Ken came to us through AAA on Christmas Eve and gave us a tow. He was kind, calm and extremely efficient. We had a lovely conversation with him that brightened our day. We highly recommend Bigfork Pro Tow.
My SO was in a motorcycle/deer collision this past Sunday (7/14/24). Ken was called to the scene and was very thorough about gathering the debris and personal items for us. When he brought the bike home, he was more than willing to get the bike into the garage as Lee is in the hospital and I couldn't do it alone. Thank you Ken, for your help...(Lee got a lot of roadrash and some broken bones but, he was wearing his helmet). He will be okay..
Honestly if you need a tow truck, you’re having a terrible day. Ken rescued us outside Somers. He was fast, efficient, kind and basically handled the stress of the day with grace. What a good, kind man. I cannot recommend highly enough. If you need a tow, definitely call Ken to save the day!
I just realized how remiss I've been. Bigfork Pro Tow has provided such great service for me on at least four times when I've been completely stranded. They always answer the phone and rescue me in short time. They accept my insurance and have been reliable, polite, informative and prompt each time. My wait time has been as quick as 15 minutes (like today at 7a.m.) and no more than an hour. It always takes the sting out of a breakdown knowing I can call Bigfork Pro Tow for quick help...which I have on speed dial. Thank you for excellent service.
Ken showed up promptly and was extremely helpful. We needed a suburban towed up a steep driveway in negative temperature. Not an easy task, but he did it with ease.
These guys were fast. I mean they got to our location in 15-20 minutes. It was a spot the first tow company we called said "ah hell no I don't want to go out there, call someone else". Glad we did.
