  Called for a tow as vehicle was stuck and was late at night. After rudely being told “we don’t recommend driving around and getting stuck in snow,” he gave me his outrageous price($450/hr), which I agreed to,(because, I’m stuck, what am I gonna do) and said he’d be on his way. An hour later he called back and said “yeah, I’m not coming.”

  The guy that owns this will go out of his way to make sure he goes above and beyond what you’ve asked him the second he gets your car in and out even doing something big like replacing an entire transmission!
