Can't ever get anyone to answer phone

Very shady business practices and they have no problem lying. They will deliberately hurt you, to make a profit, not return calls to force you into paying days of excess storage fees, if you leave negative, and real reviews they will punish you by keeping your belongings. Sharla doesn’t answer calls, is petty, and plain rude. The business practices seem borderline illegal and most definitely unethical. I am reporting them to every bureau and licensing department as they are obviously not BBB accredited, not shocking given their practices. They scrap cars before owners have a chance to get their belongings, they seem to be skirting Montana state towing laws regarding their two lots, they will also lie to you about which lot has your vehicle to create confusion and extra costs for you. My medication went missing from my locked vehicle in their custody and I believe they stole it. Please avoid at all costs. Polson and Ronan have other ethical and honest tow agencies.

They should be ashamed of themselves for how they operate

Had my hard to find c clip so that was cool.

Worse run salvage yard I've ever seen..been there half dozen times only to leave your number, never hear from them ..

Great place for parts, fairly priced- also I forgot my debit card there and they called and returned it! Thank you guys!

Same experience as Stephen. I have tried to find out if they have a couple of parts for well over 2 months now, called a few times with the same response "What do you need, let me get my guy to check and I'll call you back" have never gotten a call back. I WANT to give these people money, but they don't want it.

I left orders in person for parts information 3 times in the last 4 or 5 months and waited for a call back. It never came..I called them today and gave them one more chance. When they finally gave me the price,, I asked if the part was off the vehicle. They said "If you give us your credit card info. We will take the part off and call you. I said they need to take the part off and call me and I will come and pick it up when it is ready.They said no. I have done business many times with them through the years.. The woman behind the counter told me they didn't need my business anymore.I have always held Neil the owner in high esteem. But Will never do business with them again unless there is an apology.. Highly unreliable and rude.

Called and said she didn't have anything for my car didn't bother to look I mean how do you know with all that inventory? Call lasted 10 seconds.

Whoever answers the phone There is useless. They don't even try to find the parts you need. They never call you back. I've never successfully bought anything from them Despite the fact I've tried many times. They should probably Be shut down.

I got ripped off. I paid for a new windshield and recieved an old chipped window. My fault for not picking it up in person I guess.

Neil, the owner operator is a great guy. His yard usually has the parts your looking for to get the repair job done. That's if your into repairing/restoring your ride with the correct parts for the model year.

They always have what we need. Very friendly too.

Place is totally disgusting, filthy. Front counter lady although friendly, is completely useless. Had me waiting for some rims for a truck forever, ultimately I left empty handed. I will never go back there.

Neal is a B.A.M.F. I personally will always & forever be a loyal customer to Timber Lane Auto. They have a lot of good parts, & fair prices, & their customer service can hang with the best of them. Keep up the good work guys!

Got me the parts I needed. As well as friendly customer service.

Been in 2x now and never get a call back with what they have or they simply don't look. Took my business to a much better yard out of the state.

Always had great luck dealing with the, I have bought several cars and never once have i had an issue.

Timberline came to my attention when talking to my dad, who has done a few transactions with them and says they have many rare mopar parts and are solid folks to deal with. Its a shame scammers like FRED B can take advantage of the review system and I encourage everyone to flag that post.

Don't know who Fred B. is but google keeps calling saying they will take his review off for $250. Sounds like a scam to me.

Do not give them your credit card information. This company did a number on me! They are very nice until after you give them your payment information and untill you ask why your part has not been delivered yet. Then you will get yelled at over the phone and hungup on! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!
