I used to buy parts here for about 15 years and always coming from great falls well no more they now require a prepayment for parts that I can’t even confirm the condition or if it’ll be damaged before I get up there. I miss the days where you told them I need this and I’ll be there Friday and they’d say great we’ll see you soon.
Customer service is Worst. The person Landon doesn't have an ethics to deal with customers and keep babysitting at the front desk. Such a lazy person to deal with. STAY AWAY FROM THIS YARD !!
The customer service was HORRIBLE. paid to have a part pulled, got there and was told it takes 24-48hrs to pull parts. Kid at the front desk was very short and sassy. His phone game was more important than the customer standing in front of him.
Poor customer service. I'm trying to buy parts from them to help support their company but they act like I am just causing them a headache and don't take any initiative to assist a paying customer. But hey...I will give your competitors my business and support them!!
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS unfortunately for me it was a last resort and I had no where else to go in a pinch. I was warned about this place but didn’t think it was THIS BAD. Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a salvage yard. Wish I could give this place negative stars! The customer service is the worst I’ve ever witnessed in my ENTIRE LIFE. The man I spoke with was disgustingly rude and absolutely zero help. I paid over a 1000$ for a bad part “unmatched quality control standards” as their website states it’s unmatched, because from customer quality to product quality it’s all awful. I get it’s a salvage yard with used parts but the least they could do is hire better employees. I will never go back to this place or give them my business ever again
Horrible customer service! Actually got yelled at on the phone for saying the wrong thing. Then was told they didn't have the car make and model I was looking for even though it's one of the most common vehicles in town. They may not have had it but they made it seem as though I was inconveniencing them anyway.
Landon is very rude, Not very professional. I would never recommend anybody go to this salvage yard. They failed to mention it's gonna be 24 hours after you pay for the part that they might get to it. Never would have paid for it if I knew that I don't want to wait 24 + hours to drive my vehicle.
Terrible custom service. I called looking for a small part. He didn't want to listen to what I had to say to discribe the part. Instead told me I had to buy a $350 dollar part and hope the part I needed would be with it.
Tried buying a part from them. They don't let you pull your own parts, but said I could have it around 10:00 the next day. They said they would give me a call. Waited until 11:00 the next day and gave them a call. They said it still wasn't pulled but they would get to it. It's been a week now with no phone call. This isn't the first time they haven't followed up on a phone call.
Great service, speedy shipping and the taillight I ordered was in good condition. The price was very reasonable. I found them on car-part.com and they were easy to work with.
I found a part on the website and called, in 5 minutes it was paid for and on the way. The correct part arrived in great condition. The people I talked to were friendly and helpful which I’ve found to be a rarity in some places.

Helpful and efficient customer service. I needed a set of wheels for an older Nissan. I found them at Green Meadow Auto Salvage through car-part.com for a reasonable price.. They arrived within a week and had the tire shop mount and balance them. They roll great. I'm so happy to be traveling on OEM wheels again. Thank you Green Meadow.
STOP!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!!!!! We just ordered a motor using there stock number. They sent us a transmission instead. They wont take it back or refund the money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT!!!

Rear end in my 04 Suburban blew up. Purchased a replacement from Green Meadow. Shipping was fast. I've put approx 30,000 miles on it and no issues at all!

Horrible customer service! Paid 500 for a transmission upfront, only to drive all the way to Helena from Missoula 3 days later to be a broken transmission that I couldn't use.
Very courteous and helpful. Was able to find the parts I needed at a really good price and was shipped out immediately. Devon is the best!! If you need parts, talk to him! Highly recommend and will be going through this company again :D
If possible, use Al Rose & Buzz, up Applegate Drive. Way better.
Their parts pullers are horrible. Won't let you pull your own. If you are going to cut clear through the wiring harness, what's the point? If you're going to cut the formed hose, why not give me the hose? Or leave it, whatever.
Would actually give this a 0. Had purchased a product that did not work as wanted and shipped back and they gave no refund due to the motor being dismounted from part. I lost money as I paid return shipping. Will never go through again.
Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience with the folks at green meadow auto salvage. I was even warned about these people, but thought to myself "it can't be that bad..."
Long story short: they made me pay upfront and then ordered me the wrong part. When I discovered the mistake the next day and asked about a refund, they said they wouldn't refund it without making me pay 30% of the price as a "restock" fee. Normally a restock fee is reasonable, but they made the mistake and forced me to pay for it. Not cool! It felt like they knew what they were doing and they had bait/switched people in the past, with the sole purpose of charging exorbitant restock fees when asked for a refund.
I was also able to find new versions of the same part for less than half the price they asked on the internet (just an internet search). Do yourself a favor and go through any other channel before you use green meadow auto salvage for anything!!
