So Kind!! As a single female traveling with just my dog and towing a cargo trailer, when my truck was suddenly inoperable in middle of the night in the middle of nowhere, I really really needed help. The woman who answered the phone in the middle of the night was so helpful and kind, the tow truck driver Rory (I believe was his name! Out of Drummond) was so kind and friendly and efficient. I felt safe and my interactions with both of them helped my anxiety immensely. I was able to get to my destination safely thanks to them and I cannot thank them enough. Thank you so much!!
Every single person in this company was kind, efficient, and understanding. I totaled out a car coming over a pass and they got there quickly and helped us get into Drummond with the vehicle and then me and my passenger to Missoula while they hauled a different trailer. The next day, we sorted everything else out and they even drove us to the airport to get a rental vehicle. Honestly 10/10 service and if it had to happen somewhere, I'm glad it was where they could pick me up!
I called many towing services yesterday evening, and Montana Towing LLC seemed to be the most fair and personable over the phone and most willing to come retrieve my van.
They towed my campervan out of the mountains from Gem Mountain to Drummund with their smaller rig. And helped me figure out a gameplan. Then they towed my van with a larger rig from Drummond to Butte.
They worked with my State Farm agent directly with my full coverage to cover the towing bill.
Both driveres I worked with were professional and nice. I am glad Montana values are alive with this company at least, they were in my experience, and I recommend them.
Hit a deer in a stretch of highway with no phone service. The sheriff told me it could take several hours to get a tow truck out to where we were, Dylan showed up and had my car off the side of the road in about 45 minutes. If I have to crash my car again, I'm doing it close to Drummond
I am so appreciative of this company they set a side what they needed to do to help me in every possible way to get me off the road as it was starting to get dark not only did they help me get off the road they also set their Sunday a side to help me switch my stuff from one trailer to another they went beyond what their job consisted of when they say family orientated they treated me like family I couldn't have asked for a better towing company I went as far as to look up their other sister companies in my state thank you so very much MONTANA TOWING AMAZINGLY NICE CARING PEOPLE !!!!!! That's what people are ment to be like to help one another they are now my extended family. I appreciate you all thank you again.
