I was stranded on the highway for the first time ever. After determining my car was not drivable I called a towing company and stated my fears, stressing I was alone as it was getting dark, I’ve never been so excited to see a tow truck pull up. He was prompt, taking into consideration I was a woman alone. I hope I never have to call a tow truck again. However, should it be required without hesitation I will call Lano Emergency Road Service. Lano was the only person near the St Louis airport who even considered helping me. I had 2 flat tires in the parking garage at Lambert Airport and he came out and was able to pump up my tires enough for me to get to a tire shop. Honest and kind man. Solution oriented and even called after he left me to make sure I made it to the tire shop.
Says 24 hours on websites but when we called the man rushed us off the phone and said they weren’t towing anymore! Customer service 0/100!!! Called at 6PM!!

I was so happy how fast their service was , The driver Larry was so nice very much a professional at his job and was a great driver and I couldn't believe how quick he had my car up and on the tow truck and then he unloaded it and it was less than an hour the whole situation very very awesome and very very cheap it was 150 to pick us up bring us to our house and unload my vehicle unbelievable we were freezing out there and he came to our rescue

I had a tire blow on Highway 70. Unfortunately, I had called three other services and waited three hours before I called Lanos. He had all of his drivers out so provided me a number of somebody who could change the tire for me immediately. Then while the gentleman was, changing my tire, he came from a run to make sure everything was OK. He made me feel safe, almost like my dad was looking out after me. I highly recommend. I'm happy there's people out there that still look after you.
This is why some black owned businesses don’t prosper!! They advertise A-1 service 24/7, emergency fast service. It’s 9pm and I called for a tow, and I’m told all of the drivers were sent home because business is slow. Only have the day gone what about the other 12 hours?? Lord forbid accidents happens at night as they do. Business is business. There’s money out there to be made. SMH!!! Don’t advertise falsely a 24 hour business!!!!
I haven't seen such rudeness in a long time. I left online request with the exact info of two addresses from where and where the car should be towed. I got a call from a person who requested these addresses from me. When he reminded me that I had already provided the information, he said that he was not at the computer and hung up. You must have forgotten who the customer is here!!!
They were super nice. They were too booked to take my job, but they put me in touch with an affiliated tow company that was very good. Nice older gentleman, professional, fast and affordable.
The service was great, but the guy charged me $125.00 to tow me from McDonald's on west Florissant and 270 to Dobbs on Dunn and 270. That was less than 8 minutes on the back of his tow truck including all the stop lights.
Car wouldnt start. Called this service it was late didnt think he would come as the other few people I called didnt. He was there in 20 min. Just need a jump which he provide at a reasonable price for the middle of the night. Should have called him 1st. Would definitely recommend. He said he would be there then actually showed up unlike a few other companies .
Called as needed help putting lugnuts on. He came out in his van. Saw more trouble - got his tow truck and took us to repair shop. Told us what was wrong. I would highly recommend this company. Fast. Friendly. Knowledgeable
