I was at O'Reillys today on Page Ave for new wiper blades and was super impressed with Rose. She was friendly, knowledgeable, & willing to go above and beyond. While I was waiting, I noticed her interactions with other customers both in the store and on the phone. She was positive and helpful. I especially appreciated her enthusiastic
" Absolutely" when I asked if she could install them for me. It was freezing outside. I value customer service and she provided excellent customer service. Thank You Rose
I got a new battery and wipers. The employee who installed both did a great job. The battery installation was tricky since my car is a bit old, and at least one bolt was rusty, but he kept at it until he got it. I'd do business here again for sure.
I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE thanks to Vincent! My car battery needed to be charged, he came out completed the job with no problem! I appreciated the help and I will definitely come back to this location.
Very helpful cashier I didn't get her name yet but was a short AA lady with a short count. She knows her stuff and is always willing to come and have a look to make sure. Thank you ma'am ?
After 3 failed attempts at AutoZone. I gave up and tried O’Reilly’s. A very nice, courteous, helpful woman named Michele helped me. I’ll be doing business with O’Reilly’s from now on.
Wasn't expressed at all.I went there to have my battery checked and I had to ask the clerk what he found out, whether I needed a battery!. I will never go to O'REILLY again.
Had a starter go bad. It was under a lifetime warranty, had the receipt and the original box, even, as I'd never gotten around ro returning my core. These people wanted to play games: "Our starter tester is not working and to swap it out, it needs to be tested." "You need to wait for (some woman) to return. She'll be back in, oh..40 minutes." Bottom line is...I had to waste time and gas taking it up the street to another location and have it tested (bad) and swapped out. This other store on Page was not thrilled having to deal with Vinita Park's warranty messes. O'Reilly, more than any other auto parts store, is notorious for warranty games. Avoid
Just lost a loyal customer of 10+ years. Rude, lazy, ghetto staff refuses to honor intentionally vague warranties. Corporate is a bunch of whiskey tango that isn’t much better. At this point, I’ll only visit your site to find product numbers to purchase off Amazon at better prices w/ better service. Idk how you managed to run off clientele at a DIY store during a recession, but you’ve done it. Congrats!
Came in and needed some lights replaced on my car. Shannon and Stanley took great care of me. Went above and beyond to make sure I got the correct lights, answered all the questions I had about my car and even put them on for me. If I need anything else replaced I’ll def be coming to this location first.
While the store is always clean and in order and the staff if generally helpful and polite, one female staff person was quite the opposite. Being a widow, I’ve been trying to keep up our van since my husband passed. But because I could not rattle his three year old phone number off the top of my head, this staff was indignant and salty, not befitting a good customer servant which was very insulting.
Very very helpful. Two gentleman helped me on my visit back on 1/9/21. I hate that I don't know their names to acknowledge them better and give them credit but I visited the store that morning around 10:30am or 11am. They were very professional and patient with me to find the parts I needed to have my truck worked on. And as a woman I felt they didn't try and take advantage of me but enlighten me on the parts that I needed because I knew very little lol. I thank them so much! VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! I would give them 10 ? if I could so 5 ? will do for now but they deserve more.
They sell non working parts, only person there who know anything is the short Lady forgot her name. Bought 2 altenators from there . After install they were still bad. Staff have no clue what they doing. Just returned the alternator i bought cause it was bad, now 4 months later this one bad never shopping there again. Not even for oil go elsewhere
Howard is my guy! Have had to roll through a couple of times and he's gone out of his way to be helpful. Great neighborhood shop that works to diagnose the issue and offer real solutions.
Say they help with check engine lights. Went in to ask for an obd 2 scan tool, was told they dont do that. Dign says otherwise. W.e. dont want to make money, and why should they care? Dude is making 10 bucks an hour. Has no incentive to care
This is a really nice place to go when you need something for your vehicle. The people that work there have very great attitudes and very helpful. One of my favorite places when I need something for my vehicle. They have a reward program that is great you get coupons to save money and who don't like saving money. The store is always clean and marked so you can find what you looking for and they are always there to help.
Oreilly is my go-to auto parts store, am usually satisfied but on a more recent trip the male associate was too casual in the way he spoke to me and refused to put an item on hold for me to pick up later that day. I ended up going to AutoZone and got the same item for 4.99 cheaper with better customer service. Usually this isn't a problem with O'Reilly.
This O'Reilly's is horrible.The people working there seem like they don't care about their job at all. Also, trying to get correct parts is a hassle cause half of the people working there barely know about cars. Save your time and money and go to Napa down the road.
