I wished there was a way for me to not have to pay the deductible for the work done, due to the conversation I just had with one of the owners over the repair shop co owner taking so long to complete the repair and paint job.
First off, this is a 2024 car and the parts are near impossible to get, she said. I have been waiting since October 2024 to get this into the shop to get car fixed. It was taken in on June 2, 2025, it is now June 16, 2025. Secondly the car had paint color, Poly Gray Metallic that was also not matching up from the factory I'm guessing. This lead me to not have a car this time for three weeks, so far. I called Mazda asking for the paint color to be sent to her to help out, I than called her and she said, the factory must have painted the car after the factory painted other cars white. She than said the factory sent the wrong color to begin with because the paint color didn't match when she painted the car with the color that that factory sent her, she also said I should have given you back the car with the paint that they sent me. She said I would have been pissed, told me see you tomorrow than proceeded to hang up on me!! after she said this.
Unprofessional, rude, and not acceptable behavior no matter what type of day you are having. O and this is not the first time I have had a vehicle in this particular shop. I have had to have my other cars there for almost 50 days, during covid. We live in an area where there are animals that are on the roads all of the time so we had this shop fix the other vehicles because the shop is located in our town out of convince.
This is a great local business that goes out of their way to make sure we are satisfied. We will definitely come to them for our auto body repairs and towing needs.
Buyer Beware
Avoid Two Rivers at all costs. Having dropped a vehicle for repair, many promises and commitments were made, none were kept. Office staff become outraged when questions are asked. Vehicle was removed after 6 weeks lost to be repaired by a more reputable operation.
On a trip to Kalispell coming over the hill by the bison Range three sensor lights came on in my van but my vehicle was running normal. I drove into Saint Ignatius and found this mechanic and the lady at the front was so helpful and her husband replaced a hose for me that was missing and they cleared the sensor codes and I’m back on the road. Thank you so much for your help!!
