Stood at the counter for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged my existence even though I know they saw and heard me come in (and yes, I had an appointment). Looked like a bunch of dudes standing around holding up walls.
Oil change was quick, but my car failed inspection and instead of giving me a quote for the service needed to pass it I was told to have a good day and sent on my way. Bizarre. Find somewhere that actually wants and appreciates your business.
Editing my review to respond- I am not sure what footage you watched, but maybe your version of prompt is different than mine. I waited without being acknowledged and only was acknowledged and told "we'll be with you in a few" after I re-opened the front door to set off the bell.
Also, I've got no issues with the inspection failing, we get our vehicles inspected not only for registration but to make sure they are in good shape- hence why I had my ball joints replaced at Wrights last week. Business that would've been yours had I been offered service at all.
Excellent service! I called and was able to get the tires I wanted ordered and they got them in fast. When I arrived they noticed what I needed was a better tire for my 5 wheeler. And actually ended up costing me less!! Very honest people! I would suggest g&g tire and Automotive to everyone!!

I like to clarify a few things regarding Susanna V review. This is not an accurate account of what took place. You were in the waiting room during your service, and your vehicle was completed in under an hour. When the vehicle did not pass inspection, Their team explained the results. You became upset with the outcome of the inspection and directed frustration toward the front office staff, who are not responsible for inspection standards. The visit concluded with you leaving the building abruptly and closing the door forcefully.
One of my brake calibers was seizing up on me, and I was trying to figure out what the issue was myself, but it was so sporadic I couldn’t figure it out myself. I brought it into G&G and they were able to diagnose it immediately. I also had them do a transmission flush and an oil change with it. My car is running very smooth now. The price was very reasonable also and they got it in and out of their shop in no time. I would highly recommend them.
I had two of my cars aligned at G&G last week the first one came in to alignment perfect. The second one however had a problem and needed cam bolts installed. The technician showed me on the alignment machine how far out of tolerance it was and explained why it needed the new parts and what it would cost. They did the job and as it was late in the afternoon had it ready to go the first thin the next morning. The price was fair for the work and the service was good. I would recommend G&G for your automotive service.

In the city before, and they’ve fixed just about everything that has gone wrong with my new motor and then some. Also got me a bobcat tire minutes before they closed on a day I desperately needed it. Thank you guys!!
I went to G and G to get my Tire’s put on did not take them but about a half hour and I also got an air freshener that was really nice smells like gain lol .Always get my car serviced at G and G never had any problems great service every time
Always happy with my service at G&G. They go above and beyond. A couple weeks back I needed just a tire patch and when I went to take the tire to them I couldn't leave due to my e brake getting jammed and they sent someone out at no charge to help. Embarrassing for me but thankful for going over and beyond to make sure I could get back on the road safely! The following week i set up to get my oil changed and I couldn't get off work in time to pick my car up so they called and let me pay over the phone and made sure my car was accessible after hours to pick up. They are always easy to work with and always provide quality service!
I recently left a review on your Facebook page but I am very pleased with G & G! I’ve know The owner for years so I completely trusted that they would do a good job. They were very fast to get the work done and very reasonably priced. I will definitely bring my car back for any future repairs!

I have visited several different automotive and tire service businesses in the area and G&G is hands down the best. Customer service is great and the employees are always pleasant and helpful. Other places have refused to fix tires that G&G has helped me salvage and there are also a couple of other businesses that made me feel like I was a bother to them as a customer. But not here. Most recently, they equipped my car with the best tires I’ve ever had. They will also opt you in to car fax so you know when you need an oil change or if your vehicle has a factory recall. If you’ve made it this far into my review, you’re probably still wondering, “Where is the best place to take my car?” Look no further. G&G is the place to go.

Excellent experience. Price, service and communication were superb. My alignment couldn’t be better. Friendly staff got my truck in and finished without any issues. I would recommend.
Andrew and his team went above and beyond for me. He advised me of the best tires to buy and got a great deal for me on price. He cleaned up and spray painted my wheels and had the tires all balanced and mounted within 24 hours. I am amazed and grateful!
Nothing but good things to say about G&G. My tire blew out on the side of the highway. I called G&G and they were able to get me a new tire in about an hour. Due to my vehicle not being able to drive they came out and changed it with the new tire and got me back on the road in no time. Staff was friendly and helpful. Thanks again G&G , highly recommend.
We were traveling from MN when we lost a trailer tire. The tire was shredded and the wheel was cracked and completely shot. Most shops were closing or already closed so we couldn’t find anyone to help. Called Andrew at G&G, he came to our location checked the tire and wheel went back to the shop and came and put a new set up on the trailer to get us back up and moving.
Great service, would 100% recommend over and over again. If we’re ever back in the area and need anything I know who I will be calling.
We had a tire replaced on our truck and the thermostat and temp sensor on our car. Both jobs were handled quickly and at a fair price. Tim and Andrew even called to say they were getting a different replacement thermostat because they weren't comfortable with the quality of the first replacement thermostat. Excellent service. Highly recommend G & G.

Their pricing is comparable, if not sometimes less, than other shops. Tires are usually cheaper than any other shop I've called.
Their employees are so kind and courteous. They have an extremely nice waiting area, free WiFi and TV.
They will explain any issues and pre approve any extra work and pricing.
I have used them for years, and never had anything but exemplary work done. Highly recommend.
Had an oil change scheduled. Was a bit slow but they seemed to be shortstaffed that day and they were courteous and sociable as they always are. The waiting area is comfortable with free wifi and a TV that I didn't bother to turn on. They also had the a/c on enough to where I could barely tell it was 90 degrees outside
It always sucks to have car trouble,but the people at G&G tried to make it as painless as possible. There prices are comparable to every where else. they were friendly and pretty fast, and they didn't try to up sale me. They gave me exactly what I asked for. I really hope I don't need a mechanic for a long time but when I do this is where I will go
