This company came in 20 mins after I called them when my suv caught fire and with in vehicle was loaded in 3 minutes and took me to shop and drop off vehicle Denny the drive was so polite and very considerate of my situation and did a professional job in the dark and Majeed tow company had owner call me personally and had compassion and assured that his driver was on their way now ! My son had a flat tire and I called them because they were nine minutes from where we was at where their location was. They told me it would be 30 to 45 minutes. We waited over an hour and a half. The driver finally arrived and said he decided to do another tow before coming to us and he still had it hooked onto his vehicle so had us waiting on the side of the interstate For that long, then when he asked for payment, he charged me more than what was quoted to me to begin with. I told him that me and my husband own a towing company, and we would never treat our customers the way he did he asked for the name of the company as if I were lying. I gave him the name and told him to look it up. I also told him that I would be giving him a very bad review instead of a good one like I usually give people when they do a good job worst service ever.
I had gotten a flat tire while driving on the highway, so I had called for a tow (Majeed). A man named Mohamad came and towed my vehicle very quickly and got my car to a local tire shop(shark auto), he also got my tire fixed. He was very generous and kind, now I have a fixed car and I’m back home. Thank you!
