This is our go-to cabin for our family trip to Big sky. It’s a great size for all 10 of us, awesome ski in/ski out location and just a beautiful home to spend time in. The kids love all the games and the hot tub. The adults love the hot tub, the fireplace and how easy it is to just walk out back and start skiing. Our family trip wouldn’t be the same without this cabin.

Awesome place to stay. Beautiful cabins and views. Hot water in showers was only problem we ran into. One person at a time and then wait awhile for next person to shower. Point of use hot water heater would be the way to go.

Stayed in Cabin 7. A great family retreat. Hot tub is awesome. Views are breath taking. Incredible neighborhood. Beautiful cabin. Updated and very clean. We were there in off season so it was very quiet. There is a great hiking trail on Lone Peak that can be accessed from Cowboy Heaven. Look close though - no signage.

BE CAREFUL with accommodation reservations...overall a great time at big sky. This was our 1st time skiing here. The cabins themselves are nicely situated along the slopes and provide relative ease of access. Some cabins were true ski in ski out but some others sitting back away from the slopes required walking to get on the trail. Clean and neat cabins, dinnerware was in relative poor condition however to the price paid, alnost uncleanable. These pans cost $20 to replace for a set. No excuse for that, ugh. Biggest challenge was how reservations mis-booked the reservation. While our accommodation was booked several months in advance approximately 2 weeks before The trip we were notified we would have to move out from the cabin to another for one night because they had overbooked. We lost approx. 2 hours morning skiing on perhaps one of the best days for Big Sky this season, as well as the effort to move everything and have to wait til 4 pm to obtain the other cabin, only to have the hot tub there at 70 degrees and unuseable. Highly recommend looking at vrbo or another reservation approach to big sky other than big sky resort central accomodations, as management here was basically "tough, too bad" when paying for $500/night accomodation.
