They do an exceptional job on body work! Quickly took care of my hair damage and door ding repairs, including repainting a few. The work is excellent, and they also fully detailed my car! I highly recommend this body shop for any and all car body repairs. They do outstanding work, and even were flexible with me to pick up my car around work.
I called this location and was able to get tow service today. The driver from Forsyth took care of my needs to have my car towed from Ava to Rogersville. I highly recommend Jim’s Body Shop for quick and great service. It eased my mind knowing my car was delivered to my mechanic. Thank you Ben.

Dennis was able to help me quickly, professionally, and kindly at a fair price. I am an out of towner who needed help with a broken down car. He picked up my car less than 10 minutes after I called and brought it back to town.
He waited with me at the local tire repair shop until we determined I wouldn’t need to be towed anywhere else.
After all that he charged me a very fair price for the service, expediency, and kindness he had provided.
We got hit by a runaway deer in January. Brought our car to Jim's. Getting the parts proved to be a problem. For over a month we waited for a hood. Jim went out of his way to find one and then drove to St. Louis to pick it up. Jim's is an amazing shop they do amazing work.
They are good people! I had no money at the time, but they came out and unlocked my truck anyway. Paid them today. Thank you Jim's Body Shop and Ben in particular!!!

Been doing business with them for 20 years and I have been treated like I was family , if you have never used them. Do yourself a favor and give them a try ?
They could not come out because the truck has been inoperable for quite sometime. That was extremely inconvenient but the guy was kind and honest about it so I let it blow over.
Needed some bodywork on my Ram 1500. Jims Body Shop did an awesome job. They worked with me on color selection, and scheduling. They were friendly, helpful and professional. The quality of their work and the was bar-none, the best! I would absolutely recommend their services.
About 7 months ago I had a car towed home by Jim's.The hook fee and milage was under 80.I thought that was reasonable.
I just had another tow with the same car due to an accident.The milage was exactly the same but the bill was 225.
I called them because I thought they would be reasonable.
For 15 minutes more work it cost me an additional 135 bucks.
Dennis was more than accommodating. Fairly priced and great work. I couldn't be happier. Thank you guys for the great job. Highly recommend this establishment.
They rescue me about once a year! Retrieving keys locked inside, or pulling my car out of the creek.....quick response and always friendly. Wonderful family owned business that is a true blessing for our small community.
Had a tree service out to top and trim. Of course they got stuck. Jim's towing had sent out a big rig tow truck to do the job. Got here, after an hour or so and decided that their truck was "to big" for the job. Went back, another hour or so and came back with a one ton which did the job. Now my 2 star rating comes from the fact that they charged for the use of TWO trucks. They only used one. Not only wasting time for the tree service, which was unable to get to another job site due the unexplainable loss of time.
I understand the cost that comes from the use of the big truck, but $200 for the actual use of only one and just a one ton at that. Just highway robbery. I definitely would not use them again. Thankfully the tree service did not charge me for both of the trucks which cost them almost the exact amount they had charged me for their service.
The "kindness" of the driver, Dennis I believe, saved them a one star.
Great job of painting our vehicles. Very satisfied customers....plus both vehicles were detailed when we got them back.. Kudos for the work and customer service!
