Was looking for an engine for my truck and a bumper cover for my car, They didn’t have them but led me in a direction to find one. Great customer service!
Let me just say the men who work at this shop are heaven sent. We was in a bad situation with our tire popping in Missouri, and we was just passing through to go home to Colorado and we was stuck with no help or no way to get out the state with our tire being on a rim. We happened to find this shop and they didn’t give up on us and helped until we found a solution to get back on the road, they was nice and no complaining and the price was affordable and he was just so pleasant to my family!!! I really hope nothing but the best for the business because not a lot of people care and will go that extra mile. If YOU ARE IN NEED OF ANY PARTS DEFINITELY GIVE THEM A CALL YOU WONT BE SORRY!!!!
I have been a customer for many years and had spent thousands of dollars with this place. I have notice in the past that the fellow that answers the phone has been a bit of a xss in the past. Today I called about a $2000 dollar transfer case and when trying to give him the information needed to find the correct part he cut me off. Stated I knew much more than him and hung up the phone. Last dollar I will ever spend here. He should be fired. I highly suggest going elsewhere. You will be treated better. What a shame!

Excellent source of quality used auto parts. Brent helped me out on making sure I was getting the exact transmission I needed for my project. He even went out of his way to take pictures. Great prices and even better customer service. They packed the trans properly with wrapping and anchored it down to the pallet perfectly. Will be checking with them first if I ever need anything again!

Called ahead, was answered quickly and professionally. Not only did they have my part at a very good price, but they insisted it be seen with fresh eyes before I drove out. Service was just as good in person, and I was back on my way with my part in just minutes! I grew up with the junk yards built on old drive in theater lots that you wrenched yourself. This auto salvage is deserving of the modern title.

Super clean and professional. Guy at the counter was all about customer service. I drove from Wentzville to get a part and really would not mind doing it again for service like that.
