Went in to get my battery looked at. Lady was helping one who came in right before me. Another employee was talking on the phone. Customers came in behind me and the 3rd employee came up and let them cut me in line. I then left and you lost my business
O'Reillys is the place to go for misc auto needs! The staff is helpful and kind. Eric, the nice young man, who helped me was Great 👍 and gave cystomer service above & beyond 😀!! Thank you!!
Plan on making 3 or 4 trips back because they gave you the wrong parts. And then expect get cussed out when you get there your final time, because your vehicle isn't exactly as it was when it came off the line.
Went in for a fuse, "the guy said row 4. I was the only one in the store, but I could not locate the fuse. They looked at me a few times and never asked if I needed assistance. So I walked out a d Went to Branson West.
This store was the worst O'Reillys I have ever been in. Customer service was atrocious. Seemed like I was an intruder and they resented the interruption to their routine. I will NEVER go back to this store.
Diagnostic test showed that I needed a transmission range sensor. The O'Reilly employee told me that it was a special order. When I asked him to order the part, he said that he could order the part but that it wouldn't come in. A call to O'Reilly in Branson West not only got me the part, but it arrived from the warehouse the same day. I won't be going to the Kimberling City store again.
The guys here were very nice and didn't mind helping my husband. A lot of them rather stand behind the counter and yack then help. Not here. Very helpful
Before you take brake rotors here to be turned. It costs like 25-35 per rotor depending if it’s a car or truck. JP automotive in reeds does it for $10 a piece and they do a great job.
Wiper blade replacement and installation. There is a lady who works in the store who is an expert in changing wiper blades. In fact, she had to come to the rescue of the man who was trying to get the jog done! Made my day.
Excellent customer service employees will even help with minor things on your vehicle windshield wiper replacement,putting on a license plate cover etc.
Battery corrosion almost put a stop to our vacation, but one stop to O’Reilly put us back on track. Erin did a fantastic job helping us not only save money but pointed us to a simple fix we were easily able to do ourselves. In addition, Erin provided us the right tools and in my opinion an extremely valuable asset to this store. I could not have thanked her enough!
Very helpful in helping me choose a battery for my needs. We prayed together at end of shopping. ( unfortunately Sundays storm hailed down on me as I was leaving the parking lot)
Very friendly staff! They worked with me a few times on exactly what it is I needed and answered any questions I had about the maintenance that I was performing on my vehicle. They do recycle oil and oil filters in case anyone is curious.
Quite a few staff on hand at a time as well, so no issues of too many customers, not enough staff.

I needed a headlight for my car. Erin at O'Reilly was so helpful and even installed the light for me. She taught me how to do it, so I can next time. She is such a pleasant woman! Thank you
So, I went in with simple instructions in regards to my needs. I listed the vehicle the size of the engine the year and informed them of which parts I needed to which they made me repeat that again because they weren't competent enough to keep up with what I said. After not having the parts that I needed which were ridiculously common parts that I have actually purchased at this O'Reilly's before they proceeded to tell me that no O'Reilly's carry those parts and then told me that the O'Reilly's in Branson West had three of them... at this point I realized that I was dealing with someone less than capable. I have had good experiences with the blond lady that works in there but it seems like a lot of the men in the store are not capable of a mechanical sales position. Due to the limited knowledge base of these guys I just don't feel like they should be in that position. Once I found out that they did not have the parts I was after I decided I would try to fix a different vehicle so I asked for a certain set of parts for that vehicle instead once again replying that they don't carry them that it's not a common part when last week I bought eight of the same Parts at the same store, dealing with the blonde lady referenced earlier. I'm aware that they did move one of their strongest employees to the Hollister store and that could be impeding on their customer service skills and knowledge base, that being said I live close to the store so it's a lot more convenient for me to come to this one however if this is going to be the service standard and knowledge base continued in the store myself and most of the other shops in the area will have decided to go elsewhere... I'm not sure that training would fix the issue due to them being reasonably incompetent, if you're not a car guy you probably shouldn't sell car parts ..... I don't know anything about makeup so I would never intend to take a sales position selling makeup.
Useless employees dumb stupid people would never shop in that store again. Will make sure I tell everyone and make sure everyone knows don’t shop there. Matt brooks is so dumb I can’t believe he has a job there.
