This company is amazing. My car broke down on me out of no where. From the Grace of God the blessed our family by helping us get our vehicle home. No charge. They stepped up and helped when no one else would or could and we will always be grateful for that. Definitely have a good solid shop we feel like we can trust. Thank you!
Kinsley was fast. Competitively priced. Friendly. They backed up into my shared drive very well and also made sure that he wasn't blocking anything! Very impressed.
This is possibly the greatest tow company I have used to tow anything. They towed my 96 Ford Bronco where others said they couldn't. They towed my 2010 E250 with no complaints even when it dumped oil on the roll back (I did clean it because I felt bad). Both of my drivers where professional, friendly, and showed up exactly where I wanted them and on time or early to when I need them there! I will be using this company from further on for every towing or recovery need that I will have in the future

If you want to deal with a towing company that actually respects you and your vehicle this is who to call. Everyone that I had to deal with was beyond polite respectful helpful and so very AMAZING!!!! Very quick to respond. And more than happy to answer any question I might have had. Also recommend an amazing mechanic for me. Hands down these are the people I will be calling if I ever need a tow again

I needed a tow on a rainy night around 7 p.m.. Driver came fairly quickly , assessed the situation , and we were on our way in a few minutes. Ashton was friendly and helpful during a very stressful time. I'd recommend Kinsley's towing.

Great experience with Kinsley’s Towing & Recovery. From the moment the driver arrived, I felt at ease. He was professional, prompt, and incredibly personable, which really helped make a stressful situation much more manageable. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares and takes pride in what they do. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend!
We used our roadside assistance through our insurance to request a tow, thankfully because we had just purchased the car and unfortunately it was sold to us with a bad clutch, so we were repairing it. My son expressed concern to me about how the vehicle was loaded but I didn’t think anything of it. We later received a call from the guy who loaded the vehicle, who asked my son if we had screwed the tow mechanism in all the way on the front of the vehicle. My son advised that we hadn’t done anything to vehicle at all. He then informed us that they used the tow hitch to lower the vehicle and that it ripped out of the vehicle, the vehicle fell off the truck, and received significant damage. He profusely apologized. We get it accidents happen. Unfortunately, when I got there, they were using the truck to push the vehicle back over the parking block it damaged and high centered on, which caused additional damage. The manager not the loader handed me the tow mechanism that ripped out and proceeded to tell us that it wasn’t installed properly, so all the damage was on us. They refused to give insurance information and stated “We could gladly sue them, they will absolutely win, and we are welcome to waste more money in court.” Luckily for us, our insurance lawyers and our roadside assistance lawyers will be handling everything. Absolutely, do not recommend this company. I’m very sorry for the loader and appreciate his effort. Hopefully, he finds a better company to work for.
Excellent customer service. We had a flat tire and needed an immediate tow to Discount Tire in Branson MO. Ashton Connor showed up within an hour and towed us to the tire store, and they were able to get us back on the road quickly.
