These wonderful people went above and beyond for me and I wasn't even a paying customer. I called about a seat belt part. They took down the information and my phone number. They called me back about 4-5 hrs latter thinking they found a matching part. They remove the parts from the cars, not you. Which is awesome! It winded up not being the right part but boy did they try their hardest to take care of me.
Everyone here was so nice, helpful, and professional! Huge selection all sorts of makes and models. They were able to find exactly what I was looking for, a stock radio with CD and cassette player, and a rear bumper. Got to see the bumper on the parts truck and confirm I'll take it before it was taken off. It was definitely worth checking out!
Super friendly people, bought a steering column from an early 90s GM and it turned out to be a great column, a bit pricey but better than paying double for a brand new one.

This place is a joke! I tried to stay local and was going to pay extra for a 4 cylinder engine. Wrong choice. On the phone I was the lady stated it was $550 plus core which is hire then anyone on Car-Part. Maybe that's why they have 3 in stock. Send my teenage boys out to pick it up with the core they tried to charge extra for the core which we had. Then wouldn't except the core as it didn't have the exhaust manifold or intake on it. It was a complete engine. You do not get intake or exhaust manifold if you order a new one. They tried to charge another $150 which would been $700 out rages. So, when I said refund my money and give me my old engine back the loader apparently got mad damaged the valve cover and the back part of the crank (where the fly wheel attaches.) and turned it on it's side in the truck where all excess oils over flowed. Engine went out upright sitting in a tire strapped down. I called the next on the Car-Part.com list and purchased an engine for $500 plus $50 core. total of $550 instead of $700. E and J is a joke do not do business with these people.
Janet is such a nice lady. The whole staff husband daughter even the guy who shows you the vehicle was very nice and respectful. I will most definitely go back and refer them. Prices are very reasonable.

First of all super friendly staff for Saturday morning at 10 minutes till 8:00. I found Ben in the back having his morning coffee. Very eager to help me find the fender that I needed. After hopping in the mechanic vehicle we found the fender I needed immediately he knew right where it was. With NASCAR style mechanics we removed the fender in 8 minutes. Found the cup holder that I needed as well. Back to check out the woman behind the counter was extremely nice! My experience was a 10 out of 10 . Over 5000 cars on site and I feel like they know everyone of them by heart. I will return.
Used to be a good place back in the day but now the price per part has increased exponentially. It's much cheaper at other salvage yards with similar turnaround times and similar hours.
These guys are great. Good prices and they helped me out when I had no one to help. I’ll never go anywhere else. These guys have my loyalty for life I can’t thank you guys enough

In regards to finding an alternator for my wife's vehicle (which I explained is broken down in another county)
I was told they would be closed at both locations on Thursday 1/16/20
And i should come up first thing Friday morning 1/17/20.
I showed up at 815 am to a locked gate. I called both locations 10 times each to no avail. No one showed up Thursday or Friday to work. I will be going back tomorrow morning after calling to ensure they are open. I am hoping for a discount on the part to compensate my hour drive one way.
There good a little expensive but I've can always count on them to have what I need.... Pay 108 dollars for a mirror for my ford focus.. I thought it was a little expensive but I got anyway cause I couldn't find it anywhere else.
Terrible place of business. Called at 8:a.m.to confirm part was available, was told they were open till 5:p.m, which is also what their Google info says. 8 hrs. of driving from N.Alabama through the worst traffic at not so legal speed to get there before 4:p.m., and was rudely told when I called them to let them know I was around the corner that they closed at 4:00 and would not hold the gate for me to get the part even after explaining that I had to be in Birmingham AL by 10:a.m. the next morning. Awful.
I called aboutba hub for my explorer they wanted $150 when the part brand new with warranty is on $130 they're a total rip off do your research before u ever BH ybanythijg from them
