My battery died while I was out with my friends, they were very quick and kind and helped me replace my battery and had the exact one in stock! Extra big shoutout to Mark Portwood who replaced my battery and helped out the most during my emergency visit.

I tried to walk in and buy 1 individual gas cap for my 00' Toyota Camry and the girl working at the desk either didnt know what she was doing or just messed it up but, she sold me 2 gas caps...
Not a pleasant visit. Its like them two guys r upset when u can't name the tool u r looking for. Im a amateur parts changer. I don't know all the tools by name, and when I see them two guys there I dread to walk in. Only one person that works there is awesome!! And its a woman 👩. She will work with u till she figures out what u need. And she's patient 😌 that's why I still go there. Sorry about the negative feed.. I don't like feeling ridiculed!!!

We use this store for all parts for our entire fleet of trucks for our home repair business. Don will get you an answer on parts, availability, price and have it delivered immediately. He is easy to work with and will exhaust all resources so we get exactly what we need. They let us know when they have sales and specials to save you money. Shannon is very polite and helpful. She is very knowledgeable and we appreciate the professional , courteous service. The store is always organized and it is easy to find what you need. These guys are the best. Don't waste your time with any other parts suppliers. They have great warranties too. They did not run out of anything through this pandemic and are always ready to help. Great team of experts. Normally when I go in there Shannon goes above and beyond what i need. Unfortunatly she wasnt there so Whomever the dude with the zz top beard thats in there now is the exact opposite. Hes more worried about lighting up a cigarette outside than ever helping me. He is not friendly at all and i had to go back in there 3 times to get the right tool. Each time he was less helpful than the day before. After my frustration with him not looking up the tool i need when i told him make model and year with no help. I walked into oreilys was greeted immediately and out the door quick with the correct tool. Oreilly>autozone

Order a air filter yesterday and was told it would be there today. Called to see if it had arrived yet and was told that the truck hadn't shown up yet. So we came down (from perryville) to wait for it to arrive...called when we got down here to see if it had shown up yet. And was told that it was canceled and had to reorder, so it wont be here tell tomorrow. Ask why I wasn't told the first time I called and if they was going to do something about me the time and gas I wasn't coming down here for nothing. The guy was extremely rude and didnt seam to care about the situation at all.

My check engine was on, so I went to AutoZone. The man came out, hooked the reader and with in five minutes of pulling into the parking lot, I knew it was my mass air-flow sensor. I bought a can if cleaner, cleaned it up. No problems.
