Very pleasant and helpful staff. The business has a great choice of anything you may need for your vehicle. Store is very well kept! I found the prices to be comparable to other parts stores. Nothing beats small town hospitality 😊
These folks were absolutely amazing. We broke down 9 hours from home. Alternator went. They loaned us their tools. Brought out a bottle of water while I worked on the replacement. Offered my family to wait in their office on a couch instead of sitting in a hot truck during the repair. Put both batteries on courtesy chargers. The gentlemen at Stuckey Brothers Parts Co raised the bar so high in quality service for an auto parts store. They went above and beyond to ensure we were back on the road safely. Truly a wonderful experience despite the awful circumstances of breaking down 800 miles from home!
Monday July 16, I went in the store to buy a battery cable end, walked in the store looked around to check for the item myself could not find it I went to the counter two men behind the counter one man in front of the counter ordering a part. So I stood there for at least 10 minutes neither one of these men made no eye contact with me it was as though I was fly on the wall. Neither one of the acted acted though I was even their they kept laughing about the price of this man part that he wanted. I will never enter that business again and will tell all of the people I know to don't buy from there, they were rude.
Everyone was so polite and friendly. I walked in, said what I needed, Charlie looked up my vehicle and without hesitation went to grab what I needed FOR ME. I would drive 13 minutes out of my way again.
