Amazing mechanic! Very honest and transparent about everything. Had ongoing truck issues for 2 years that my old mechanics couldn't fix but kept charging me for the ineffective work they did. Matt figured out the problems in less that 24 hours and had me back working a day after that. I spent thousands upon thousands trying to fix these issues at my old mechanic and the actual fix cost under $1300. I drive an hour from Edwardsville, IL to Valley Park, MO because of how good they are. I can't say enough good things about Elite!
Absolutely awful experience. Driver gauged the new Asphault driveway 3 times while the truck leaked diesel fuel all over the driveway. And the street. Didn’t even try to clean anything up or take care of damage.

Excellent service, very friendly, excellent value. We were towing our camper when leaf spring broke they were closest repair shop to us. Matt drove to us as soon as I called. Unfortunately the supply house that had the correct part was closed as it was after 5. The next morning Matt had us back on the road. Also he noticed the belt was broken on one tire due to box hitting it when leaf spring broke. He put the spare on for us and recommend two tire shops nearby. Highly recommend this company. He completed repairs in 45 mins and we were back on the road.
My husband and I visited Missouri looking to do some business also to get some pleasure… Our car disappointed us and did not get us to our destination(our car broke) . So my husband and I read the reviews on Elite.. And.. The customers were saying how they just love Matt.. I can understand why.. Matt(Elite) is the most honest,affordable and dependable shop

Matt did a amazing job on my lifted f250. They diagnosed the bad ball bearing and changed it out efficiently , priced reasonably, and it runs great now.
Excellent company with the best customer service no matter what hours of the night. We we’re traveling from out of town still over 5 hours away from home when one of our trailer tires went flat and we blew out a tire on our truck as well. After calling and asking how far away he was located from where we were and calling some other tow companies with no luck whatsoever Matt had called me back just to check and see if I had gotten anyone to help us. It was 1 am and he didn’t hesitate to help us with our tires we drove our other vehicle to his shop and he got our trailer tire fixed and also had a tire for sale to replace our blowed out one and sent us with another spare to take with us on the road in case we had any other issues. Definitely the company you want to use for any towing or repair shop needs he will get you taken care of quickly and very decent price! Thanks for all the help Matt and getting us back on the road we made it home safely!
Great service and super friendly driver. After waiting hours for another tow company through roadside I opted to have my request re dispatched and they showed up within 45 minutes. Definitely will use again if I ever need another tow.
Can’t say enough good things about this shop. Honest. Easy to work with. Always kept me in the loop and never tried to push anything that didn’t actually need done. I needed a full transmission replacement and was shocked at the quick turn around time. And the fact that it was so much cheaper than another garage in the area. If I ever need more work done, I know exactly where to go. Already recommending to friends in the area

Car finally gave out while at a intersection. Called around everyone quoted me at over a hour but not Elite. Showed in 15 minutes. Even the police officer’s tow truck they called couldn’t get there faster then Elite. Saved me money and customer service was top notch. Will definitely be using in the future!
Matthew B is awesome! He is courteous, professional, fast and his ETA was spot on! He texted so I could meet him back at my Jeep to get it towed. Luckily I wasn’t to far from home, as it was not able to be driven. I would recommend this company hands down for all services. Husband had a dumb idea and got us stuck in gravel. They were quick, efficient and the best customer service we've ever had. We are reccomending them to everyone we know. 10/10 will call them again if we ever need more help or husband has another dumb idea.
Getting a car towed is never fun and especially rough when going through insurance. Elite took great care of us and was so professional and kind. I would recommend this company to anyone in the area who needs a tow. Absolutely the best experience with a tow company that I have ever had.
Claimed they’d pickup my car in 1-2 hours. Waited the entire 2 hours before they said they can’t do it an cancelled on me. Missed repair appointment, and no car for work in the morning. What a joke.
These guys are legit! Nobody beats their ability to do off road recoveries no matter where you get stuck! I was stuck in a field in De Soto and they came in the middle of the night faster than the ETA given, and winched my truck out with ease. I couldn't be happier with their skills and knowledge!
