Grateful for the team at Patriot Towing & Recovery! Accidentally locked myself out of my 2023 Subaru Crosstrek on the side of Hwy 2 outside of Troy, Montana. Stopped to clear some rocks out of the highway and managed to lock myself out and no spare key.
The dispatch team was very responsive by text and Joe was able to meet me at the car and get it opened up really fast. He helped me jump the car, too, as the battery had died while it was sitting there with the lights on.
Great service with all the professional tools to get my vehicle opened up without any issues or damage. Very reasonable on price as well so I was happy about that.

A bit late on this, but. Unbelievably helpful and experienced. Going through a real rough time and needed to move my mother's car on short notice. These guys came in and helped save me from some serious work moving that old car. They were also willing to work with me, even with low funds and on a fixed income.

Well for a week my key fob was locked inside my SUV I tried everything nothing worked the dealership wanted an outrageous amount for it to be towed there and open it and get another key fob
I decided to call Patriot after reading the reviews oh my God am I glad that I did! It took him a while to get in but he was able to maneuver and open my console which was not an easy task that is where my spare key fob was he flipped over the key fob and press the open Button they are now my go-to! I cannot thank you guys enough! A customer for life for sure
Excellent customer service! We called to have our sons vehicle towed due to him hitting a deer. They were quick, efficient and kind. If we ever need another vehicle towed, we will be contacting them.

Patriot towing came to our rescue the other night. We were stranded 4.5 miles off of the Kookanoosa byway in a SUV misled by our onboard GPS. We were able to call for help via satellite. It took some time but our Patriot hero’s found us and patiently drug us out backwards to a safe spot to turn around in the freezing cold. We couldn’t have felt more blessed for there rescue . A million thanks to “Dad”? And Jake for coming to our rescue. Luke and Coleen Ninteman.
Patriot helped me in a real bind. Flatbed'd my truck over 100 miles to Kalispell much quicker than I imagined. Communication at all hours was excellent. Highly recommend.
Patriot Towing truly saved the day for me. My car broke down in an inconvenient location while I was on a hiking trip, but Joe came came to the rescue. He was very gentle in securing my car on the flatbed, and kindly drove my friend and I two hours to the nearest service center that could take my car. He was so kind and fun to talk with. For my first tow experience, it was nothing but positive.
With everything in Eureka, MT closed, finding Patriot Towing was a lifesaver. They arrived promptly, driving all the way from Libby at 9 p.m. Incredible service, great people – I highly recommend them!
Having to have your vehicle towed is never fun. But if you do find yourself in the situation where it's needed, I 100% recommend these guys! They are on it! Super friendly and reasonably priced.

I called Patriot Towing in hopes they'd be able to remove a burnt down truck in our driveway. Not only did they say they could get it no problem, but they also got out there the same day to grab it. It was depressing to see the rubble of what once was so when they picked it up the same day it was a huge relief. When Patriot Towing says they're 24/7 they mean it! They were in and out in no time. Thank you, guys! Even being 45 minutes out of Libby you still made it happen. I recommend to anyone!
