Pretty small location. But if you can park and get a shower 🚿 here, you will not regret it ‼️ The water is winter 🥶 ready🔥😂 Shout out to Kenneth S. Holding it down and actually cleaning 🧽 the shower rooms. Highly trucker recommended..

Stop here or Peculiar or Joplin Fn J just about every day for fuel for many years. Has become a typical rundown Pilot. Why is it when you go to a Love's everything is clean and pumps are never broken down. EVERYtime you go to a Pilot/Fn J something is broke down (pumps, card readers, food prep, etc) and theyre just general dumps. Yet they just add more and more pay for parking spots. That will attract drivers! Only reason I hadn't switched to Love's is bcuz my route, but now that new Love's is built in Jasper I'm never going back. Ciao old crusty cows.
12/2/25 - stopped here for the first time in many months. I don't know what I was thinking. I wanted a slice of pizza to go with my leftover chicken. It was 5:30pm and no pizza. Two different sketchy lookin employees tell me they're just not making any more puzza for the day. 5:30 and you stop making pizza??? Can't wait till the TA builds their trk stop across the highway. Only then will Pilot decide to redo their dump. You Lose
I was going to park here for the night and get a shower and something to eat but it's reserved parking for some stupid reason. I'm not paying for a place to park places like this like to take advantage of truckers and it's bullshit charging truckers for parking should be illegal!!!
Mens and womens bathrooms clean. Truckers parking lot and desiel pumps had adequate room ... I would give ZERO stars if your pulling a camper and needing to get gas: TERRIBLE set up for that here & too many passenger vehicles going in 500 different directions at the same time make it damn near impossible or difficult anyone towing a camper or a boat to get gas! ... We just parked off to the side lot & used bathrooms and will stop at the next station for gas ... hopefully!
Very busy spot. They have tryck parking and limited car parking. A few showers, small restrooms, laundry, tables and chairs to sit, lots of hot food, microwave. Everyone was very nice.
Mostly paid parking. When you spend 10’s of thousands of dollars in fuel at pilot, you’d think they’d allow you to park for free. There’s nothing more gross than gouging people for an extra $15 to park. There’s lots of places to fuel, it’s easy to take business elsewhere, this paid parking racket doesn’t make you guys look good.
I was pissed with the shower facility They did not had the soap in it. But the Guy name Austin helped me. I forgot my Wallet in truck he paid the $1 for 0.69 cents I was short. Keep it up flying j this guy deserves pay raise. Keep it up bud. God bless you.

Staff was friendly. They have limited showers but, they are clean and the room is to be expected from a pilot. Hot water was great and the soap wasn't that slime junk you normally get. You can't access shower from the app which is fine just giving you a heads up.
Not that much space here but it's a good location to park for the night if you can get a spot. Walmart is literally a 2 min walk from the pilot. There is also a Freddy's steak burger and also a Shoe Department nearby. All is about 2-3 min walk from the pilot. The pilot workers are very polite & respectful.
I stopped by Pilot to get a shower. It was very expensive in my opinion, but I don't keep up with the going rates for these things either. The shower was very clean, I was impressed. The shower room had ample space, and the shower itself had ample space too. I was very pleased with the water temperature and water pressure. I was very happy with the adjustable shower head so I could change the spray settings. Paying the money was well worth it.
When drivers and most fleets get fuel at pfj pumping 2-3 k a week in fuel and you have the audacity to lock down the truck parking with 18 dollar parking spots you'd think the lot would be smooth as glass. It is generous of you to do this considering parking is very limited for miles on 49. This location is corporate greed at its finest
Unfortunately know it’s rough when appliances go down and unable to control. Not only were drink coolers down, soda fountain drink was down on one side completely and soda on other side was flat. So completely no cold drinks except a few Pepsi and energy drinks. The pizza lights made the area around it complete hot. When went to check out the cashiers were having a conversation and didn’t even acknowledge us and gave us our total woth a solid hateful face and never even looked appreciative that we were helping to pay their paychecks. We won’t be visit this center in any near foresable future.
Very poor management here at this location. It was more important for the guy behind me to buy a candy bar then it was for me to spend a few hundred dollars. Went to talk to the manager about it and he was even more unprofessional than the cashier by not even paying attention to what I was saying. (They weren't busy at the time)Very rude and unprofessional! Zero stars if i could.
It’s a pilot half paid half free parking this is also my home town I come to the pilot often. People complain on parking but thing is it’s a place to park there is parking as well at the Walmart behind the pilot! Sometimes place is understaffed because it is located in a town of 8,000. So expect possible waiting at night somewhat at the counter. Bathrooms are somewhat average-clean for a truck stop showers there are 3 available just pay and shower. This truck stop is friendly and I have come here for home time at least 8-9 times. No issue!
Great location! Stopped here to fuel and was surprised by the options this location has to offer. Freddy’s, Taco Bell and a Steakhouse are all within walking distance of their parking lot. The place was older, but clean and had a nice staff. Restrooms were good, picked up a couple cute novelty hats and some drinks. It could use a remodel, but overall a good place to stop!
We love Pilot but this one needs a good cleaning and repair. Good assortment of food and drinks but floor was filthy and trash hadn’t been dumped in the bathroom.
This is one of the best (if not the best) gas/truck stop in Nevada, MO. They have a wide variety of fresh pizza, deli foods, and soups. Facilities and restrooms are clean and well stocked. Staff is friendly and efficient. We enjoyed the freshly brewed coffee (ground fresh for each cup). We will definitely stop here again when traveling.
Can't pay at the pump. They also have the slow pumps once you go in and prepay. Cashier was nice. A bit chatty which is fine but with a line of customers it added time that I didn't want to stand there. Inside looked fine.
Very nice clean well stocked store,employees were very friendly and made me fill like they were genuine with there greets. Yes this is a model store that a few pilots could learn customer service from.
This Pilot Travel Center was clean and orderly. They had an excellent selection of beef jerky and brats, hot dogs, etc. Fuel was the cheapest in the area. The parking area was incredibly spacious. Staff was polite.
