First day they scheduled to pick up our vehicle they did not show up. Next day (Thursday) I called and scheduled pick up for the next afternoon (Friday). They showed up on Thursday with no advance notice, just a call that they were there. Had to leave work and run to the house quickly so I could get there before they left. Happy with the idea of the service, but not the execution.
Emanuel was awesome and patient with me on the phone call. He took time to make sure I understood the entire process. I was able to get a very good price for my car, better than I anticipated! The driver was very professional and punctual as well. Picked up the car with no issues and I am so relieved! I will definitely recommend this business!
Overall good experience. I recommend that the person that contacts the seller should provide a code that can be entered into the official website that would confirm they are being contacted by an official representative. I was skeptical that I was being contacted by on official rep. Not a huge issue, but is something that could prevent some people from selling.
Worked out the details of the sale at a price I could live with on Tuesday, and on Wednesday, the wrecker was here to take my vehicle and give me a check. Easy peasy.

My experience was terrible. I called the first time and gave them all my info.
Then we set a date for the car to be picked up and it wasn’t picked up.
So I called back and said another date for it to be picked up and they said it will be Monday or Tuesday.
And it wasn’t picked up, so I called them back on Wednesday and they finally sent an another wrecker.
I ended up having to call them about 10 times to get them to come pick up the car.
This place is a complete joke, we were waiting for 7 hours for them to show up and when we called them they hung up on us twice and we’re very rude on the phone. Waisted my whole day sitting in a parking lot. Don’t waist your time with them
Only complaint I have is, it would have been nice on the 1st phone call to know everything that was needed, including sending pics of documents, so I didn’t call 5-6 times. Otherwise, it was fairly easy
Well I have good opinions about copar in general but the girl here one was cutting her nails the others were looking a mi like I was from another planet really bad customer service hope the owners can bring people who want to help another people plus they make me lose my time on purpose good luck coming here and they cancel my appointment to make me wait cool
Was told they would be there in 48 hours . It took 5 days total from the time I talked to the first person . Then the check they give you for your car is a hand written check . Walmart won't even cash it . Have to wait 7 days now for it to clear . This place is a joke . Never use them again
