers seem like good people, but your office needs to learn how to be human again.
An elk left me totaled but instead of dropping it of 15 miles down the road they took it all the way back to the yard getting me a $530 tow charger and $900 recovery (car wasn’t worth that before it was totaled). Then when I called the office she basically held my personal items hostage and gave me a week to pull strings and pay. I don’t care about your contract I never knew about or looked at that is shady activity. Break the broke should be the new motto.
Excellent experience with Superior Towing & Recovery. They gave me a quote very quickly, and their price was much cheaper than other companies. The staff is professional, polite, and very helpful. They really made a stressful situation easy. Highly recommend
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Traveling cross country and encountered a town wide power outage and were unable to charge our CyberTruck for the journey, Hewey came in and loaded our truck AND trailer onto his tow truck and brought us safely through snowy passes to get us to the next charging station. Absolute angel in human form. Thank yall so much again!
Have used superior towing multiple times. They are always fast, kind and knowledgeable. Josh just helped us get our truck out of a snowy muddy culvert in less than 10 minutes. Thank you superior towing!

So incredibly thankful to have been paired up with this company through Triple A. Our car broke down in a no cell service area in the mountains, and we managed to hail a ride into a spot that had service so we could book the towing service. Superior sent the best, Gary, and he picked us up and took us back to the car to tow it, and then drove us to the mechanic with the car. The conversation was very enjoyable and Gary was an absolute gem! Superior made a very stressful situation a whole lot better, and so thankful we got paired up with Gary!

Wonderful, knowledgeable service! We had a roadside emergency and it led us here. Everyone was very pleasant. They listened, ran some tests, and helped us with a solution. Highly recommend if you are near St. Regis!
My dad and I got stuck on the side of the road due to a flat tire. My dad walked to the nearest town and was able to find Sean. Sean helped fix our tire enough so we could make it to the repair shop. The service was quick and decently priced.
These guys are awesome. We locked the keys in the car. My wife’s medication was in the car. They showed up in a matter of minutes and took care of us.

Was rear ended on I-90 west of st. Regis Montana on our way home to Washington. The guys at superior towing were GREAT. They were helpful, kind, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel safe. Even drove us all the way to Spokane to pick up our rental car. Shout out to Clyde, Josh, Shawn, and Damien for going the extra mile (literally) and helping get our Rivian towed to safety.
And a special kudos to Mineral County Fire Chief Jerry for all his assistance and follow up.

My family and I were on a road trip when our rear-passenger side tire pressure dropped. We headed to the nearest shop just to see what the problem was. We pulled into Superior Towing and Recovery and they took off our tire and they found a pretty big leak in the tire. No biggie, they got the spare out from under for us and rotated our tires so the smaller spare wouldn’t mess up the drive line in the back. We were ready to pay them for their quick and kind work when they said that we didn’t need to pay. They rotated our tires, taught us about drive lines and replaced our spare tire for free. All in 20 min. Definitely stop here if you have any troubles with your vehicle on the road. Would give more stars if possible.

I cannot say enough POSITIVE things about Josh and his team. We pulled into his business in St. Regis as our truck was having issues. Josh jumped into action with ideas and possible solutions. His team got the truck loaded and heading to a diesel mechanic in an hour. He also allowed/welcomed us to park our 5th wheel, and to stay in it there at his business. THIS was a life saver for us, he even gave us power and water! It's always stressful to break down, Josh did all he could to make it easier on us. The truck was ready the next day and Josh gave us a ride to go get it! AGAIN beyond the call. I assure you this is a company you want to work with and what he charged us was more than fair! Thank you Josh and company, we made it to the Bison Range and had a great mini vacy thanks to you!
Josh and Heidi along with their entire family and crew were hands down the best towing experience we have ever had. We found ourself stranded with our trailer and pickup along the highway in a not so safe zone completely out of our control. They did everything in their power to get to us quickly, kept the entire scene secure and as safe as possible and treated us like family upon our return to their shop. We thank them for taking time out of their family plans to help another family in need. We were treated like family and will be sure to return our business there for any repair or towing needs ALWAYS! Thank you so much we can never repay your hospitality but will sure try!
My Yukon broke down in Superior, MT - 8 hours from home and Josh and crew have been so awesome. Not only did they come get us and the trailer we were towing off i90 quickly, they offered to store the Yukon at their shop until we could arrange repair. This has been a very stressful situation but Superior Towing lightened the load significantly. Thank you, I can’t recommend them enough!
One of the best towing services! Stuck in the snow on a dirt road in the middle of nowhere with no cell service and was able to get these guys dispatched to me by DOT. Were there within a couple hours and had me unstuck. Even helped me out for a fair price! Would absolutely recommend to anyone in need of towing or roadside assistance!

We got a flat tire (without a spare) outside of Superior on a Sunday. Unfortunately many area tow companies were busy at the time with a big semi-truck accident, and we would have had to wait many hours for AAA. We called Superior and they had a flatbed tow truck to us within 30 minutes! The driver was fast and helpful, and even waited for us while our tire got quickly repaired in Superior to make sure we wouldn't be stranded there. Thanks so much for your quick and helpful service!
This dude asked if we needed help and filled up our spar tire after a flat. Saved us hours of waiting on the road and head aches from insurance. Thank you Jesus Christ my God! I had a 26’ ft U-Haul with axle seal issues and these guys came to help late Friday morning. They diagnosed the problem, and when they could not get parts in time were honest and told me. Then they helped as we moved our load from one truck to another. This was no fun but everyone embraced the suck, and we got it done thanks guys. 7/2024 also it is a beautiful place to be stuck
Superior towing was honestly a life saver, my car broke down in Montana on the freeway where there is absolutely no signal and Shawn the driver and Denny the manager were so awesome. Shawn came to help us with above and beyond customer service. I would highly recommend them as they were extremely patient with us, drove us to safety and to a place with signal. They gave us ideas to make the towing as budget friendly as possible. This is the best experience I’ve ever had with towing. I would highly recommend them as they are such great individuals and are willing to help as best as they can.
James saved the day! I was very stressed, and from the first call to dispatch things improved immensely. James helped us with a very tricky motorcycle recovery out in the sticks, and his smile and can-do approach was just what we needed.
